Fantastic experience: The staff are the nicest people, the dentist is extremely skilled and explains everything plus, a screen on the ceiling for movies? Awesome.

Fantastic experience: I had my annual checkup here and it was a great experience start to finish. The staff was welcoming and made everything feel easy, which isn’t always the case at the dentist. My dentist was thorough but efficient, took the time to explain what they were seeing, and didn’t push anything unnecessary. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and not just getting you in and out. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place that’s both professional and personable.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Northshore Dental for many years, and the quality of care has been consistently excellent. Dr. Kirkland is my primary dentist, though I have also been treated by Dr. Bennet, who is excellent as well. Colleen is wonderful with cleanings and routine care, always thorough, gentle, and attentive. Jenna runs the office with real professionalism and efficiency, especially when it comes to scheduling and billing, so there are never surprises. Dr. Kirkland is outstanding. She is meticulous, highly skilled, and clearly takes pride in doing things the right way the first time. Danniél is excellent as well, and her clinical support during procedures adds to the calm and high-quality care the practice provides. Dr. Kirkland checks everything carefully after each cleaning, thoughtfully documents and monitors areas of concern, and addresses them when they truly need attention. Her approach is conservative, measured, and never feels like over-treatment or unnecessary dental work. What makes this practice stand out is how well the entire team works together. There is not a weak link in the chain, and that consistency is exactly why I have kept coming back. I recommend Northshore Dental very highly.

Entering the office for my first visit, I immediately felt welcomed. All the staff with whom I’ve had contact have been professional, kind and thorough. They facilitated same day access to care when I had an urgent dental problem. I’ve told a number of people how much I trust and respect the dental team of Dr. Kirkland and Colleen, my hygienist. I look forward to receiving my dental care here over the next quarter century!

Fantastic experience: I'm still using this dentist and they are still doing a great job. Cheerful and efficient staff. When I wasn't ready for a plate, Dr. Kirkland cane up with a non traditional option that has worked out very well for me. I appreciate her taking the time to explain each step in whatever procedure I am having at the time. I had an emergency and they got me in quickly. I also had a time crunch and they were more than willing to accommodate me. I've always a good experience with them in the past as well.

I went in and the assistant was very kind and informative, not judgemental. She let me know exactly what they were doing and why, and explained the whole process. She just really LISTENED to me and that made the appointment so much easier.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr. Kirkland’s for about seven years. I had cleanings here as well for a while until I switched careers and now I work in the dental field (now I just get my teeth cleaned at my office) but I’ve never had anything short of an amazing experience with everyone at Northshore from the front office to the clinical side. Unfortunately, most dental offices don’t give dental insurance to employees (this is my situation) they just have you go to referring doctors and get discounts on treatment, but I’ve always been so satisfied with Northshore that I still choose to go see them for any general dental needs I have and I pay the extra out of pocket because I know I’m well taken care of and having the best quality of work done. Dr. Kirkland and her assistant are personable, informative, and professional. It’s also telling that they’ve had the same staff for as long as I can remember, as that’s hard to find with offices these days so I know they’re doing something right with how they treat staff as well! I look forward to many more years under Northshore Dental’s excellent care and practices!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Bennett was extremely patient and thorough. She did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and explaining any dental issues that may or may not need to be addressed soon. My mouth never felt cleaner afterwards, and I felt well-informed. Everybody that I met at the clinic was friendly and warm. As someone who tends to be overwhelmed at the dentist's, I left the clinic feeling calm and relaxed.

Fantastic experience: I went to Northshore Dental to get two fillings replaced and was treated with kind gentle hands during the process by the Doctor and the hygienist. Before and after each procedure they took time to tell me what they would be doing and ask if I had any questions. I appreciated them involving me in the process. They all did everything they could to give me a positive experience and charged me only for the time spent on my care! And it is so great that they do wonderful care and are honest and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Northshore Dental.
