Negative experience: Unfortunately, I have become a manic flosser after receiving fillings from Dr. Gedela. I received four fillings and two of them have so much filling material sticking out of my teeth that it always feels like something is stuck in my mouth. The fillings were not sanded nearly enough.. i’d rather have another dentist to fix it in the future, then have her anywhere near my teeth again. On top of that, when the office checked my insurance, they said I had coverage for four fillings and urged me to complete them before year end. A couple of months later I received a $1400 bill from this office saying “oops turns out the coverage was not what we estimated. Will it be cash or card?” This is also a tech-y office. They have lots of gadgets and cameras that they can use on your teeth, which can be cool, but it’s very time-consuming. I stopped by after work for a quick deep clean, but end to end it took about an hour and a half which was way more than I budgeted. Most of the time was spent with a camera in my mouth, taking pictures and performing scans (besides the necessary x rays) while the actual deep clean did not take more than 20 minutes. They were nice otherwise

Fantastic experience: I had a bad experience with a dentist back in 2019 that made me hesitant to continue treatment to correct my crowded teeth. During a deep cleaning, I overheard the dentist talking to his assistant about my poor hygiene being the reason my teeth had become crowded. I felt very uncomfortable hearing that, especially because I have always taken good care of my teeth and brush them three or more times a day. In my case, I believe the problems with my teeth were more related to years of eating a lot of hard candies and using my teeth to break them into smaller pieces. After that experience, I decided to cancel my upcoming appointments and put off correcting my teeth for several years, including throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. Then, at the beginning of 2025, my wife told me about my current dentist, Dr. Pavani Gedela, and I decided to give myself another chance. I’m so glad I did! From my very first appointment, I felt comfortable and welcomed. Every time I walk into the office, it feels like home. The hospitality is excellent, and the staff is professional, friendly, and respectful. I especially appreciate the doctor’s assistants, Irene and Vina (or Dina), and everyone at the office for making me feel comfortable throughout my treatment. I completed about a year and a half of Invisalign treatment, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. My teeth were crowded before, and now the difference is amazing. I’m extremely happy that I decided to give myself another chance to fix my smile. I highly recommend Dr. Pavani Gedela and her team to anyone looking for a professional, respectful, and caring dental office. If you want to be treated with kindness and feel comfortable throughout your treatment, I definitely recommend giving this office a chance. My personal experience with her involved a deep cleaning and the administration of anesthesia beforehand. I am usually very scared of needles, but she gave the anesthesia so gently that I didn’t feel any pain at all. Irene’s follow-up care is excellent as well—she is very kind, empathetic, and always makes patients feel comfortable. I highly recommend them both!

Negative experience: I was at this office for a while. The practice replaced the dentist, and the new one has no bedside manner and messed up my crown many times. I ended up at a different practice that had to redo my entire crown and give me gum surgery because Brighter Smiles didn't do full X-rays. The new dentist I'm at is way more affordable and provides much better care. In addition, when I posted my previous review, they tried to bribe me with cheaper treatments if I took it down.

Negative experience: seemed great at first, with nice office and everyone seemed nice but later realized they do not know what their doing and deff taking advantage. They upsell on the Invisalign, and no matter what. I’ve seen them winking at each other. They gave a bad night guard that damaged my teeth and made it worse when they tried to fix it. Pretty sure they do shady stuff with insurance and don’t submit everything. Wait time is insane appnt would take longer than they should bc they don’t properly plan and mange the day, and try to make it as convenient for them. I’d hear them try reschedule patients to earlier in the day so they can close earlier. The list goes on. They’re not informed either. Constant mistakes and mis info. Don’t go

Fantastic experience: I used to have a dentist that made me feel really bad anytime I went in for a cleaning. He’d also try very hard to make me buy different products in-office that I knew I didn’t need at the time. It was just never a good experience, more so something I did just because I had to but knew I wouldn’t like it. Eventually, I started looking for a new dentist and found Brighter Smiles. I don’t know about anyone else, but I always judge a place based on the phone service from the front desk people because you can tell if they really do enjoy being there, which speaks to the rest of the office. I went there on a whim to see how it was and haven’t gone to any others since. It’s been probably at least 2 years since I’ve started seeing them. Every single person in the official is so approachable and kind, willing to answer all my questions even if I feel like I have far too many, and even laugh and joke around with me which makes for an all around good environment. Now, odd as it is to say this about dentist visits cause most people hate it, I actually look forward to it every time I come here. It’s just a great experience all around, I’d recommend Brighter Smiles to anyone ◡̈

Fantastic experience: Best dental experience I have ever had! Dr. Kavianpour and her staff, Are very gentle and kind, she makes sure to explain your dental condition and what you need. I don’t think they are many dentist offices where you can say that you found the receptionist, assistant, surgeon and dentist all incredibly competent and welcoming. If your insurance doesn’t cover or only cover partial procedures they work with you with payments plan, their priority is to help the customer, I had done deep cleaning, surgery, implant and I can not be more grateful I have them on my side to give me the best service possible. I would 100% recommend Dr Kavianpour and her team!
