Fantastic experience: The staff here is amazing and extremely professional! My dental hygienist kept me informed every step of the way and took the time to explain everything, so I learned a lot during my visit. I’m really glad I chose to come here for my dental needs. Fantastic experience: Very professional and very friendly service. I received a prep for a crown with a temporary and a filling. I was taken right at the start of my appointment, received service very quickly, had no pain, the numbing was not as extreme as many dentists where you leave with a cheek feeling as big as a balloon. I was able to eat a normal dinner with no discomfort. The business office was very professional and very reasonable. This is a great place with great people. Dr Hubbard will be my primary dentist.

This just adds to the quality service provided. My dental assistant, Ms “Tameka”, was also very friendly and personable. Fantastic experience: Update to the update! I have no idea how long Dr. Hubbard has been my dentist, but it's been a great experience! I was just there again today, and the care and expertise of the entire staff is just wonderful. Dr. Hubbard is now the dentist for us both and we love the new office! Dr. Hubbard placed my full set of dental implants and I love, love, love my smile. Dr. Hubbard and her team are first rate-professional, friendly and caring. As I said before, we're in very good hands! My husband and I have been coming here for 5 years and couldn't be happier! The entire staff is so professional and friendly. With Drs. Mitnick and Hubbard, we're in very good hands!

Fantastic experience: I have a young woman as a dentist. I do not know her name. But she is kind and patient and always explains what she is doing/about to do so that i dont freak out. I have extreme anxiety when it comes to dentists after a botched root canal experience. Bless this woman and this dentistry practice. I wish all dentists were like this but sadly most are monstrous butchers who medically gaslight you and poke and stab around in your mouth with no respect or care for you as a human being. Im glad this place exists and was able to take me as a patient. I hate dentists. I really do. But not the lady who worked on me. This place is a rare GEM of a dentist office. They are respectful of my time (and my wallet) -- I have never waited more than 5 minutes past my appointment time. The hygienist is gentle and thorough; the dentist sees me after a cleaning every time to check on me before I go. My gums are so very much improved. Dr. Hubbard is kind and professional. Not only does she excel in the science of dentistry...she is an artist. Every crown fits perfectly with little to no adjustment needed. I used to be a reluctant patient. Fantastic experience: I was very pleased with the treatment I received today with Dr. Hubbard. Always on time and very thorough. Today was my third appointment with Dr Hubbard. It was not a scheduled appointment but an emergency appointment. I fell early morning on a walk and knocked out two front teeth and broke another. When my daughter called the office from the emergency room she said she would see me after the hospital. After her examination and complete consult she referred me to an oral surgeon who needed to do some of my work. Her staff secured me an appointment and was able to go straight to his office. Dr. Rachel Hubbard and her staff are so wonderful and helpful. I highly recommend her .

My second appointment was a disappointment- Had a deep cleaning and was hit with a $600 Bill—total shock to me as NO ONE discussed it with me before hand. And that was just for half Of it. They did ask me if I wanted to finish the other half of my mouth —ANOTHER $600! Holy Moly—I feel I’m backed into a corner—pay another $600 or only have half of my cleaning done? WOW Wish I had known—at the least—the curtesyw should always be given to the patient—I would have looked for options or talked to someone and Then I would have made a decision.

They were able to get me in next-day to repair (made it quick & easy too!), and back on track with regular cleanings etc. Dr. Hubbard is a true pro, definitely go to this dentist.

The equipment & the work is top notch. Procedures & reasoning for them is clearly explained and understood prior to the work. The pricing is great & they take a multitude of different insurance carriers. Not only that, scheduling is a breeze & they're not months out on appointments. What more could you ask for? Fantastic experience: This is, hands down, the best dental experience I’ve ever had…and I am not a fan of dental visits. Dr. Keynton has made the process of having some cavities filled a painless process and she’s really good at what she does. She’s friendly and personable and I trust her implicitly when it comes to my dental hygiene. She has successfully cleaned out and repaired some cavities that I was certain would end in a root canal, but she got the job done and avoided exposing the root entirely. I also recently had a bridge from a previous dentist that fell off and they were able to fit me in same day because someone cancelled. Despite my concerns that the underlying teeth looked awful and that they would need cleaning and repair, Dr. K assured me that they actually looked really good and she was able to re-seat the crown with minimal discomfort. If you’re looking for a new dental practice for whatever reason, give Sterling Virginia Smiles a shot. You won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Went in for the first time on Tuesday June 25th. I did exams, a cleaning, and finally got my chipped tooth filled. I was seen by Dr. keynton and Dr. Hubbard. They were very polite, personable, and transparent. Have to love that from a dentist. Ashton the office Manager was awesome and helped me with scheduling my next appointment. If you live, work, in the Loudoun, Fairfax area I’d give them a shot!

Fantastic experience: My family has been visiting Dr Rachel Hubbard for 10+ years, and have always been pleased with the quality of care, whether it be a routine cleaning or fillings. The receptionist/front-desk always welcomes with a smile and is pleasant to interact with. The hygienist have a good balance of thoroughness and expediency…like who enjoys a teeth cleaning!? They also aren’t overly chatty, and seem to always feed my mood well. Dr Hubbard is awesome, makes visiting the dentist worthwhile, easy to relate with and personable. During dental repairs has done excellent work. Her exams are thorough and had good advice on improving dental and overall health. New and modern offices in ~2023. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The entire process was smooth, easy, and every member of the staff was friendly and professional. Their online new patient form was extremely easy to fill out on my tablet, and their reminder system was diligent without sending so many messages as to be annoying. The appointment itself was pain-free, and they explained all steps of the process as they worked, what they had found, and what the next steps will be.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a Dentist that was familiar with TMJ disorder and offered BOTOX injections. I found her! Dr. Hubbard was fantastic. She is thorough, caring, and friendly. Unfortunately I do not remember the names of the support staff but they were also friendly and added to my positive first experience.
