Fantastic experience: We travel quite a distance to see this dental team. We are extremely happy with the care we receive there. The whole team is wonderful from start to finish. Friendly staff at the front desk, Dr. Lee, and Katie,our hygienist, are great.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lee and his staff are very attentive and friendly. Denise is always welcoming as soon as I arrive. Dr. Lee thoroughly explained the Invisalign procedure and the appointment was quick and efficient.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Radiant Smiles from the front desk (Adam), cleaning (Monique), and dentist interaction (Dr. Lee). They didn't try to upsell me on everything, were very thorough, on time, and gave me great advice to reduce cavities I'm often prone to have. I'm glad we found them!

Negative experience: I recently came as a new patient at the clinic. I was very disappointed with my experience. The front desk staff is not efficient at first changing my schedule time without informing me. Later when discussing the details of my treatment billing they were so rude and dismissive. The hygienist and dentist saw me for my cleaning and exam within 40 mins for 60 min appointment. Did not explain anything about my gum health. This is not my first time getting dental work in US. This is below standard of care. I will be looking for new dental office where my oral health is their number one priority.

Fantastic experience: Usually I dread going to the dentist, but this is probably the only place where I actually enjoy my visit. Everyone is friendly enough that it feels like chatting with friends, which says a lot because I’m not a social person. The hygienists here are all great. I usually hate the polishing and fluoride parts because past experiences elsewhere were messy and the taste was gross, but I haven't had that problem here. Every hygienist I've seen has been precise and careful to keep everything on my teeth. Dr. Wendy is also very professional and easy to talk to. I’d definitely recommend this place.

Negative experience: Current (2026): I am disappointed to lower my rating because for several years the front desk team was great. Unfortunately, since last year my experience has deteriorated significantly. My Invisalign treatment has been frustrating due to poorly handled insurance claim process that still hasn’t been corrected. On top of that, despite being current on payments (and at times overpaying), I was surprised to receive charges tied to a routine cleaning dating back to 2024. At different times, I was told I didn’t owe anything, and on occasion my spouse was asked to pay “my balance”. That inconsistency points to repeated bookkeeping issues. I’ve tried to give multiple chances and the benefit of the doubt. In late 2025, I asked for a retainer quote in writing so I could use my insurance benefits, but communication felt repeatedly delayed. I called again in the new year and was assured I would receive an email. Instead, I got a generic voicemail asking me to call back (- which I did multiple times to no answer). I am honestly surprised that providing a simple written quote has been this difficult, let alone submitting timely, accurate claims using the insurance information on file. The experience has been bad enough that my family has decided to look elsewhere. Also worth noting: the orthodontic pricing and the number of retainers offered here were not competitive. Based on my experience, I’d strongly suggest exploring treatment plans with a dedicated orthodontic practice. ------ 2023: My family has been visiting this dentistry for some time now. The front desk staff, the doctor, and the hygienists have all been amazing. Scheduling can be challenging, however, the staff makes that experience positive as well. They have been very accommodating, friendly, and expertly knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place to both new and existing patients to give their services a try. The service is thorough, fast, effective, and efficiently tailored to your needs.

Negative experience: I’ve been coming here for a while and really like my hygienist, which is why I’ve continued paying out of pocket after my insurance changed. But this week, my appointment was canceled without confirming with me first. When I called back, the front desk simply told me it was gone and offered a new date weeks later. It was really disappointing — especially after I’ve been a loyal patient and had planned my time around this visit.

The only small drawback is that some of the devices feel a bit outdated, but the excellent care and service more than make up for it. I have been going there since they were Giggles and Grins, good thing they changed the name since people thought they were strictly a child dentist, lol. My grand kids love going there.

Employee are all kind and professional. Smiles everywhere. I've been a client for almost 16 years . I live in Maple Valley but don't mind making the 45 minute drive to Kirkland. Every hygienist I've ever had has been fabulous! Great place to go for your dental needs.

Negative experience: I could have died from inflammation from a filling by Dr. Lee. He did filling on my teeth on 9/19/2024 that led to inflammation of half of my face and my neck, I suffered severe pain and had to be treated at the ER with IV antibiotics. He also pushed me to get gum filling surgery with his partner. His license should be revoked. DO NOT go to this place. I wish I could give a NEGATIVE 10 starts
