Fantastic experience: Everyone from the moment I stepped foot in that place was warm and welcoming! I was greeted with a smile and an introduction of the front office staff and waited just a few minutes before my appointment and met the dental assistant, who spent a lot of time getting all my x-rays and other diagnostic testing done. Next, I met the wonderful doctor who was thorough in his exam and did not try to upsell me on anything, like a new crown or fillings which I appreciated so so much! Lastly, I met the dental hygienist. Who did her own assessment which was also very thorough and gave me options for my upcoming cleaning appt. (which I could’ve had done today, but I needed to make a separate appointment for that due to my time constraint) I 100% recommend this dental practice and am actually looking forward to seeing them again soon!!

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Quigley re gum issue. He and Dina were very thorough and thoughtful to advise me on what they thought was needed.

Fantastic experience: I like the dentist, Dr Quigley, and his staff. They are going to replace a bridge they put in 10 months ago free of charge because an x-ray showed a potential problem area. In addition they have much of the latest cutting edge dental technology, like the portable x-ray device and the hand scanner that maps out my mouth. Most recently, the wonderful staff addressed a couple of small fillings and replacement of a crown that had some underlying deterioration. I'm not a big fan of dentists to begin with, however they make it as painless and fun as possible.

Positive experience: The office and staff were excellent and Dr Bryant was brilliant, very knowledgeable and very impressed with his work. My only complaint was the cost, I was misled online as I thought they had a sliding scale for low income seniors.

Positive experience: I usually just get a teeth cleaning I was going to stop going there wasn't very happy with the way some of the hygienists clean teeth! They rely much on the modern tool. I gave my old hygienist a few hints that I would like my teeth gone over with the manual scraper which to me is the correct way to clean teeth. There's a new hygienist and she was awesome I explained to her in the beginning my thoughts and she went over my teeth very well and during the process she did remove quite a bit that the ultrasonic tool did not. So I was very satisfied with my last cleaning like to continue seeing her

I made an appt after being recommended to them by a family member and I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. I have never felt rushed, they take their time to explain and make sure I am comfortable with everything. Everyone in the office has been wonderful in making me feel welcome each and every time. Negative experience: Was a patient back in early 2019 before they were bought out by Hues apparently. was over at the Edmonds 238th location and they consistently were brutal with my cleanings and messed up my molar cap and crown, twice to be exact in the same couple months, right up until two years ago the cap came off a THIRD time so I call to get it repaired again and guess what, they no longer exist. Finally figure out they got bought out and moved their practice just today. Idk if they kept the same people but I highly recommend looking elsewhere for dentistry. They were absolutely awful.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time there. Had to find a new dentist as my previous would no longer accept my military retiree dental plan. Great experience from the dental assistant that did my intake/ xrays, hygienist deep cleaning, to the Dentist and of course Emily to set up payment for the crown/ cavity removal. All in the same day! Also to Deanna who assisted Dr Quigley for the removal of crown and temp crown install. Highly recommend this dental groyp to others! Great team!

Negative experience: My wife and I have been patients for over 30 years and the dental work has always been excellent. However, since Dr. Hughes sold his business to the Hues Dental corporation the billing process has not been transparent, and after our visit this week I’m once again considering finding a new dental office. Last year I realized my wife and I had been charged different amounts for the same twice-a-year cleaning service, $184 for my wife and $307 for me. The same codes were used on both insurance billings. Our UnitedHealthCare Medicare advantage plan pays only $500 per year so most of our work is paid out of pocket. After waiting a month for an explanation while the office tried to get an answer from some other unknown entity (the corporate office?), I was told they had been using the wrong billing category for me…even though the billing codes were identical for both my wife and I. I did receive a credit applied to my account, although I’m not sure it covered all the discrepancies because I no longer had our older billings to check how long this had been going on. In March, my wife broke a tooth and was told that she would need an implant. The “Treatment Case” document outlining the process had a lot of information and fees that I had a hard time understanding. So I went over everything with the office’s billing person and made notes on the form about the fees we would be charged for the 3 required visits: Extraction and bone graft - $1,359 Post implant - $2,750 Crown placement - $1,984 After my wife’s short visit with the Periodontist two days ago for the extraction and bone graft, I was asked to pay $1,750 for that service. After questioning that amount, I was told that insurance companies change the amounts often, sometimes every month. I questioned why that’s even relevant since we’re paying out of pocket. At that point, she said okay, I’ll charge you what was quoted less than a month ago, $1,359. Needless to say, these recent interactions make it very difficult to trust the integrity of Hues’ billing procedures.

Fantastic experience: Love Dr. Bryant! I saw him at his prior practice and he’s such a great guy that I followed him when he moved up to Everett (and I live in downtown Seattle). I briefly went to one of those new boutique dentists (dentologie) around the corner from my place for a dental emergency and had a crappy experience: i had a large filling break and they told me i was basically just having to wait until the rest of the tooth cracked and then I’d have to get a whole dental implant. Dr. Bryant is a friend of a dear friend so I sent him a message and he immediately got me set up for an appointment to see what he could do. I just had the permanent crown put in and I’m so grateful for Dr. Bryant. His whole office is so lovely. I came in at 7 am before work and everyone was friendly and warm, especially for 7 am!!

In the past 5 years, my veneers broke off and others fractured. This left me feeling isolated and unattractive. My recent visit.. Negative experience: I like Dr. Quigley, but billing issues have been a total nightmare. They continue to try and collect on bills that have been paid in full. Recently I had a dental emergency and they attempted to extort me on a balance that has been paid in full by telling me I wouldn’t be seen for my emergency (infection and tooth extraction) unless I paid the disputed balance on my account. It was a complete nightmare! I have paid my out of pocket balance at every visit! I was treated like some indigent who doesn’t pay her bills! They don’t send out statements either. I called 3 times to get a statement mailed to me. One of the most terrible experiences of my life at a dental office! Emily and Megan don’t know their job. Trying to reach staff, even during an emergency remains a big issue! The whole experience with his front office staff has been awful, with a few exceptions. Save yourself the grief and find another dentist!

I especially love my Invisalign. Dr. Quigley and staff made sure I got exactly what I wanted. It took me a while to pull the trigger since it’s a little pricey, but I’m so glad I did. Actually, I wish I had done Invisalign sooner. I recommend Hues Dental 100%!

Fantastic experience: Hues told me I had no appointment but it was in my calendar since December. They were able to fit me in after I had an exam regarding a broken veneer. One of the assistants told me it was incorrect brushing that caused my cavity. I always use my sonic tooth brush at least twice a day. No one ever suggested I brushed incorrectly and no one ever gave me lessons, but always told me I was doing a great job. Very confusing and frustrating.

Fantastic experience: Hues is an amazing dental group! I bring my elderly father, who at times can be less than thankful, and they pull all the stops for him. They are gentle, kind, take MANY breaks and even have blankets for him if he gets cold! Then when you think they have pulled all the stops they make sure I, as the caregiver is taken care of with coffee or whatever. I cannot recommend this group enough as they really are a great staff and group of people!

Fantastic experience: Staff ( receptionist,dental hygienist (Gina) and dentist ( Dr Quigley) were all patient, respectful and accommodating to my 92 year old mother who was anxious to be at the dentist. They took their time with her, explaining what they were doing and remembered to speak loudly and clearly enough for her to understand (she's hard of hearing). They allowed me, her daughter, to stay in the treatment room during her exam. Dr Quigley shared her X-rays with me and thoroughly explained them to me showing what issues were going on in my mother's mouth and what treatment options were available to address them going forward. And although my mother has multiple issues to be addressed in future visits, she had a positive experience at this visit.

Positive experience: They have some of the friendliest people working in their office. Gigi is ALWAYS cheerful and great at her job. And a very SPECIAL PAT ON THE BACK & THANK YOU to MEGHAN & Emily for their help, so I could stay & have preparations for a crown!! Great place for anyone who may have issues about seeing a dentist...they're very caring & thoughtful.

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to the dentist in YEARS, until my friend recommended Hues Dental Group. All the staff were very kind and friendly, and nobody judged me for having not been to the dentist in so long. After a thorough documentation of my teeth, they were even able to squeeze me in for a cleaning and a filling that same day. Dr. Quigley was fantastic, and I will definitely be coming back!
