Fantastic experience: This is the most service oriented business I have involved with probably ever. They work at getting you worked in if you have an emergency and appointments are made easily for routine work. Everyone I have come into contact with has been kind and courteous. The dentist and staff exhibit sincere concern for their patients. They take time to show you your x-rays and explain what is going on with your teeth. The explain the options and the benefits of each. The patient can come away with the knowledge to make an informed decision! Then they immediately make arrangements or refer you to the best place to solve your problem. I believe when you leave, you know that you have been cared for and have received the best treatment possible!

I took my 87 year old dad in because he had some teeth needing immediate attention. They helped him into a wheelchair and took him back and took care of him. Fantastic experience: I hate dentists with a passion! That’s the 1st thing I told Dr. Campbell while visiting the day before one of Dalton’s rare ice storms back in January ’25. He laughed and proceeded to do all he could to prepare me for emergency surgery with a specialist early AM the following morning. Thank goodness, he had the foresight to look ahead at the possibility of our roads icing, and everyone being immobilized and prescribed heavy duty antibiotics to control the swelling in my mouth. He instructed me to call 911 if my face swole throughout the night and I left feeling somewhat good, considering the circumstances. I have since been back numerous times to have the work done that needed to be done once the swelling went down and both he and his staff provide an excellent environment and exemplary customer service. I have never felt like I could not explain everything to Dr. Campbell and he would do all in his power to address it as easily and pain-free as possible. He has excellent rapport with his patients and is an overall good guy. Most importantly, he seems to be an excellent dentist! The above mentioned staff make it a pleasure to visit the Demtist office, formerly known as the “House of Pain”!!! I highly recommend Dr. Campbell for anyone looking for a dentist in the Dalton area! Fantastic experience: They are all so friendly and do wonderful work. They do very well with my 9 almost 10 year old son with explaining things and making him feel he is in a safe place. The dentist can be scary for kids. They all do a wonderful job and are all nice and friendly.

Fantastic experience: My crown popped off last night so I called Office this morning. Dr. Campbell is out of town but Dr. Robison very kindly said he could work me in.
