Fantastic experience: I wish I had discovered this dentist when I first moved to the area in 2020, but better late than never. Every single staff member made me feel totally comfortable and you can tell they all are very experienced and excellent at what they each do. I highly recommend this dentist!

Fantastic experience: There aren’t enough words in my vocabulary to truly express how incredible this practice is. They know each of our kids by name, even with a seemingly endless number of patients! The staff is always thorough, attentive, and professional. Dr. Pennington takes the time to explain everything in detail, even knowing he has a full schedule of other patients to see. Today, my son had a minor emergency. When I called, they told me there might be a wait but assured me they would fit him in. We expected a longer wait, but we were called back in about four minutes. I can’t say enough—this practice and their staff are absolutely amazing!

Fantastic experience: Best dentist ever!! I’ve been coming for a few years now and they really treat you like family. The hygienist is especially wonderful so personable, gentle, and thorough with cleanings. She always takes the time to check in, explain what she’s doing, and make sure I’m comfortable. It never feels rushed, and I leave feeling well cared for every time. Dr. Pennington is also excellent. He’s knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely cares about your long term dental health. I can’t recommend this practice enough. If you’re looking for a dental office that combines expert care with a personal, friendly touch, this is the place.

Fantastic experience: The office staff is friendly and happy. The techs are gentle and experienced. Doctor Pennington is very gentle, caring, and proficient. I have been to a load of dentists in my life and he is #1,not #1 bad dentist, but #1 great dentist. Dr. Pennington's focus is on the practice of dentistry, not selling implants, crowns, fillings, and etc. that you don't need. As an example, he placed a filling in one of my teeth that another dentist said had to be crowned. The filing cost me a lot less than a crown would have cost. He could easily have said it needed to be crowned and made a lot more money. He didn't. Getting every dollar he can out of a patient is not what dentistry is about with him. What is in the patient's best interest is what it is all about with him.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I had our first appt yesterday. The office is very welcoming and clean. My hygienist was Brittany and she's the best I've ever had in 60 years! She was very conscious of my severe TMJ and was so accommodating and gentle. DR Pennington took the time to explain things and was very personable. I'm so thrilled we found this dentist office and bonus: didn't have to drive to Chattanooga!

She’s super sweet, bubbly, makes you feel not forgotten like y’all are old friends getting caught up who haven’t seen each other in a while. Also gentle with the teeth & makes sure you feel comfortable through all the steps of the appt. Also all of the other employees I’ve met are great as well!! Definitely recommend!

Angie was very friendly , got my paperwork done pretty quick. Isabella is the sweetest , did good job with X- ray and help me set up next appointment .Dr. Pennington was very patient and kind, he took time explaining to me why I had sensitive tooth, as a new patient he made me feel totally stress- free. Looking forward to have a long and pleasant relationship with this office.

The staff is exceptionally polite and attentive, and get to know you personally. This trip I had my teeth cleaned. The tech was thorough and gentle. I couldn't have had a better experience. You seem to have a great mix of the professional and the personal without skimping on either one. That's hard to beat in any profession or human connection. You communicated as well as I can imagine anyone doing concerning my dental condition, needs, risks, possible treatment courses, probable outcomes. Fantastic experience: We have seen Dr. Pennington and his staff for over 15 years. When I was in Nursing school, my daughter was on PeachCare. We've used them ever since. I broke a tooth last Friday just after his office closed. Luckily it wasn't hurting at the time, but it was getting worse and worse. I called at 8am this morning and they saw me at noon, even though I know his office is extremely busy. (That's a sign of a wonderful office) They know I'm a wuss when it comes to pain, (and my surgical history and PTSD) so they were able to give me nitrous before and during the procedure. He had my tooth fixed in no time. I cannot say enough good about him and his staff.

That was enough to make us switch over to his office. I went today for my first visit for a cleaning and was so impressed with Hannah. She is a wonderful hygienist and a delight to converse with. The staff is competent and makes you feel very welcome. Great atmosphere!

Fantastic experience: My first visit was AMAZING. Waiting room was very clean, receptionist was so sweet. I waited about 10ish minutes and went into a room. Isabella took my x rays, she was also very sweet, talked about what x rays she was taking. After waiting a few minutes in the room Dr. Pennington came in and explained all my options, talked about my x ray and made me understand my future procedures. He was very professional, and fast but thorough. Isabella came back explained my payment options and led me out. The 3 women at the front desk were so sweet and made me feel very welcomed. I recommend coming to this practice. EVERY staff i came across was so kind. Definitely coming back here, i’m so happy i found this practice!!!!
