Negative experience: I am warning the community to be cautious when choosing this dentist office - if you care about your money, hygienic care, stress level, and being treated well in our beautiful community. I and my family were patients here for a few years - this office will wrongfully charge insurance and will not respond / not provide documents (I’ve been trying to get invoices and had to have them remove 4 falsely charged extractions from the last appointment). They are claiming I owe money for a charge from years ago and also that insurance denied another claim - I simply asked for proof to be able to provide since these supposed bills are many years old and instead was told I need to find a new dentist. My adult kids were always so respectful and kind in this office and they were terminated too - however seeing how most of the staff conducts itself especially Dr. Singh - the dentist does not wash his hands when he comes in, overall hygiene is very questionable and a family member just had a medical test and it came back positive for a known medical/dental facility bacteria - this is the only facility they’ve been in recently I can only trust and share so others don’t experience horrible care. I am going to take further legal action and feel others need to know. I highly question the legitimacy of the “five star” reviews.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Singh is so wonderful. He always puts me at ease and he knows how traumatic things have been for me and does a phenomenal job with his calming presence. He always explains what he is doing. He stops and asks me if I’m ok. The team is also so nice! The front desk is so professional and so nice and welcoming. They always text me with reminders and are so speedy with their texts. I’m really happy I found a great dental office where they know how to treat their patients.

They took time to explain dental plan for me and took great care. I felt like they really cared and were kind and gentle. I found my forever dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I have had extensive dental work done here, from implants to caps to fillings to dental cleanings and am very satisfied with all of it. I love the bioidentical aspect of Dr. Chahal's work, and my implants by Dr. Singh are amazing! The ladies at the front desk and all the other professionals there are wonderful as well.

Negative experience: Never said anything other than kind words in the office. Was randomly terminated because of a problem that management created with a family member I have. Treated guilty by association I guess. Their system is outdated and autopays won’t process. Don’t come here unless you want to be tracked down years later for money you don’t owe. The dentist smells like body odor and Mia needs to be disciplined. Ahman was alright to deal with.

Fantastic experience: Had half my tooth .hip because of an overbite. The doctor was able to get me in, explain the root cause of the issue and fix the tooth in under an hour. Very grateful, as I would have had to wait three more days for my regular dentist to open.

They patiently explain the procedures, detail what the dental care plan is for the future and generally make sure that you know what's going on. Fantastic experience: I had such a wonderful experience at Kirkland Family Dental Care with Dr. Chahal and Dr. Singh. They are very caring dentists who truly listen to your needs and know how to prioritize your treatment. I really appreciate their focus on preventive dentistry. When I first went in, they recommended Invisalign to fix my bite because of severe grinding. A few months later, I’m beyond satisfied with the results. The periodic visits were smooth, and each time both doctors carefully checked my progress to make sure everything stayed on track. I highly recommend Kirkland Family Dental Care for anyone looking for dentists who genuinely care and deliver excellent results!

I called and tried if they areavailable to get me in and get my tooth checked.They were closing at 3pm yhat day and they still manage to take me in. They are open on the weekends which is when I came in and immediately helped me with a course of treatment. Fantastic experience: Great experience so far for two cleanings, xrays and an exam. They did a great job making me comfortable in the office, and they all have a great sense of humor and upbeat. Going to the dentist is not always the easiest experience but they do their best to make you feel at home! There is a great view of a wetland behind the practice that you get to look at while work is being done. We spotted a heron the last time I was there! Their communication is also first rate, and modern with text reminders, and flat screen TV's in the office. They are very straightforward and aggressive in addressing oral health concerns. I prefer to have someone who will treat the problem in the early stages rather than let it fester. Will be going back and highly recommended.

Dr. Jagjit Singh and Dr. Navneet Chahal both are awesome, kind, professional, they examine the problems going with teeth very thoroughly, also recommend the treatment based on situations not in hurry, staff is very well in behavior, plus the facility is very clean as well. They are also very flexible in appointments. Overall they are very friendly, I feel like family with them, that's all you need when you are in pain. I highly recommend both the doctors.

Fantastic experience: My tooth was cracked and had cavities on Wednesday so they fixed it and gave me a temporary crown. The permanent crown came in by Friday and they could get that one put on. That was only 2 days to get a crown! Everyone is very nice also
