Fantastic experience: Dr Jameel and Ashling are wonderful to work with! Its thanks to them and the staff that my teeth are in amazing shape. Not only they are knowledgeable in their own crafts, but also they somehow left me wanting to come back for more appointments! I will say to new patients to take advantage of their laser technology when it comes to operations that involves their gums. It was done wonders when it comes to sterilization and recovery after deep gum cleanings! Recovery without it went from Weeks to just days - Don't sleep on it as it has become more affordable!

I called Monday morning & received an appointment for Tuesday afternoon. The crown was re-cemented to the tooth - every aspect of the service was first rate. I have found my new dentist!

She shared notes and x-rays that had been sent to the office from the periodontist whom I also see. Very satisfied with this office and dental work

Fantastic experience: Wow what a beautiful facility. You step in the door and the ladies are so friendly. The waiting room is comfortable. They have a very affordable program if you don’t have dental insurance. As an RN with no dental knowledge Dr. Jameel broke down everything and explained my tooth pain so I could understand. I received detailed options for fixing it with different price options. I’m so thrilled I was referred to them!

Fantastic experience: I fired my dentist last week. It wasn't any one thing which caused me to terminate a 15+ year relationship, but several issues over a two year period with a final "straw that broke the camels' proverbial back" which forced me to change. Starting over with a new dental care provider is very unnerving, but Herndon Family Dental did everything possible to start relationship building right away. Though I am in need of several procedures to stabilize my dental health and relieve pain and discomfort, I feel I made a very good choice moving to HFD to build a relationship with a dental provider I can trust, and though I've only had one appointment, I appreciate the time and attention I received as well as the beginning or a treatment plan which will help me overcome the issues I have today.

Fantastic experience: Courteous front office staff that offer flexible scheduling. Hygienist Ashling was amazingly knowledgeable and incredibly thorough with her cleaning. All recommendations were patiently explained. Dentist completed the experience and made recommendations based on the my explanation of the situation and the insights she was able to glean from the 3D rendering and X-rays. I even got an opportunity to play around with my 3D render to get telemetry to my mouth that I never saw before.

Positive experience: Dental hygienist polished my teeth before the teeth cleaning. For last 50 years I am used to having my teeth polished after the teeth cleaning. I told her but she continued with polishing my teeth before cleaning. Also she kept pushing me to come for cleaning every 5 months instead of every 6 months as allowed by our insurance. My teeth are very clean because I use waterpik and floss everyday.

Fantastic experience: They are genuinely concerned about my care. Not bloating my bill just for profit. Office confidently presented my cost after insurance coverage. Second and third visits: Seems that I have been going to the wrong dentists my entire life. Temporary crown was placed in record time, fit perfectly the first time. Same with permanent crown. Other dentists spent much more time fitting and adjusting. Maybe it is updated technology, but I think Dr. Jameel and her staff are just that much better.

Fantastic experience: In all honesty, I hadn't been to a dentist for a shockingly long time. Partially because of the usual anxieties of it but mostly because I had never done it alone before. From scheduling to attending, it was a first. But the staff here was so easy and extremely warm to me! From start to finish they were attentive and kind. Fantastic experience: Had to go through my first root canal and having heard many stories of relatives and friends years ago having poor experiences, I was very relieved to be able to be so well taken care of by this dental practice. It was around Thanksgiving, so I wanted to be able to enjoy my food and they took great care of me and got me in before Thanksgiving with a temporary crown so I could enjoy the food and then after the holiday, I came back about two weeks later for the final step in the process and received my permanent crown. The final appointment took less than an hour. Their offices are setup with TV’s on the ceiling so if you have a long procedure, you’ll have relaxing images to distract you or you may even be given some bluetooth headphones and can select some streaming options to watch. I chose to watch nfl highlights on youtube. Thank you for the great service!

Fantastic experience: One of the best dentists I ever visited. Ali was very kind and polite. He performed the X-Rays and cleaning without causing any pain or bleeding gums! Dr. Lina was very professional and experienced as well! She takes time to understand her patient first and gives options for treatment. I had a tiny chunk of broken tooth that was bothering me. Initially, she said she would polish it to make it blunt, but later, she removed it quickly. I did not even feel any pain. She did it as a part of cleaning and did not even charge for it!
