Fantastic experience: I have recently began working in Seattle, 3000 miles away from my home. It was a Saturday @ 0630, I was getting ready for work, when I saw my front tooth chipped. OMG!!! When I used the search engine on my Dental Ins app, I began frantically scrolling, there wasn’t any appointments available. Then I saw a 1330 appointment at Silver Firs, so I grabbed it. The interaction with the bot to compile my information was amazing!! I actually thought I was texting w/ a person. I completed almost all the paperwork online & was pleasantly surprised when I received a call @ 0806 there was now a 1300 appointment available. What superior service! I knew I was in great hands! When I arrived at the office, which is a brand new state of the art facility, I knew I was in great hands!! I was greeted with Aloha! EVERYONE is so kind & Dr Phang quickly & safely repaired my tooth!! No one would see I had a broken tooth! It was my lucky day & I am so appreciative! Mahalo!! Teresa

Fantastic experience: I am not comfortable going to the dentist. Therefore, it has been many many years since I have been. But some instances necessitated that I find a dentist and visit them soon. My daughter recommended this clinic and said I would love them. I said, I doubt it. My daughter was right. The staff was very calming and welcoming and since I’m jittery this was wonderful. The Dentist was reasonable and had good insights and made me feel calm. I can’t recommend them more highly.

Negative experience: I was treated by Dr. Singh and Dr. Bajwa, and this was honestly one of the worst dental experiences I’ve had so far. I initially went in for a deep cleaning, but was told that I needed some fillings done. After the fillings, I experienced excruciating pain for an entire week. When I returned for a follow-up and explained the pain, I was told, quite casually, that they may have hit the nerve because the filling was very deep, and that I would now need a root canal. As dentists, they should be fully aware of the risks involved and communicate them clearly. The lack of accountability and the casual attitude toward a patient’s pain was extremely disappointing. If the filling was borderline and there was a possibility of nerve involvement, this should have been explained upfront so I could make an informed decision and avoid unnecessary suffering. In addition to this, the staff was unprofessional. People frequently walked in during the procedure just to chat, which was very distracting and inappropriate. Overall, I am not happy with my experience and would not recommend this place.

Dr. Lee works smoothly in tandom with Abby her dental assistant.

Fantastic experience: I called after 1PM on a Friday, desperately trying to find an emergency dentist for my spouse, who was in extreme pain. Silver Firs Family Dentistry fit us in and Dr. Singh stayed late to perform an extraction for us. Everyone was so kind and helpful throughout the whole process. We were given a clear explanation of what was wrong, the available treatment options, and the costs for everything. They really made us feel comfortable and taken care of. Really glad to have found this place. If you have dental anxiety, they take care of you here.

Negative experience: Shanon is so mean if you have kids she has 0 patience for them and will kick you out aggressively! Some of these old people need to touch grass & worry about themselves . Kids are kids and it’s very rude to to give your opinion on how “loud “ they are . I couldn’t even finish my after care instructions on the chair because she told us to leave somewhere else ,, in a very rude way she’s like we can’t have that here (my son crying ) you gotta go , go , go while waving her hands towards the way out

Negative experience: I don't get a lot choice in dentist with my insurance. I’m a stage 4 cancer patient & these guys are pretty mean when I turn down services associated with high cancer rates. More then once Ive spent most of my visit feeling like crying & wishing I didn't need to have my teeth cleaned at all. There is so much stress & guilt & fear around teeth it's all so miserable & this team doesn't help at all.

Positive experience: This is my first time at this dentist office and they have been great so far. My husband needed care urgently and they got him in for a consult that very day I called. We hadn't been regular clients either. Plus, they were able to get me in for a cleaning the very next day. My previous dentist was always scheduled out several weeks. I only put 3 stars because we are new and it's only been 1 visit. One thing that seemed very different to me is they do not have a dental hygienist on staff. It was a dental assistant that cleaned my teeth and the dentist used the water ultrasonic scaler tool because the assistant told me she cannot. The cleaning was not the best and seemed as if the person didn't know what to do exactly. She was nice but seemed very inexperienced, which now makes sense after she told me she wasn't a hygienist. Not sure how I feel about that yet, I've never in my 50 plus years of going to a dentist heard of this before. Definitely prefer a true hygienist. I'll update in 6 months after my next visit. Lastly, the staff are so nice and so helpful!!

She is truly an exceptional dentist—kind, supportive, and incredibly skilled. I had a complex dental extraction where she removed all four of my wisdom teeth and a root canal done and a bone graft for wisdom teeth. Despite how intense the procedures were, she made the entire experience smooth, comfortable and most importantly stress free. What stood out the most was her genuine care. She constantly checked on me during my recovery and was always just a message away whenever I had concerns or needed pain management. Dental assistant Sylvia was very friendly and explained everything to me. The hygienist Ruby was amazing. I told her I was sensitive in some areas and she made sure to pay close attention. Very gentle and great cleaning. My daughter had Patty as her dental assistant and my daughter thought she was very friendly and gentle with her. My daughter had the same experience with Ruby. All of the staff there were great. Very helpful when I had questions about invisilgn. They weren't pushy or judgy about anything, which is always what I'm concerned of.

My newish dental crown was found to be faulty, and my old silver fillings have been replaced.
