Negative experience: The service is wonderful, and they are really nice! However, they don't work 8 to 8 as the name suggests.

Fantastic experience: 10 stars Let me set the scene… I’m driving down road having just picked my son up from a basketball game at Lynnwood High School, all of a sudden I start having extreme, sharp tooth pain (from what I later find out is an exposed nerve). I almost crashed. My son google 8 by 8 and it is 2 mins from where I have pulled over. We call and ask if they can see me. The say yes. We are across the street at Arco and drive over. Here’s why 10 stars not 5 1.) Advanced X-ray machine so, I just stand there and it X-rays head. (No opening your mouth and trying to bite down on those tabs that cut into your gums and roof of your mouth!) 2.) I was in excruciating pain, they had me painless about 15 minutes after arriving. 3.) Completed molar extraction and bone graft I walked in at 1:30pm they were finished at 3:45pm! Unbelievable! 4.) They stayed late to perform my procedure! The owner (who is a dental surgeon) and the woman who performed my procedure. 5.) Everyone was extremely kind. Front desk, dental assistant, dentists. 6.) They DID NOT price gouge. In a world where it sometimes feels as though everyone wants to be a billionaire and consequently services can be extraordinarily expensive. And everything is available albeit for a huge mark up. This place did not take advantage of me. It felt like old school Nordstrom customer service. Where people are kind, service oriented and out there giving their best. And they leave you feeling like they are glad you chose to do business with them. Not like they are doing you a favor. Even though they were! I highly highly highly recommend this place.

Negative experience: They set me up for an schedule/appointment and they know they cannot finish the simple procedure of tooth filling. They need to set you up for another appointment. Wasted my time. This dental clinic should stop wasting people's time.

Negative experience: Not sure why they book appointments when they just cannot seem to honor that timeline. This is my second or third appointment wherein I’ve waited for a doctor to finish a procedure which is usually a simple cleaning to be completed in time. They seat you in really quick and then leave you hanging in the chair for over an hour before working on you. The last time this happened they booked me and my husband for the same time and then one of us ended up waiting till the other person was entirely done ( approx 1hr 15 mins) . Today, they made me sit for an hour before the doctor was finally available to get started after the hygienist was done with the basic formalities . When I raised the issue I was told by the doctor himself that I need to come in first thing in the morning if I Donot want to be left out waiting . I’m sorry, but why are you booking appointments then?! It’s absolutely ridiculous to be wasting a patient’s time again and again . Will never be going back in again.

Fantastic experience: Great experience with Dr. T and Nate. They are always respectful and explain every procedures in detail, which is very important to me. The entire process is smooth. The staff is also wonderful. They treat me well at every visit.

He always spent time explaining the problems before gave the best solution to me. The work he has done lasted a pong time. He really does care about his works and patients altogether. On 8 to 8 admin. system ,appointments are promptly reminded and all billings are accurate and no issues and smooth . My implant experience was top notch with excellent results and patience and patient care and no pain philosophy are the cornerstones of Doctor Thongin practice. Fantastic experience: Isaac and Dr. Bai are always amazing!! My mother is older and has dementia, so Isaac's nature is always a great calming factor for her. He is so patient and kind that it makes me not stress when I have to take her for her appointments. If any of you have older parents, I definitely recommend asking for Isaac to assist/hygienist. Doctor Bai is always so professional and guides us in the right direction with our care.

Fantastic experience: I had the most wonderful experience getting cavities filled today. Dr. Kim and his medical assistant were very gentle and sweet. I am someone who has procrastinated dental work for far too long and have a long road ahead of me as far as fillings, extractions, root canals, ect. I am very self conscious and ashamed about the condition of my back teeth and for that reason, compassion and understanding is very important to me when it comes to choosing a dentist. I definitely will be getting all my extensive work done at 8 to 8 dental. Update: 9/3/25. I have been going here for several years now, had several fillings, some extractions, root canals and 4 crowns done here. I have seen a few providers there. Dr. Frixione squeezed me in once same day when I chipped my front tooth, Dr. Bai has done most of my recent work, his crown work is flawless! They always make sure I am comfortable and are very compassionate.

Positive experience: I’ve been coming here for a few years now, and I’ve never once left disappointed. Because of past experiences, I’ve always had extreme dentist anxiety, but every visit here has made me feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I can’t recommend Dr. T enough—truly the best dentist I’ve ever met. The entire team is wonderful, and the gentleman at the front desk is an absolute gem!

Positive experience: 8 to 8 Dental is a great option when you have a dental emergency—their team is quick to respond, and getting an appointment is usually easy. Their pricing is also very competitive, which I really appreciate. That said, I feel it’s important to share some concerns. There seem to be a lot of new or inexperienced assistants, and in my visits, they performed much of the work instead of the dentist. On two occasions, I got sick shortly after my appointments. I didn’t see the assistants or the dentist change gloves between patients. While it’s possible they did, it wasn’t visible to me, and that raised some concerns about hygiene. The dentist was also juggling multiple patients at once, which added to my discomfort. I still like this place and hope they address these issues because their friendliness and the office is close to my house.

Fantastic experience: I have a phobia when it comes to the Dentist! Dr. T and staff were absolutely amazing at making me feel at ease. The injections prior to extraction were virtually painless. I felt next to nothing during the procedure. I will be back in 10 days for continuing dental care!

Negative experience: Not recommended.. I had fillings on my right side done about 6 months ago that still hurt regularly, the only cure is to remove the filling and replace it, because it had been packed in incorrectly the first time. I also had cavities behind my front teeth, but by their own words, they over assessed the durability of my teeth. And drilled too far. Amounting in my front teeth corners crumbling. I feel worse than before I came here. And I paid thousands for it all.

Fantastic experience: I have extreme dental anxiety and the staff and Dr. Chang immediately relieved me of that. I also had some issues with medications which needed the consult of my primary care physician. Nate, one of the staff members went out of his way to make sure my issues were resolved. I was very impressed by his compassion and patience while dealing with my primary care physician. Dr. Chang so far has dealt with me very patiently as well, putting my fears to ease and explaining the entire process. They do a great job here and really work with you! Highly recommended. I’ll update this review after my procedure to talk about the service and procedure itself.

Negative experience: Took 4 sittings for a filling which is still not perfectly done. Have to visit another clinic to fix it. Totally waste of time and money.

Negative experience: I wanted to give a ZERO stars for this Dental Clinic (I visited the one in Lynnwood). Really disappointed by the amount of trust they show on the customers. I called them to schedule for an appointment and the representative asked me to pay the full amount for the sitting 3 weeks before the appointment date and the reason being some people schedule appointments and do not turn up. It is a SHAME on this franchise to not trust their customers for mere dollars. If they prioritize money over customers, how would I want to trust them for the right analysis and treatment. If an organization/clinic is so money minded, the first thought which comes is that they would not hesitate to provide false details about the condition of our teeth to eat up money from us. Something to think about.

Negative experience: I've been to this dental office three times. The first two times were great with Dr. Liu and Dr. Naru. However, this last 6-month cleaning appointment was the worst dental experience I've ever had, from the front desk to the dentist. I was greeted with the front desk staff requiring a full deposit on a future treatment I was contemplating before scheduling that appointment, which the first I've heard of a dental office doing that prior to seeing a doctor. The hygienist I had was nice, but wasn't gentle and could tell she was new. Dr. Najafi was absolutely terrible. Didn't listen to me, had attitude, was aggressive with the cleaning, at the end requested an extremely aggressive and expensive treatment plan that was unwarranted and not even a topic of discussion. Didn’t even complete the 6-month exam. To top it all off, I dealt with Lauren at the front desk to discuss future appointments and treatment. I requested a different dentist for a future visits for treatment. She wouldn't listen to the request and gave attitude when requesting half the treatment cost to just schedule the appointment. If you're looking for a new dental office, just avoid this one and find a dentist who will care about you as a patient.

Fantastic experience: I had my second appointment yesterday and I felt like the staff actually cared about me, from the receptionist who greeted me when I came in to the dentist and assistant themselves. The lady at the desk was very kind and honest, the guy that helped me schedule this last appointment gave me the information I needed to make a decision about the care i needed and what options I have financially, lastly the assistant/dentist that worked on me for both appointments were absolutely wonderful. The dentist/assistant explained what they were doing the whole time and were as careful and gentle as possible, I have MAJOR anxiety about going to the dentist but they all made the experience smooth and eased all of my anxiety; Highly recommend them!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience at a dentist in my life here. It started with the receptionist knowing who I was by name before I walked in the door and being very helpful, kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. Then the nurse was the same and very pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. The dentist was amazing, listened to my concerns and made sure I was comfortable and not in pain (all of them did this). I had to have a root canal and she did an amazing job with a difficult tooth. The kindness and caring is one of the biggest reasons I will continue to go here and recommend them to everyone!! Negative experience: Dentist's are great here. Fast and do the job right. Unfortunately, the front desk/assistants have always had quite the attitude both over the phone and in person. Super bratty attitudes from majority of the women assistants. Lauren being the biggest one.

Fantastic experience: I didn’t get to use this clinic (unfortunately, they don’t accept my mom’s insurance), but I want to thank the lady at the front desk (I think her name was Kathleen or Kaitlin). We spoke over the phone and she was very nice and attentive , and gave me a helpful advice. It was the best first impression!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this 8 to 8 dental clinic for 12 years, they have done major dental work on my mouth with great success, I returned it to them for major work removing and replacing a bridge in three crowns adjacent and the work was amazingly proficient and the staff was extremely friendly, I have been to this clinic many times over the years and always had a wonderful experience, they do fast but extremely accurate work, I have dealt with many different employees over the years of this clinic and regardless of dealing with many different people the work stays consistent and excellent.

Negative experience: I made an appointment for November 2022, I made a deposit $$. but a week before my dental appointment, I had to cancel for personal reasons. then they told me that they could not refund it to my bank account and that they would send me a check to my house with the amount given. I called 3 weeks ago because the check hasn't arrived since November. Today they told me that I have to wait 3 to 4 more weeks to get the check. Please consider this point to make any payments before your appointment. I have to wait I think 5 months the refund

Negative experience: BEAWARE on the bill details. I was charged way more than the BOE statement from my insurance company. And I have contacted this dental office several times to go through the bill details, they told me they would send me the refund by check, but I have not received the check. then I had my insurance company contacted this office, same story that this office said again the check was sent. Then again, I have not received the check. It was March 2022 that I was over charged, as of today (Dec 2022), I have NOT got the refund check. This is really unethical business practice. How could their billing department not know there is a big discrepancy on what the insurance covers and how much is the patient responsibility when they received the BOE from insurance company .

Fantastic experience: Entire family Ioves this place. We have had two different Dentists, both excellent, across standard cleanings and an emergency. This is the best dental studio I’ve ever been to, super accommodating, great with the kiddos in creating safety to not scare them from the dentist, and very clear and concise with what is going on through your treatment. Ellie made things a ton of fun for us and balanced taking care of teeth with the realities of being human! High recommend.

Fantastic experience: This is the most amazing Dentist and Team I have ever been to, and I have been to more than I care to admit. I went in on an emergency tooth issue, was able to get to treatment, but then they found a window of time to do a full comprehensive xray ($39!) As it is noticeable there are multiple contributing factors leading to my emergency (I know, but dental work - $teep costs) that could've been prevented. Dr. Park went through his concerns and suggestions, which I had heard most before, but he also shared a different method of care that was most beneficial long term for me and far less than I have ever been quotes, for more detailed and solution based care. Fast forward to my first major appointment. I chose nitrogen over anesthesia, and having 7 extractions done and a flipper (yep, that emergency turned into full wrap around services and next steps) Ellie sat with me the whole time, making sure I was calm, comfortable, could read my body language, all my cues, letting me know the progress, I didn't even have that much support while delivering via natural birth, and here she is, just making sure I wasn't alone! Dr. Park is the most gentle, kind, reassuring dentist I have ever met. Completely honest about care and services and safe planning to not put my mouth through unnecessary trauma AND collaborating on a plan of care with me, explaining the services and priorities. I have a lot of care I need, and previous quotes have been anywhere from $15k to $18k ... with insurance and a generalized plan. At 8 to 8? Tailored plan, multiple services, flippers, periodontal extreme care, the list is large and about 35% of my prior quotes. I'm fortunate so far to have the ability to pay per service however they told me all the programs and payment plans that offered directly through them, in the event my financial ability changes, my health doesn't and one or the other they'll do what they can for every patient to keep their health and moral hygiene safe. My daughter will start going, I've told friends and family, and all it took was to see one picture of me smiling big and the "whoa, those look so real!" And sharing my experiences I have had to get me to be able to smile again without fear! I have a long road of care ahead of me, and am so grateful I know who is "holding my hand" through it. Ellie! I will never go anywhere else. I wish iI had gone years ago, but I'm there now!

Fantastic experience: I had a great time here at 8 to 8 dental, my dentist Ellie, was so great and made sure that we had a good experience. She checked up on us to see if something hurt, but she was very gentle . It wasn’t awkward, we talked about are summer plans, and shared a few laughs. Overall I completely recommend 8 to 8 dental, and Ellie as your dentist.

Fantastic experience: I have had the best experience with 8 to 8 dental. I have massive dental anxiety and the second I sat in the chair, the assistant, Ellie was so comforting and helpful. She made my whole experience easy and calm. I have gone back twice since and having her by my side has made this process so easy. She explains everything that is going on and walked me through it all. I am excited to keep moving forward with this journey and I owe it all to Ellie!!

Negative experience: I had a referral to get a root canal. I called around to find someone as soon as possible. Explain to reception I had a referral from my dentist for a root canal assessment. Got an appointment right away. Saw the Dentist told him the same story. He does the exam and then tells me he doesn't do root canals and referrers me to another guy. Why was I not told at the beginning of the appointment? Poor form

Fantastic experience: They have Dr Nick yeung and his assistant Too OMG he is amazing I recommend him to my bro and friends and relatives ,, he deserves it . Did almost 7 or 8 fillings and was So PROFESSIONAL and the assistant was so friendly and professional THANKS DR YEUNG and his assistant;)

Negative experience: aki in this clinic a few years ago I went to remove some crowns they charged me a lot of money by then and I had no experience I was a humble person and it happens today that my four front teeth spent a lot and today they broke and today I am spending more and the worst In a few years I may not have my own teeth, the truth is that I feel very bad not knowing that I do not have my own teeth I will be using iron implants

Doctor young is the best and over the years I have come to trust him which is hard to find with a good dental practice. They have been great at getting me in during dental emergencies and have also been very accommodating with my own comfort and requests.

I was seen promptly, they explained each procedure thoroughly, both patiently listened for dental sensitivity to coldness/pressure, & they both complied with my request for water cup rinse. Fantastic experience: They were very friendly and helped me with feel like a normal person even with my disabilities. I told them j was dead in my right ear so the nurse spoke to me on my left side. They were quick and explained things thoroughly.

Fantastic experience: This first couple times I came here I was less than impressed but then I switched doctors and my new doctor is fabulous. I finally feel like I've been treated like a person! She took into account all my mental health issues and talked to me without making me feel belittled. A trip to the dentist is always embarrassing and I always leave feeling unheard and angry at myself. Not this time! Thank you so much Dr. Baik!

Negative experience: Focus is on money and not the patients need. I don't like being ask for payment before asking what my problem is. They have all these plastic barriers you and multiple people walk through that are never sprayed, that cant be good. Made an appointment went in and they wanted to schedule me to replace the filling for another day, not what i was told on the phone. Constantly up selling the hell out of you. Didn't like the texting either, first message after scheduling appointment is we charge a fee if you don't show up or cancel your appointment two business days prior to your scheduled appointment. Guess this type of business practice is why they had time to see me.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I both go to 8 to 8 Dental. First, the dentists are excellent as is the staff. Aside from the normal cleanings and checkups I have had one crown installed on a broken tooth. It was the best fitting crown I have ever had. Second, and, so important, is they do a great job with safety duriing these covid times. I feel safe at the dentist's office.

Fantastic experience: I was visiting a dentist after a long time and they made me feel very comfortable. The place was clean, staff was very friendly, and the doctor was very patient &kind. I visited in March 2021, during covid pandemic, and they are taking extreme precautions - no waiting in lobby, sanitizers everywhere,double masks and face shield for doctors and assistant - and this made it very safe for me to remove my mask for check up.

Fantastic experience: Been coming to 8 to 8 for more than 10 years. Always professional and friendly with all the up-to date equipment. They offer a membership program for those without insurance which has helped enormously when I had to get more major work done. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I woke up in agony with an abscess and a throbbing pain. And of course it was Saturday and my dentist wasn’t open. Thank you 8 to 8 for being open and getting me in! They were kind, gentle, and immediately helped me! But more importantly, they made me feel like it was a honor to help me today instead of the usual feeling one gets from their dentist that “ you are lucky they got you in with appointment times that assume you don’t work “. 8 to 8 worked with my insurance and made the process easy for me to get emergency treatment! And it felt super Covid safe! Best experience I ever had with a dentist and staff. Might have to switch from my regular dentist!!!!

Fantastic experience: 8 to 8 Dental in Lynnwood is an excellent dental clinic. Staff is always nice and dentists are very knowledgeable. Prices are very competitive. I really recommend this coming here if you are looking for a great service.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Young (might be spelled differently, was going off my ear) and Anne did the most gentle teeth cleaning. This being the first time I saw Dr. Young (since my last dentist there is gone), I appreciate that they listened to my concerns ahead of time about a few issue teeth. They make sure I was okay throughout the whole time, and Dr. Young took time to explain a bit of the science behind why my teeth are hurting (which no one had actually explained thoroughly before) and referred me to someone who could help with an issue I've had.

Fantastic experience: the office was very friendly in scheduling and when I arrived the office was definitely patient friendly as well as practicing COVID safety. I run a surgeons office in Montana and 8 to 8 made me feel safe to see the dentist with low risk of COVID. I explained my problem, my anxiety about dentists and the tech and Dr were both very gently and understanding. Even though it is a bit of a drive for me, I will return as does my daughter.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Yeung is amazing! Absolutely recommend to family and friends and anyone who’s had traumatic childhood experience with dentists. From day one he showed no judgement or irritation while I explained why it’s been so long since my last exam. He never made me feel rushed or hurried when I needed a moment to calm down. He is skilled, knowledgeable, and caring. I would follow him anywhere! Another plus, he seems young so I don’t think he’ll retire on me anytime soon : ) Selfish but honest.

Fantastic experience: I've always had one of the best experiences one could ask for when going to the dentist. The organization before Covid-19 was impressive. Now you can find this group handling you and all the other patients with extreme care by following a carefully outlined plan to prevent the spread of this virus, as well as anybody could. When you enter the building you get a luxurious feeling. When you penetrate deeper into the hidden walls of the back, a premium feeling extends itself. A remarkable setting and ambiance reveals itself with almost every turn and glance. The dentist are extremely nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. A very delightful and relaxing atmosphere to be in. They went above and beyond with me today. They actually performed 4 procedures flawlessly in one graceful day. This was done to accommodate me because I had an extensive travel to get to and from their office. I promise I won't let the distance stop me from coming back. It's always well worth it. I've had an issue in the past without going into detail and they reconciled it without any fight or debate. I would recommend this office to anybody in need of a dentist. Not just any dentist, but a great dentist. My happiness with this company is over-satisfied. Thank you 8 to 8 Dental! You guys are awesome!!

Fantastic experience: I have been so impressed with everything I've experienced here. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and my dentist, Dr. Young, is phenomenal. He is very conscientious about how his patients are feeling, he is fast at his work, but thorough, and his work is impeccable. I've had several other dentists in my life and none compare to him. I took my elderly mother to 8 to 8 as well, and she also loved the care she got there.

Positive experience: I was scared to go to new dental clinic,I went just by reading the review and I like it. specially after I get inside the main area where they do all the Procedure they are so Professional and the treatment was good.They answer all my questions, they were gentle and I love the fact they ask if I have any questions .i recommend the place.

Negative experience: My husband went in to have impressions and get ready for dentures. Mind you he is an otr truck driver and had to take 6 days off for his appointment for extraction and new dentures. Needless to say, they didn't check the box from the denture maker when they came in. So today when my husband went for his appointment they found out they messed up and needed more impressions. Now mind you, they've already got their money, if they had looked in the denture box when it arrived, they would have known there was an issue and my husband wouldn't have lost out on 6 days of pay. Happy, not even a little. Recommend, not now.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to 8 to 8 Dental for approx. five years now for my dental care. The only issue I've had was having to reschedule an appointment because I arrived a few minutes late. During the next appointment, the staff and doctor went out of their way to accommodate my arriving late yet again due to an accident on the freeway, while explaining why the previous appointment needed to be rescheduled. The staff is very caring and provides top notch service, often going above and beyond to ensure the best care for their patients. I have recommended 8 to 8 to many of my friends and co-workers, and will continue to do so!

Fantastic experience: So happy with my entire experience with these guys. Although, they could lay off the constant update of personal information when you show up for an appointment or simply ask "have you moved or anything change since your last visit?"

Negative experience: To some how the Doctor didn't want to treat me for unknown reason. I had pain on my right side wisdom teeth, they took an x ray after 15 minutes very young doctor came to talk to me for two or three minute and said I refered you to a specialist for simple cavity. I asked him "you cannot treat me her" he said it needs specialist.I felt so bad but I left quitely from that Dental office.
