They are also very detailed about your dentistry and making sure they have covered all the bases to make sure you have received the best care. I highly recommend Crosspoint!

Negative experience: I chose this dental center for my wife based on Google reviews and "Cigna Total in-network preferred provider directory" but based on horrible unprofessional/unethical experience we've had with them, I'd have to think that most of these other reviews are fake. We booked an appointment online and then they reached out by text and (1) When my wife asked to confirm 100% insurance coverage, they said they don't have time to run an insurance estimate and (2) they cancelled her original appointment for an unknown reason and asked her to book another. Now that I look back, these were enough red flags to not proceed but we proceeded anyway based on their good Google reviews. Before the appointment, I personally spent an hour collecting her previous X-rays and sent them to the office email. In her appointment, she told them she doesn't want new X-rays and she has already sent her X-rays to them, they said that they have checked her insurance and it covers the X-rays for free and she should get new ones. Anyways, after a month, we suddenly receive a significant bill for a checkup that has always been free with our insurance. 2 items not covered by insurance: (1) the X-ray they forced on her and (2) a "Tooth Vitality" specialty exam (in addition to billing "Comprehensive Exam") that the insurance did not cover. I've called them several times about this and clarified that (1) the X-ray was forced on her and (2) she didn't provide an informed consent for an specialty exam that's not covered by the insurance. At first, they even said that I'm lying and they don't see any prior X-rays in her file. After forwarding them the email from before her appointment, they removed the X-ray charge. They refused to remove the specialty exam and said that (1) doctor performs any required exams and he's not responsible to know what's covered by our insurance and (2) they are only billing my insurance as a favor not as something they have to do. I asked "Are you saying you could've billed me for $2000 and I couldn't say anything?". They didn't respond and hung up the phone on me. Guess what? Both of those arguments are a breach of Cigna in-network provider contract. In-network providers are obligated to bill insurance and deal with it and they are obligated to get informed consent before performing an uncovered procedure. What they are saying would only be legal for out-of-network insurances. I'm not sure if they are inexperienced and unknowing or if they are systematically doing this for profit. At one point, Dr. Daining told me is this discussion worth for something this small? What I don't understand is that if it's not worth their time, why don't they operate with respect to their Cigna contract and don't violate it because of that small amount. It's not the amount of the bill I'm not happy with, it's the unethical practice and the breach of contract (billing something without informed consent). When I go to an in-network Cigna provider, especially one with a Total/Preferred mark, I shouldn't be slapped in the face with an unexpected bill for something I didn't consent. Many patients go ahead and pay small unexpected bills to avoid confrontation but that just paves the way for future patients to get more unexpected/unethical bills.

My son and I have been going here for over 10 years. There are many options in our area when it comes to dental care, but Crosspoint Dental surpasses them all. You will not be disappointed.

Words can’t express the value of this dental practice! 05/28/25 Another 5+ Star visit. Tooth extraction. Painless. Expert. Because Dr. Like has a lot of experience helping people in third world countries with their dental work and they can’t afford root canals. Extraction ceases the awful pain of toothache. Another successful visit 1/20/26. Teeth cleaning with taking antibiotics (hip replacement protocol) Gently performed.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr. Luke's for close to two years now. The personal care that I receive from him and his staff is exceptionally good! I recently went in for a panoramic radiograph of my jaw which ruled out any signs of osteonecrosis which is a side effect of Xgeva, a drug to help individuals with the treatment of cancer or osteoporosis. At first I didn't communicate well the reason my care team at the cancer center was asking for this type of x-ray. The next day I messaged Crosspoint Dental Center online. Fortunately, my second attempt brought clarity to the situation. Dr. Luke was gracious in communicating with me his findings of the x-ray and a clear picture of what is going on with the left side of my jaw. I was so encouraged and felt so supported. I am very fortunate to have Dr. Luke as my dentist. And my appointments at Crosspoint Dental Center have always included the outstanding individuals who make up his staff. They are all truly a blessing!

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to Crosspoint for years and it is by far the best dental care I've ever received. I don't want to go anywhere else. Dr. Daining and the rest of the staff (from office reception to the hygienists) are so welcoming, affable, and highly skilled/knowledgeable. It's not always easy to find both (personality and professionalism) in one practice. I've never been a person who is afraid of visiting the dentist, but I will say that this is also the place I would recommend for anyone who does feel that anxiety or trepidation. I had gone to my dentist for 20+ years so I was a little apprehensive about changing dentists. However, after meeting the office staff I was so at ease. The office is very clean and comfortable. Fantastic experience: It was a decent experience. Going to the dentist is not on my list of a good time, but it wasn't terrible. And they got me in quick when I had a possible emergency (it was just popcorn being the worst). The people who work there are friendly and cheerful, and the dental experience wasps expected.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Crosspoint Dental Center for about 2 years. In that time, I have broken two teeth and had an old crown fall off. I have had two crowns put on and one with a root canal. They have always gotten me right in and most importantly, they have never hurt me. They numb the area before giving you the local anesthesia. It's not like you feel nothing, but it just wasn't painful. Dr. Draining and his staff are all very friendly and extremely proficient. They treat you like a friend and are interested in your well being. I consider myself fortunate to have found such caring professionals.

Fantastic experience: I've been to a lot of dentists in my life due to many moves, and I can say that the most caring and personable care team are at Crosspoint. Dr Luke is an excellent craftsman and I find that I can even relax when getting dental work done, knowing that my dental care is in good hands. I also don't find that they push high cost cosmetic procedures- they offer many options of care including cosmetic but at other clinics I've really felt these options were pushed in a manner than felt like the sale was more important than what was best for my health. I know that my dental health comes first here and as a physician myself, I can confidently recommend this practice.

Positive experience: Went to them bc of good reviews but quickly figured out they were very SEO type. Overall doctor was good and explained things in detail which I liked, best experience with a dentist so far. However the assistant didn't floss my teeth correctly and missed maybe 25% of them. Minor complaint but still, should be something they're able to do with no problem. Not many appts for them which makes me think a lot of reputation is inflated, but nonetheless they were sufficient. Will go back as I'm nearby.

I just got a crown done and although I was nervous it was a great experience (way better than the crown I got a long time ago from somewhere else in Seattle). Fantastic experience: I went to Cross Point Dental for 3 plus years. I had great experience with Dr Luke, hygienist Gina, and the front desk staff. They were always friendly and nice. We always had a great conversation on my visits there. My dental insurance got changed, and because of that I am not able to come here anymore. Fantastic experience: Went there due to dental pain. They were able to get me in the same day. I love the fact that you can book online (yay!). The Dr. was very nice and non-judgmental. He discussed my options with me and also offered empathy. The best part about the clinic is that they seem to know their patients. I heard both the receptionist and the dentist ask patients questions they could only ask if they knew and remembered their patients. For me, that is a big deal.

Fantastic experience: Today, even with one of the Staff not there, there was no rushing around and everyone was just as if everyone were there. They are accomodating for the fact that I don't care to have cold water squirted in my mouth onto my teeth. They have other choices other than MINT for working in my mouth. That's a big one for me that no other Dentist ever offered. I recommend them to everyone who complains about their Dentist or to those who may be new in the area.

And every time, it's worth the visit. Jamie was a delight when I call to schedule something, and always gets back to me anytime I have a question. They were easy to work with for a payment schedule, when I needed one. And very helpful with the coverage of my insurance. They really care about their customers here. Dr. Daining is professional + upfront about what he can do for your treatment. And all around, a great guy to talk with in the office. He was very considerate for comfort, (which I really appreciated with super sensitive teeth) and trust his sound advice - when it comes to any next steps. The results speak for themselves. He was also very helpful with coordinating for my Ortho treatment(s) -and- took the time to reshape/fix my front teeth afters, so that now they look great!! The work looks amazing, and he really looks out for me and my partner - every time we go in.

Can't recommend Crosspoint Dental Center enough!!! My teeth feel great.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Daining and his entire staff are truly amazing. I could go on and on about Dr Daining and my experience, but I will not. I will simply say that this guy is magic. I am 47 and totally neglected my dental health because of bad childhood experiences. I had pretty much given up on finding someone I could trust. My wife basically said I had to go, so I found Crosspoint by dumb luck. I have had 2 visits so far, both needing significant work done. These two appointments completely shattered all, and I mean all fears and anxiety I have held onto for over 40 years. I honestly cannot believe the way I now feel about having work done in the future. Thank you so much Dr Daining and all of the great people you have working at Crosspoint Dental. For anyone who shares even a tiny bit of the anxiety I used to have, look no further, Dr Daining is your solution.

Finding a trustworthy dentist and team is no easy task. Luke Daning, Gina, Jaime and their whole team is outstanding and great people. Fantastic experience: The people here are competent and friendly. I feel that they listen to my concerns and actually care about the health of my teeth. I never feel that my appointment was rushed; instead I feel that extra time is given to address any questions I have. For that extra personal touch, I am greeted by name from everyone, from the moment I walk in the door. I don't have to check in first; I open the door and am welcomed and told all paperwork is already done. It is nice to be recognized.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a new dentist, so my initial visit was for an oral exam, full set of x rays and cleaning. My second visit was to repair a front chipped tooth and a couple of fillings. The work Dr Daining did was top notch! The chipped tooth you would never know had been chipped. I'm so pleased.
