The receptionist was very welcoming, the assistants were kind and professional, and Dr. Katherine Jagow was very attentive and caring throughout the appointment. Fantastic experience: I’ve only had 2 appointments here, but this place has been a total 180 experience from the dentistry I was attending my whole life. The staff here are amazingly friendly, they talk to you like they know you and are so welcoming. The hygienists always ask if you’re comfortable, and offer to accommodate to any sensitivities (as much as they can.) They’re very great about addressing anything that you could do to better your dental health, and don’t make you feel obligated to make any decisions. I highly recommend this dentist for anybody. ALL staff here are extremely friendly, and as someone who used to have to build up the courage and endure pain in every one of my dental cleanings, I no longer experience any anxiety when I have to go now. They’re gentle and make sure you’re okay!

Fantastic experience: The absolute best experience when it comes to dental care. I tend to ask a lot of questions to ease my anxiety and Alexa was amazing at filling that need. She was attentive, kind, and very personable. When it came to the work, Dr. Common was quick, gentle, and precise. I have a very gentle mouth the burns through the numbing super quick. I informed them of my mouth history at the beginning and let them know my status throughout with the pain level and they flexed immediately to make sure I was comfortable and okay. I might have some bad dental experiences in the past with other establishments, but this place is healing that fear mentality very quickly. Kinda excited for my next visit now! <3

Fantastic experience: I have been Dr. Jagow's patient for over a year now and I am very impressed by her gentle and patient-focused dental care and her friendly and efficient staff, especially my hygieneist Kaitlin Santos. Kaitlin not only does an amazing job cleaning my teeth, but also encourages me to take care of my health and have a happy long life... When I needed an emergency oral surgery during the first week of last December, Dr. Jagow and her entire team worked together effectively and arranged for the patient consultation and the surgery within a week. Fantastic experience: What an excellent experience, recently had a switch in dentists after a rough experience somewhere else and Kathryn was able to ease all of the past anxiety that I had and made sure I was comfortable! Plus the entire staff was much more pleasant to deal with than my previous experience elsewhere, I really enjoyed coming to this office and will absolutely be coming back. When I told them that I had cold sensitivity, they changed the water temperature so I wouldn't be uncomfortable. Fantastic experience: Updating my review after going to this dentist for over two years now. Always a great experience! After going to the same dentist for 25 years and with the pandemic occurring I decided it was time for a change. This dentist happens to be in walking distance from my home. From the moment I set up an initial appointment everyone was very friendly and helpful. I really appreciate this office because my opinion matters here and they are always asking how I am feeling and ensuring all my questions are asked. They have nice equipment that is more updated than my previous dentist. They are also very quick to start once you check in. I am happy to have become a new lifelong customer and I look forward to many years of cleanings and hopefully no more teeth issues going forward. The above review was written over a year ago. An update though while I am here. I still love this dentist. They recently moved to a new location (still in walking distance) and have brand new everything. I have never had a bad experience and everyone is so friendly!

Plus, they almost always bring you back and start working on you right at your appointment time. Fantastic experience: Dr Jagow treated me so kindly today for my cleaning and evaluation. She knew I was leaving the country and we spoke of my travels and one mouth concern. I heard she will have her team to a picnic at her home and that explains how they became such a great example of Teamwork. They know each other and clearly like each other. Wonderful! Negative experience: I came in for a cleaning and I was on time and this guy said come on back and he never introduced himself and I thought he was the hygienist but he was just a helper and he started doing polishing and x-rays and then the other doctor came in, did not introduced herself either. I thought he was the hygienist, but she was the other main doctor, but she did not introduced herself either until afterward and they kept asking do you have any questions for me at least five times and I did and I told him my problem was and he said again do you have any more questions for me and it for now and it was just a little weird but they did not set up a next appointment so I’m not coming back with her because it was a weird experience and it was really awkward and I’m going somewhere else

I’ve tried other places but I keep coming back. Dr Jagow is always there to answer my questions and make me feel comfortable. In the past I had a chipped tooth and they were able to get me in next day for treatment. The new location is beautiful and lots of easy parking. Thank you for keeping my teeth healthy!

Dr Jagow and her staff are very professional and good at their jobs. Missy was my hygienist and she was very gentle and good at explaining things every step of the way. Dr Jagow is very personable and clearly good at her practice. I have had bad experiences with dentists recommending unneeded procedures and more focused on using their patients to make a buck than caring for me as a person. She definitely is not like that at all. I felt like she truly cared about my dental health and took the time to explain everything to me that I need to do to take care of my teeth. I am so glad I found her!

I had to get some dental work done. They were very gentle and did a great job. I also took my 5yr old for her first cleaning. She was very nervous walking in.
