Fantastic experience: I have the best dentist and care team ever!!! If you need a dentist or are considering switching Dr. Steinhubel is choice #1!!!

Fantastic experience: I am retired and I switched my Medicare insurance company at the beginning of the year. I hadn’t set up a new dentist yet and my front tooth broke and I needed it to be fixed asap. When I called All Smiles NW as a new patient I was able to get scheduled for the repair quickly and I was pleasantly impressed with the service provided at the appointment. The staff were wonderful and accommodating throughout. I can now relax knowing I have found a new dental provider I can trust to be there when I need them. Thank you to the team! I look forward to working with you.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is kind, caring, and friendly. The dentists are great! They are very accommodating and provide extra care to help me deal with my nervousness and strong gag reflex. It is a nice place.

Positive experience: Overall good experience. However, dental assistant was wearing heavy perfume which gave me a headache. It would be helpful to have a no fragrance policy to ensure people with asthma and other sensitivities don’t get triggered into exacerbations.

Fantastic experience: I’m no expert but I get the feeling that I am, at least, leaving better off than when I came in. Staff is chill, they slop a whole fingering of vaseline on your lips and use a more comfortable alternative to the old school dental dam. Lips stay crack free, jaw is a bit more comfortable during long bouts of hand in mouth. Front desk got me the details for a 12 month no interest financing card, and made sure to softly remind me that its effectively a high interest trap for anyone that doesn’t manage to pay it off in time, use wisely. Building is cool, but I am a sucker for iron stair cases attached to the outside of brick buildings. Probably not actually iron.

Fantastic experience: I have been using All Smiles for a number of years now, and always get good results. The people there are always quite friendly, making it an enjoyable experience, when you may tend to think that dental work would be otherwise. I am always amazed at how they can do things such as put in a new crown and make it fit perfectly in a matter of minutes.

Fantastic experience: I recently had my first visit to All Smiles NW, and I couldn't be happier. I decided to come here because I discovered that my absolute favorite hygienist, Hollie, had made a change and started working at this office. It's easy to see why she chose this office, it's a perfect fit for her. The warmth and genuine friendliness that I love about Hollie can be felt as soon as you walk through the front door. Everyone in the office was welcoming and kind. Not only do I get to keep my favorite hygienist, but I also get to enjoy my visits in an outstanding dental office. The service is top-notch, and they have cool technology I haven't seen before. They even managed to fit me in the same day for some dental work I ended up needing, all while offering great pricing that suits my insurance.

Negative experience: Another money grab, its not about if I believe you; who you can get to persuade me; what words you should use to get me to agree. Its my body, my choice. I understand you want more money, but I don't want unnecessary metal in my mouth. Then to refuse with a smirk, then the smirk leaves as the realization that the tactics didnt work, and im walking out and will set an appointment with another dentist. Waste of time with greedy bad people. Your job is oral care, putting money first is right on point for the world we live in

Positive experience: The appointment went as expected. I was getting a new night guard which seemed awfully tight but the technician was very kind about making adjustments and sent me home with the assurance I could return it if it did not fit well after use. I wore it last night for the first night and it seemed fine.

Fantastic experience: I am getting Invisalign at All Smiles and they are really knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend the Invisalign experience through All Smiles.

Fantastic experience: Changed to all smiles after moving. When I first walked in I felt very comfortable. The waiting area had lemonade, water in the fridge and some snacks. I then met all the staff who are very friendly. The biggest surprise was the amount of time they spent with me and explaining basic things about the health of my teeth with photos and graphics. They even explained what the numbers mean when they call them out during an assessment. First time ever that I actually learned about my teeth, and not just told about my teeth.

Fantastic experience: 5 Star Dentist Office! Office staff are knowledgeable, friendly and fun. I have had treatment by Dr. Michelle twice, she is exceptionally professional and caring. All around a fantastic experience!

Negative experience: I previously would have rated them fives stars. I have gone there for dental care for many years. Recently, there has been a change. I had an appointment scheduled for cleaning and they canceled due to “scheduling changes.” I rescheduled and two days later they canceled again due to no staff at that time. Now, the soonest time they have that works with my schedule (need a morning time) is 6 weeks out.

Positive experience: Hours are a little difficult to work with. Staff is nice, and treats their patients well. I wish it was slightly more affordable.

They explain everything really well and make sure you understand whats going on with your teeth. They aren’t over the top with their recommendations and don’t let things slide or get too out of hand either. Been going here for a few years and have never been unhappy with their service.

Fantastic experience: I broke my crown in one of my front teeth, which was very visible. I called several dentists and they were not able to get me in for at least a couple weeks. I called All Smiles Northwest and they got me in that day and started the process of getting a new Implant. The staff are very friendly. I’m glad I found All Smiles Northwest!

Positive experience: I have came here for many years with no problem but now I called about getting work done with no call back and then at my last apt for a cleaning I didn't feel heard when I was asking questions about my dental work and wanting to do a filling 1st before having a cap on another tooth done but I was told I have to have a cap 1st and they said it might help the other tooth not to be in pain (none of my teeth hurt i have no pain) and the worst part is I sent my 20 yr old to the office and she was quoted one price and made a apt then when she checked in, and the quoted price changed. I understand that it happens, but I hate being quoted one thing to get apt booked to find out it was wrong. She was told she was close to a root canal by a hygienist, but at her apt for her filling, the dentist said she didn't recall that being said or why it was said and the tooth was not on the verge of a root canal. I believe it was a scare tatic. Unhappy with this office.

Positive experience: Terry went above and beyond for myself and my mom today but I unfortunately can not say the same for the rest of the staff here who is pulling money from our pockets. It's so hard to trust any dentist around this place

Positive experience: Good for the most part. Scheduling duplication and repeat messaging after changes occurred many times in the past but seem better now. What I don't like is x-ray is required every year. Individuals should be given the choice to opt out if desired. For that reason I may be looking elsewhere.

Negative experience: Went here once. They noted I had double insurance and talked me into all these extra treatments and charged me out of pocket for things my insurance covered. Felt like they were squeezing as much as possible out of me. Not worth my time to go to a dentist I feel is just tryingbto grt as much out of me as possible. Moving onto a dentist I can trust.

Positive experience: Generally speaking, I’ve had great experiences with All Smiles, though this time, a few hours after my visit, I looked in the mirror and there were 2 very noticeable white patches near my mouth that I could not rub off. I’m guessing it was something they treated my teeth with, but it was annoying. It was gone by the next morning, and I’ve been going there for years, with this being my first semi-negative experience, so in general I’m very pleased with their services.

Positive experience: Everyone was very nice and professional, especially Jennifer and Ella! The office was comfortable and convenient. I cannot however give them 5 stars. I have a specific time after work that I can make appointments. Because of this, they can't see me for a follow-up for 4 months. Disappointing but because I liked my initial visit so much I will hope for a cancellation and remain patient.

Fantastic experience: These guys are great! I’ve had quite a bit of work done here. I had a crown that was taken care of and they helped me with getting my wisdom teeth pulled and now I’m currently wrapping up with the Invisalign treatment. Dr. Michelle is really nice and easy to talk to! Also, full of very useful information! She’s got a bit of enthusiasm! It’s great! Most of my hygiene appointments have been with Eric, he is pretty gentle and easy to work with. I would highly recommend these guys! No complaints.

Fantastic experience: A year after moving to Everett, I followed my daughter’s recommendation and scheduled a cleaning and checkup at All Smiles. I am very happy that I went because it turned out I needed to have a crown replaced that wasn’t sitting quite right. I am very happy with both, the cleaning and the subsequent crown work. In fact, the cleaning was the first one where I did not experience any discomfort.

Fantastic experience: I love this place! My husband and I have been coming here for several years and now my kids come here too. All staff are genuinely kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and are truly looking out for my family. They are also so great with kids and I have been amazed at how they have made it such a great experience for my little ones (I started bringing my son in at 1 year old). I have absolutely no complaints.

Fantastic experience: I just had another cleaning with All Smiles Northwest. And the normal hygienist that I've seen many times before has retired and the new hygienist Nicole is excellent. The skill that they have has helped me get my gums to where they're not bleeding and no longer painful when getting a cleaning. For that I'm very grateful.

Fantastic experience: Great dentistry practice. Today I had Nicole who I have not seen for teeth cleaning previously. She was very gentle and explained everything as she went along. And as always, Dr Steinhubel stopped in for a look see as well. She is extremely gentle and also explains as she goes. From someone who has a fear of dentists……these folks are fantastic and I have no fear when I visit.
