Negative experience: Have been going there for years, ownership changed and it all went downhill, unfortunately.

Fantastic experience: We’ve had a wonderful experience bringing our 6- and 4-year-old children here. They actually love going to the dentist, which says a lot! Dr. McCoy does an excellent job—he is gentle, and great with kids. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Julio is so patient and kind. You will not find a more compassionate and caring dentist anywhere. The office is clean and modern and welcoming. Staff are just as kind as the doctor. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Negative experience: Received a surprise bill two months after the dentist casually pulled my daughter’s hanging tooth — no one told us it would be a billable procedure. They did adjust the amount when I called, but also told us to find another dentist. Willing to adjust a bill but not willing to keep us as patients. Says a lot about how this practice values its families.

Fantastic experience: My 1-year-old daughter had a dental trauma, and I called right away, almost at closing time. They were still able to fit us in, which I truly appreciated. The staff, dental assistant, and doctor were incredibly kind, gentle, and patient with her and with us as parents. They made a stressful situation much easier. I would definitely recommend this office to other parents and would love to come back—for a different matter

Fantastic experience: Dr. Escobar has been an excellent dentist for my child. He is friendly, patient, and explains exactly what is needed without pushing unnecessary X-rays or treatments. I trust his judgment and appreciate his honesty. Azar, his dental assistant, is just wonderful with kids. She connects with them instantly, explains each step in a calm, gentle way, and makes the whole visit feel easy and stress free. They are a great team. skilled, caring, and focused on the well being of their patients. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Kirkland children’s dentistry makes it fun for my kids, especially one of mine that are scared of the dentist. They are knowledgeable and never judge if there is a problem, they know parents do try best they can. My kids have been coming here since 2008 and will Continue to do so until they adult out. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: It's easy to make an appointment. The wait time was minimal. The facility is clean. The staff is friendly.

Negative experience: I am really hoping Dr. Amiee comes back to this practice, because all these new faces. The assistant I have never seen before was not very good with my 3 year old, and the new Dr didn’t explain much to me.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience, the doctors and assistant team are very kind with the kids. My whole family (ages 3, 7, 8) love going to Kirkland Children's Dentistry! Of course when they were around 2 years old, they felt upset but the team was always empathetic and caring. Nowadays, they enjoy every visit!

Fantastic experience: Just brought my toddler to his first dentist visit and the dentist did such a great job. My baby boy was laying quietly getting his first exam with mouth open and not moving. We had such a great experience that while my baby was playing with the toys at the waiting room when we were done, he chased after the doctor after spotting him talking to the staff. lol. I’m sorry I forgot our dentist name, but he only comes on Tuesday and he’s amazing! So book your kiddos the Tuesday appointment with the tall dentist. He’ll take care of your kids’ teeth.

Positive experience: The dentist didn’t inform us what should not do after he applied some paste to kid’s teeth. And I have to ask him about that thank goodness that my dentist always reminds me about it.

Fantastic experience: My kids have been seeing Dr. Aimee for several years and my only complaint is that the office is for children only... I wish she was my dentist as well! The staff are kind, patient and gentle and the whole experience is always pleasant.

Fantastic experience: My 3yo and 6yo look forward to going to Kirkland Children’s Dentistry. Mostly because they love getting their vending machine tokens and dental gift bags but it works! Us parents like this practice for a number of reasons. They’ve had several regular cleaning appointments each, separately and at the same time. The 3yo still has some issues with staying focused and remaining comfortable for the entire session and the staff has always been professional, kind and patient with him. Parents are encouraged to help with kids who need a little extra support to get the job done. We’ve seen both dentists and find them friendly and encouraging. The hygienists we’ve had are very good at what they do—managing the whims of nervous children with kindness and patience meanwhile, maintaining a clean and cheerful environment for everyone. We haven’t had any dental work performed other than cleanings but would trust this team to help my kids with of any of their dental needs. We highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: We have been going to Kirkland Children's Dentistry for years and there is nowhere else we would want to be. The gentle personal care from the team is unlike any other. Most people grow up and have dental trauma or fear related to going to the dentist and I can honestly say my kids beg me to schedule their next appointment and when I forget to be on top of it and it's been a while all 3 ask when our next time to go is! So thankful for this place and the care Dr. Aimee has always had for all 3 of my kids!

Fantastic experience: We've been coming to this clinic for my child's dental care for 2.5 years now. Dr. Aimee and all the dental hygienists are kind and efficient. They explain everything in detail and adapt to meet the children where they are. They will examine the stuffie's teeth first if that helps alleviate a child's anxiety My child looks forward to their biannual dental exams. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: A truly great experience and as we walked out, my son even said he wanted to stay there forever ! The dental assistant was caring and walked through all of the steps with my son, patiently answered all of his questions even the very many “why’s”. The doctor was also as nice and engaging. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: We have been with Dr. Amy for about four years. I admire that my son has such a good dentist. It is very hard for us adults to find such a good dentist. Dr. Amy and her staff are attentive to kids, very patient and willing to explain things to us. I only experienced one impatient nurse before, but she is no longer there. I guess they take patients' opinions seriously.

Fantastic experience: Our 2.5 year old had his first dental appointment here (we have taken a long time to schedule) and we all found the experience wonderful, judgement free, and relaxing! To our surprise, our toddler was comfortable and never cried resting on me and the dental cleaning assistant for cleaning and also the doctor for inspection and fluoride! Fantastic experience: Everyone was very friendly and patient with our toddler, and our appointments started exactly on time. Because the layout is more open plan, we were able to have both our kids seen at the same time and sit between them.

Fantastic experience: My kids have been going for 4 years and we’ve always had a great experience, whether it’s teeth cleaning or filling and crown procedures. Even with their high anxiety and special needs, they are never nervous going here and love both dentists. I also appreciate how kind and patient and thorough each doctor is.. never felt rushed or my questions went unanswered

Fantastic experience: The staff here are so incredibly gentle, patient with, and accommodating of my children, one of whom is autistic and had negative experiences with dentists that made it hard to tolerate dental visits. She now actually looks forward to these visits, which is amazing to me. Thank you, Kirkland Children’s Dentistry and Dr. Kong and Dr. McCoy, for helping my kids associate their dental care with positive memories, for keeping their teeth healthy and clean, and for the overall top-notch service everyone provides each time we visit!

Fantastic experience: Our experience at Dr. McCoy's and DR. Aimee's office is always perfect! From the ladies at the front and all the way through to the end of the experience everyone is friendly, professional and knowledgeable! I always get peace of mind about my kids' teeth. The seats and set up are "kid friendly" and kids get their little toy prize which always makes them look forward to seeing their dentist again. Thank you all for such great experiences always!

Fantastic experience: My kids have seen Dr. Aimee twice now, and we have had great experiences both times! The entire staff are all so caring and great with my kids, it’s a quiet and calm environment, and Dr. Aimee gives very helpful feedback on what we’re doing well and what we can work on. My kids also loved the “toy tower” they got to put a token in and pick a little toy at the end!

Fantastic experience: They make scheduling incredibly easy with an online option and they take great care of my kid's teeth. They don't push any products etc, they just truly care for the teeth and the kids so the kids like going to their appointments.

Fantastic experience: The best kids’ dentist! Dr. Aimee is so amazing with kids and so knowledgeable about different ways to protect kids teeth. We sought them out after our original pediatric dentist recommended full anesthesia for some fillings. Dr Aimee and team listened to our challenges and recommended two different novel treatments, including a princess tooth, that worked great for our nervous six year old! I take time off work to drive across the bridge to bring my kids here.

Fantastic experience: I’m very satisfied with the dental care I received on Dec 20, 2023. First, the office atmosphere was welcoming and the front desk promptly and politely checked me in. As usual, Dr Aimee was kind, caring and knowledgeable in her assessment and treatment. She clearly answered my questions, explained my dental progress and gave helpful advice. Fantastic experience: A very friendly pediatric dentist who does excellent work. Dr. Aimee is very conscientious of her patients to (especially their youth) and is very responsive to issues. She works very hard to answer all questions and to keep her patients comfortable. We attend for regular cleaning and she has had to do some emergency filling replacements for my children. I would highly recommend the office.

Fantastic experience: We absolutely love Dr. Aimee and her assistant Kim. They were so patient and gentle with my son who was super terrified of getting his tooth pulled. This is a very good pediatric dentist. We highly recommend. I should also mention that both of my boys (9yrs old and 6yrs) come here regularly for their cleanings/check ups. We’ve been coming here since they both were 1.5 yrs old and love Dr. Aimee!

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this office enough! They are so kind and gentle with my daughter (just shy of 2 years old). They were able to do a thorough cleaning and exam, and they were able to really explain how I (as her mom/primary caregiver) can properly care for her teeth, giving me some real tools and tips to use at home. 10/10, 5 stars, will be recommending them whenever I can!

All three of my children genuinely look forward to their visit! I cannot say enough wonderful things about everyone who works there and the overall experience.

Fantastic experience: Dr McCoy and the whole staff here are amazing at helping children feel calm and positive about dental procedures. My child (now 7) has gone through the same procedures their older sibling experienced at another dentist, without the trauma or fear of the dentist that my older child had to overcome. They have returned happily each visit, and speak cheerfully about the whole experience, which I couldn’t be happier about.

Fantastic experience: From start to finish this was the best dental experience for my two little ones! The hygienist were excellent with my 4 year old and 2 year old! I didn’t even recognize my 2 year old he sat in the chair by himself first time the whole time! Dentist was amazing so great with the kids made me feel good about my kids teeth and we are thrilled to go back there!

Fantastic experience: We have been to a lot of children's dentists to find the right fit for my kiddo with autism. He has had some not great experiences with other providers and developed some pretty severe anxiety when it came to going to the dentist. The office is SO accommodating for my very nervous son. They meet him where he is at and respect his boundaries. They take the time to earn his trust and never try and pull a fast one on him. He actually can get his exam and a cleaning and it's such a relief to know he can get the care he needs. Dr. Aimee is absolutely incredible, the techs are all so sweet, and the front office is super helpful and even lets my kiddo peek at their office equipment. I'm so glad we found Kirkland children's dentistry. It one less thing I have to worry about when trying to navigate my kiddo's care.

Fantastic experience: Sometimes you can’t avoid a stigma no matter how hard you try…and dentistry just happens to have a big one to contend with! However, a great staff has the possibility to make an experience wonderful! That’s exactly what happened at Kirkland Children’s Dentist! Everyone was super patient and nice! Making an appointment was extremely easy online! Plus their website was very user friendly! I would highly recommend visiting this office for your children’s dental care!!!!!

Everyone at Kirkland Children’s Dentistry made her feel comfortable and safe. They are patient, friendly, and great at explaining everything to worried kids. Their office is really nice and clean and their waiting area is large and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Positive experience: My kids had a bad experience to a different dentist until my close friend-coworker recommended us to come to KIRKLAND CHILDREN'S DENTISTRY. My kids are so happy. Dr. Aimee and her staff knows how to work with kids, they are so knowledgeable, kind, caring, gentle. My kids said the place is like home, their like our family. I will highly recommended to everyone with little kids.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr. Aimee for 4 years (since my son was 1). She and the staff have been amazing with my son. No tears, cool glasses, gentle distractions, prize at the end… usually the appointments are 10-20 min. They inform us of best practices, his tooth health and what to expect in the near and distant future. Lots of parking, early appointments. We will continue to go as long as possible.

Fantastic experience: Moved my son from our family dental practice after a pretty rough experience from a hygienist who didn’t want to work with kids. He’s been very scared of going since that experience and he was really happy and relaxed after his first cleaning apt with Kirkland’s Childrens Dentistry. He was back for a small filling and everything went well, he was confident enough from his first visit to go back on his own today.

Fantastic experience: We moved out of Kirkland a few years ago but continue to take the longer drive in order to stay with Dr. Aimee and all the wonderful staff. My daughter feels heard and they make her feel like her comfort is key. They talk through every step and make sure to take the time to address any concerns from both of us. On top of that, they make the experience fun with cool props for the kids, prizes, and their interest in every child's life and preferred activities.

Fantastic experience: Great people who work and love this Dentist office! Both my boys have been clients since 2016 and they are superb! Both my boys have High Functioning Autism and I noticed immediately that they explain everything to the client before they do any procedure. My 5 year old would not sit in a dental chair before bringing him to this Dentist. Now, they both go in by themselves and are comfortable, confident, and safe. Highly recommended!
