Fantastic experience: I came to this office after having issues with my bite following a crown I had done at another location. Dr. Prachi took the time to help me understand the issue and get everything addressed, and I already feel so much better! The entire office has such a clean, welcoming, and friendly vibe. Everyone was patient with my questions and made sure I understood everything, including my treatment and insurance coverage. I left the clinic feeling happy and satisfied with my visit. A special shoutout to Jenny and Cindy for getting me in quickly, being so helpful, and explaining the insurance coverage so clearly. They made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I had an amazing visit and will definitely be making this my go-to place for dental care. I can’t recommend this office enough!!!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience getting a few cavities filled by Dr. Shah. The office got me in for quick appointment right away, which was a convenient. Dr. Shah was incredibly gentle during the fillings and kept me updated throughout the whole process so I knew exactly what to expect since I get anxious. The communication was excellent, and the team even followed up afterward to check on how I was healing. I highly recommend Dr. Shah for anyone looking for a thorough dentist!

Fantastic experience: I have to give a shoutout to Dr. Shah and her team because I’ve been going here for YEARS and they’ve never once let me down. They did my braces and honestly made the whole process so easy — no drama, no stress, just a straight-up good experience from start to finish. The staff are seriously the best. They’re always flexible and take the time to actually explain what’s going on with your teeth instead of just rushing you through (Thanks Lynda!) so you never leave confused or wondering what just happened. Fantastic experience: We recently moved to Mill Creek and had a wonderful experience with Dr. Shah. My 11-year-old daughter was very nervous about her tooth extraction, but Dr. Shah made her feel completely at ease and carried out the procedure efficiently and gently. She also took the time to guide us on braces for my daughter's crooked teeth and advised us on the right timing for treatment. We truly appreciated her caring approach and expert advice. Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough about Dr Shah and her staff! I had been with another dentist for many years and have concerns keeping my teeth. There was nothing they could do. Then I heard about Dr Shah and that she could help with some of my issues. She listened to what my needs were and scheduled multiple appointments to get the job done. She filled in the pockets to relieve my sensitivity and made me a retainer to help save my teeth. These are things I had been asking from my old dentist for years! My smile is better than ever and her expertise is the reason for that! Her staff is super friendly, especially Lynda who made me laugh and made me feel at ease. Fantastic experience: Dr. Shah was very professional and incredibly helpful in fixing the dental issue I was experiencing. She was the only doctor in town able to accommodate me on short notice before my overseas trip. The entire team was friendly and welcoming, from the front office staff to Linda who assisted Dr. Shah during my visit. Fantastic experience: I have to say I’ve had the best service in my life with Dr. Chi and her crew. I’m normally nervous about pain when it comes to my teeth I normally get nitro. This is the first time in my life where I didn’t have to pay for nitro. they are always looking and asking to see if you’re comfortable and if you’re not, they’ll find a way for you to be comfortable, pineapple bread galore in the front office. Baked with love amazing. This is my home even if I move far away this is gonna be my dentist. Thank you Dr. Shah. And crew.

Fantastic experience: I've been going here ever since I was a kid and it's probably been about 15 years give or take some! The staff has always been the best and super accommodating, and Dr. Cottrill was always great! Dr. Shah seems to know exactly what she's doing, and I look forward to continuing my visits with her! (P.S. Jane is fantastic ) As an update after having Dr. Shah as my dentist for the past few years, she's been absolutely amazing! Fantastic experience: I love my experience with Dr Prachis clinic. Glad to have found a doctor who is looking out for the patient rather than the process. Easy, accommodative and friendly for sure :-) highly recommended. Doctor Shah is our family dentist now. Not to forget the extra perks, Bobby's famous baked breads. That's the extra incentive she happily keeps at front desk. Both admin staffs (Nilu and Bobby) are great!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Shah and her team are exceptional in taking care of their patients and their dental needs. They will very clearly explain the procedure, any treatments needed before and after, and work with the schedule that best fits you. The facility is also nice, clean and calming. Me and family have done regular checkups, ortho procedures, extractions and went through Invisalign with Dr. Shah and I am so happy with the results. Kids also feel very comfortable and look forward to goodies at the end. Overall, I have been going to Dr. Shah dentistry for more than 2 years and every time the experience is pleasant right from start to end.

Dr. Shah was wonderful and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout my appointment. The hygienist, Ana, was equally impressive; she was calming and efficient, which helped ease my nerves. The receptionists, the dental assistants…basically the entire team was so warm the moment you enter the office as a new patient. Together, they created a welcoming and professional environment that made my overall visits very pleasant. I had my general cleaning done and also trusted Dr. Shah in designing two lateral peg no prep veneers for me just months before my wedding. It was such a big decision and I was very nervous, but i was in such great hands and they came out so natural and completely improved my confidence in my smile for the big day! I highly, highly recommend Dr. Shah's dentistry to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

The atmospheric is very calm and the service is excellent. Nilu and Bobby (administrative staff) are terrific! They send you timely reminders and make sure we never miss an appointment. And Bobby's baked breads are terrific!! We have made Dr Shah our family dentist and don't think we will change.
