Fantastic experience: I recently visited Gloria Dental Clinic to get a mouthguard. I was deeply touched by Dr. Gloria's kind and attentive care and genuine concern. I had previously received treatment for my temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorder in Korea. Dr. Gloria was able to understand the condition of my jaw just by observing how I spoke, and her genuine desire to help me deeply moved me. Furthermore, Dentist Min was calm, meticulous, and dedicated in making my mouthguard, and I was very satisfied with his careful handling of my jaw joint and his skillful technique. It's a warm and excellent dental clinic; I highly recommend it!

Negative experience: Be cautious about billing. I’ve been a patient here for many years, and they performed a poorly done dental filling. They refused to redo it within the specified timeframe which would’ve been covered by insurance. After six months, and now I’m being charged the full amount for the entire filling out of pocket for the redo.

They continually make an effort to connect with their patients and even remember them whenever they return, cultivating a warm and caring environment. The quality of their care is top notch and they always make helpful recommendations with clear explanations so that the patients can understand easily.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Gloria Dental Care is the best dental office in Northern Virginia. Four generations in our family go to Dr. Gloria Care and have been patients since it’s opening. All of the dentists, hygienists, dental assistants, and the office staff are friendly, caring, and very knowledgeable. They are like extended family and honestly going to our dentist office is fun!

Fantastic experience: I have been a client at Dr. Gloria's for 15 or more years. Most recently had a root canal for a tooth in the back, lower jaw. It was a painless and relaxed experience. The doctor took special care to insure my comfort. This is a big deal because the procedure is not trivial. Dr. Gloria gets 5 stars and a big thank you!

Negative experience: DO NOT visit this practice if you’re broke like me. I have Medicaid and I let them know I could not afford services beyond what Medicaid can pay. I needed a tooth pulled however the dentist kept trying to sell me on implants. I came back because I couldn’t find another Medicaid provider. My tooth is cracked and throbbing. I had to arrange transportation to get here. When I got to my appointment, they asked me to pull my first negative review. I said I wouldn’t. Then the office manager said they wouldn’t see me until I got the issues with Medicaid taken care of first. Of course the owner of the practice is on vacation spending all the money. On the day of? They wasted my time and wouldn’t see a medical emergency. The issue is over $134 that they charged me for consultation, no cleaning no extraction. I extracted my own tooth with pliers in the restroom at Home Depot. Medicaid would not pay it because they assumed I still had Cigna Dental but I lost it after the divorce. I took care of the issue with Medicaid and texted it to them. See attached photos. But obviously Dr. Gloria didn’t resubmit the claim. I did everything they asked me to do. The tooth that didn’t get pulled started throbbing unbearably so I went to Urgent Care last week. Because this was an emergency, I decided to go back to Dr. Gloria to have the tooth extracted. This morning I arrive at my scheduled appointment only to be told to pull my negative review. After I said no, they told me that they couldn’t treat me for nonpayment. Keep in mind this was a medical emergency. *Added next day* I googled dentist that take Medicaid and found Herndon Dental Arts. They saw me the same day. The office is much bigger, cleaner, longer hours, much more professional front desk staff and the hygienists and doctors were awesome friendly and didn't try to upsell me. They extracted two bad teeth and took x-rays for dentures. I was there until 8 pm on a Friday. Much much better overall experience than Dr. Gloria's "glory hole" dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I found Dr. Gloria Dental Care one of the best dental facility in this area. All the staff from reception, account personal, nursing, hygienist and dentists are very professional, caring and well organized. Almost all of my family members go to Dr. Gloraia Dental care for their dental treatment and everyone shares wonderful experience. I recommend high this facility for your dental care.

Negative experience: I was unhappy with my dental work. I was left in a lot of pain due to improper procedures. I will also be filling a complaint with the Virginia Board of Dentistry.

The years of going to her practice speaks for itself. Our technician Dianne is wonderful. Personality that is off the chart. She makes getting your teeth a little pleasant when you are having them clean. Your mouth doesn't feel sore when she is finished.

Negative experience: Dr. Gloria is wonderful. However; there were significant delays and wait times for my scheduled appointment. I left work and was prompt for my 12:30 appointment, unfortunately I was never even called back until 1pm. At that point I was still met with significant delays. I am in healthcare and understand emergencies come up. However, I am extremely disappointed by the length of time I spent in the office. I was informed it would be a 2 hour visit to address 2 teeth and it was decided that only one tooth needed repair. I was still there for over 2 hours and I truly hope the decision not to address the second tooth was not due to time constraints. I have been happy with the dental practice but this important appointment was a disappointment.

Negative experience: Went there today and I have never been so mortified in my entire life and shared the video on my Facebook I will be going to the dentist board on Dr Gloria long story short she has ruined my life and what’s this about integrity and respect??? what hogwash you have no values you start dental work then when you can’t overtalk your patients while belittling them in a office full of other patient completely violating my HIPAA rights me having to explain why I can’t come to an appointment should not of justified you halting my dental plan when I have been waiting for months to get work done or having to walk around with a face mask not being able to work or attend my children’s events because you started dental work having me go get 20 teeth extracted only to not finish the job, over a missed appointment??? mind you my appointment was 8:50 this morning I was at her office at 8:25am so technically I was in fact there I’m going to the dental board because these doctors need to be held accountable I’m pouring my heart out in front of her staff and several patients and they stand there and down play my situation telling me to and I quote “shush “and “shut my mouth”and it’s all on video by the way! enough is enough take it up with the board I’m done with you oh then all I asked for was my records so I can find someone more competent to help me with my dental work and they don’t have the decency to email my information/patient files ha the same thing that makes you laugh will make you cry time to come down off your high horse and take some accountability for your actions then told the receptionist to document the suturation but to say in the statement that I damaged property! A total and complete fabrication and I literally stood there in the video talking the whole time! Never touching anything but a pen to sign my release forms she lies on her patients and I explained that was defamation of character but that didn’t stop her she then proceeds to laugh at my health insurance I see someone else watched my video and her response was to lie and say I’m not a patient well hello I’m a patient but not anymore as soon as my dental records are emailed I then won’t be a patient yeah I will leave this one to the board of health you will be hearing from them soon

I had both eyes injection the previous day and I have limited mobility but the experience with Dr Lee or Gloria was excellent. It was my first treatment with Dr. Gloria but I have good experience with Korean people and Latin American people so I was confident going in. I am originally from Philippines, migrated here in the USA, and have full respect and trust to Koreans and Latin Americans. Her staff was also excellent. I took note of their names but I lost my notes and I remember who welcome me, Ms. Claudia, Ms. Sydney, Ms.? I forgot here name. I shall try to recall on my next visit. Thank you . I am surely will go back to Gloria Dentistry and I and my family will do all our DENTAL works done by them. I strongly recommend Dr. Gloria DENTISTRY

Fantastic experience: Gloria Dental was able to quickly take me on as a new patient and eliminate the pain that I had in a molar. A deep cleaning did the trick. At another visit, she replaced a filling under a crown that had been bothering me. It looks great and was a comfortable experience. I enjoyed the friendly office staff and the doctors. Positive experience: The staff is friendly enough, but for some strange reason they refused to clean one of my teeth that needed a cavity during two straight routine cleanings. I've never seen a dentist skip any teeth while providing routine care. Be sure to check your teeth before leaving the office just in case they decide to do only a partial job on your cleaning.

Megan gave me a very thorough cleaning and set of x-rays that will be helpful for a long time. Negative experience: Poor time management, poor communication, poor cleanliness, poor capabilities from the DR. They will rush the anesthesia if they’re running behind. Doesnt matter if it’s a 10yo girl in the chair, they didn’t even wait 2 mins after injecting to start drilling her tooth. Save your time, money, and your teeth. Go somewhere else before you end up in dentures. Or before your kid develops a phobia.
