All of the staff has been wonderful and understanding of the individual concerns of each patient. I feel cared for like family, even after I broke a temporary crown the same day! We live to eat and eat to live! I highly recommend this office for their Care, consideration, attention to details, personal touch, laughter, and musical playlist!

Fantastic experience: I came to this office I'm very short notice for my father because we needed an urgent appointment on Saturday and they easily accommodated us even when we had to shift the time of the appointment by 1 hour. They were really great all very helpful good communicators and gave us a lot of information. So with such a quick appointment and seeing the doctor within 15 minutes of arriving it was really great and saved us a lot of aggravation and gave us a lot of convenience due to the Saturday appointment flexibility. All of the staff was so nice in helping with the insurance details and explaining everything and sending us detailed records via email after we were finished. I'm only passing through the area but if I lived here I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: My family has used Gentle Dental Care for over 11 years and it has been a wonderful experience every time. We are happy with the excellent customer service and relationship we have built over the years!

Negative experience: The dental work is fine I guess. The problem is the front desk/administrative team. They are incapable of answering basic questions. Checking out and scheduling follow ups is the worst part about going in and their schedule doesn't have much flexibility. They also would call me and not introduce who they are and just start talking until I figure out 'oh, its the dentist'. Super weird and unprofessional. Also, when I had an ortho consult, the 2 women who presented the estimate couldn't explain any of the line items on it or answer questions about what's included (retainers, follow on care, etc) and it included no actual cost breakdown. They had to get the orthodontist back there to answer simple yes/no questions about the quote. Why would you think you can present a $5,000+ estimate scribbled in pen and not need to elaborate on any of it?

Since then, they have taken good care of my teeth and been very accommodating of my erratic travel schedule. I will recommend Gentle Dental Care wholeheartedly to any individual or family.

Fantastic experience: My god, the best dental office with the BEST staff. I’m usually an atmosphere freak (would prefer super brand new facilities, aesthetically decorated, good music etc etc) but when I tell you i do not give a flying dogfish if they were doing my teeth in jigsaw’s basement because literally everyone’s so kind, friendly, just all around amazing. The work is quick and easy and the doctor was SO accommodating as I’m a scardycat lol. I got my tooth filled here and got whitening done and it was the best experience. The lady who does the whitening, she’s so detailed and I never felt one bleach pain on my gums. The doctor is very through as well, she found stuff other dentist did not (literally came here bc I was sketched w my first dentist in the area to get a second opinion as they told me I had 4 deep cavities lol I knew that was a lie). Love it here! Def recommend!

I've since moved back to Maryland in 1996 and I just cannot give them up. I travel almost 1.5 hours to receive my cleaning and general check up. Dr. Parikh, Kim the Hygienist are the entire dential team are the best ever.
