Fantastic experience: Although I have not had the opportunity to experience care as a patient, I can confidently say that Altitude Dental distinguished itself among the practices in the building by accommodating my disabled father by allowing him to use their wheelchair for an appointment at a different office. It has since been clarified that Regus does not currently provide wheelchairs as stated. Without this accommodation, we would have been forced to reschedule an appointment we had waited three months for and traveled from Des Moines to attend. Thank you, Altitude Dental.

Fantastic experience: I badly chipped a veneer shortly before a Thanksgiving trip to visit family on the East Coast. Dr. Marcus and her staff went out of their way, including seeing me on a Sunday, to insure that I had temporary veneers for my trip. After I got back, they put in the new ones (I needed both front veneers replaced to insure a good match. The new veneers look great.

There was no run around, they were upfront and attentive about any out of pocket expenses I may have and she was attentive to any questions or concerns I might have. I don’t have dental anxiety, but do struggle adapting to new providers. She immediately addressed any concerns, advised me of how we would address them and was able to take care of it all in one visit. I have been blessed with really great teeth. The dentist herself deep cleaned my teeth efficiently and thouroughly after the hygienist did some prep cleaning. Dr.Marcus saw my mouth for what it was, confirmed that I am doing the right home care, and did not try to upsell or scare me into more procedures, as other dentists in the past have. I felt seen and listened to. The receptionist was communicative, accomodating and very personable. Negative experience: RUDEST DENTIST I HAD ENCOUNTERED IN MY WHOLE LIFE (PLEASE LEARN DECENT WAY TO TALK TO YOUR PATIENTS) I just came back from my appointment with this dentist and the whole time I was there it was AWFUL. She had this condescending way of speaking with me and it was hard for me to comprehend why she did that. Not sure if she was having a hard day or this is her general way of speaking with patients. Let me give you the backstory and details of my appointment. I had an appt scheduled for Nov 8 which I ended up rescheduling for the next day. Went and checked in at the front desk. The receptionist was pleasant to talk to. The dental hygienist took me to the exam room, took X-Rays, and I shared the issues that I have been having and planned on building a comprehensive dental treatment plan. WAITED ~20 MINS FOR THE DENTIST (which I didn't mind at all as I know she was stuck with the patients) Dentist walks in. I give her my dental history and kinda talk about what teeth I was having issues with. She does the scaling and mentions one of the teeth's filling is chipped and she'll have to re-do 4 of them. I had done a cleaning and cavity fillings for 9 teeth early at Rewards Dental in Redmond which I mentioned. Up to this point, I hadn't even said if that chipped tooth was done at the previous clinic. All of the sudden she goes "Oh they did really bad fillings, I can't do anything about that. You'll have to talk to them about their bad job. Now your insurance won't pay us even if I do refillings". She sounded almost like I couldn't afford the treatment, which is something the patient determines. I have 3 dental insurances and even if insurance doesn't cover I was ready to pay out-of-pocket. Not sure why she behaved the way she did. Never in my life I had felt so uncomfortable with a medical provider. There was no way I was gonna continue my treatment at this clinic. I asked for my treatment plan and X-Rays and walked out. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST TO ANYONE! RUN AWAY I HOPE YOU NEVER BEHAVE THE WAY YOU DID TO ANY OF YOUR PATIENTS MOVING FORWARD. HOPE THIS MESSAGED WILL BE PASSED TO HER!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to my dentist for 20 years, I love my dentist. But I got this coupon for a teeth cleaning at Altitude and thought what the heck, I’ll try it. First, the actual dentist cleaned my teeth, not a hygienist or other assistant. The cleaning was very thorough and straightforward. The dentist noticed a chipped tooth in the back of my mouth, which has been there for years. Other dentists have noticed it, but they always say “you have a chipped tooth back there” but never do anything about it. Dr. Marcus, on the other hand, offered to polish it and smooth it out, and took great care to sand the jagged ridges down. It was quick and painless and made such an enormous difference, it’s hard to believe I lived with it in disrepair for so long. The best thing: she didn’t charge me! I’m not saying Altitude Dental is going to give you free work. But what I am saying is that Dr. Marcus and her staff obviously care deeply about their work and it is very clear that going the extra mile for these people is just par for the course. Long story short, Altitude Dental is my new dentist. Excellent dental work, and excellent business sense. Hard to find these days. I’m very happy I went.

Fantastic experience: I love Emerald City Smiles. The dentist really cares about his patients. The other staff is knowledgeable and caring. I've been a patient since 2017, and we will keep coming back!

Fantastic experience: There is no other dentist I would go to or recommend!! I am truly and deeply GRATEFUL to Dr. Nejad & his staff for their  fabulous personality and  skills with my dental care! I live more than 100 miles from Seattle. Unfortunately 1 of my teeths was broken unexpectedly in mid December.  As I desperately needed to get an appointment with one of my  local dentists,  almost  every one of them refused to help me, because Christmas was almost 10 days away. Fortunately one of my friends highly recommended Dr. Nejad  in Seattle. Hastily and doubtful I called Dr. Nejad's clinic and  his friendly front desk told me that they were over-scheduled but when I explained my situation she surprisingly suggested that I should be on hold for a few minutes to talk to Dr. Nejad himself (which is very unusual for a new patient could phone talk to a dentist of a dental clinic on his first contact). Dr. Nejad listened to me patiently and then he promised to push me through his clinic appointments somehow.  The next day, I received a call from his office updating me that there was not any opening or cancellation nevertheless  Dr. Nejad will honor his word and could take care of me right after his last patient at 6:30 Pm the same day, If I could put myself on the road and reach there on time.  Then I rushed and managed to be in the clinic on time and Dr. Nejad and his assistant were working on my teeth till around 8 Pm that evening.......my teeth not only had a major cavity but also needed a crown made by one of Denture labs which was again hard to find a lab where accepting the order and making the crown  before Christmas. Since Dr. Nejad has  such a caring personality, he could manage  finding a reliable lab who agreed to make the crown in just one week. I was notified 2 days after that the crown was going to be ready on time and I could drive to Seattle next week. Dr. Nejad and his assistant made such  a wonderful effort to make sure the crown was fixed on my teeth precisely and stayed till 7:30 pm on the day. There are no words to describe how WONDERFUL my experience was with  Dr. Nejad and his staff  for their Caring, sympathy, perseverance and hard work. When you find the best, you should keep it even though the dental  clinic is 100 miles away.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nevada is not only a professional he cares about your medical issue , he is very friendly and compassion. I recommend him a 100%

Negative experience: I had to walk out of the office because the dentist was being terribly rude. The front desk is never available when I called, I really don't recommend this place.
