Fantastic experience: Every single person in this office has been a delight to be treated by. Dr. Eggenberger is excellent at dentistry, but also bedside manner. I feel like she really *hears* me when I talk about my concerns or uncertainties, and she addresses them perfectly. Dr. Zhu is stellar, too! She’s so personable and warm- we chatted before my procedure, and she made me feel comfortable and at ease. During the procedure itself, it was obvious she’s incredibly skilled. I could just tell she was doing an excellent job. All the work I’ve had done at this office has healed perfectly and given me no problems at all. They just do a great job all around! My hygienist Taylor was great, too— skilled at her job and a pleasure to talk to. Jill assisted Dr. Zhu, and was excellent. Answered all my questions and gave me great advice on taking care of the work as it heals. Candy at the front desk is grand; we always enjoy chatting, and she’s efficient and accurate with paperwork and payments. Debby, the care coordinator is great, too. Can’t say enough about how great this place is! I would recommend it to anyone I know, and be certain they’d be well cared for and comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Having recently relocated to the Everett area, I looked for a dental office close proximity to my residence. Through my insurance provider, I discovered Colby Pacific Family Dentistry. Colby Pacific was able to accommodate me, on short notice, for a comprehensive examination. I was very impressed by their state-of-the-art imaging system, as well as the warm and friendly staff, who made me feel welcome. It was if I had been a patient of theirs for many years.

The front desk people are always very professional and courteous. Always helping me plan the best approach to my dental care based on my financial need. My dentist and all the staff in the back making the magic happen are always respectful, courteous, and efficient. Even more important there fun and I enjoy spending time chatting with them and sharing till they start working. I had braces through a different dentist and needed a bridge at some point, so I went into get it but my dentist said, "no it's not time yet until the rest of your dental is completed". She made sure I didn't have it done till it was appropriate. She made sure to increase the stability and longevity of my overall dental health, Priceless! I worry about pain when I have dental work, during and after and they always make sure I'm doing well through the procedure, and I have come to trust that I won't be in pain after. In short I have never had a bad experience at this dentist and hope to stay with them for as long as I can.

Fantastic experience: After feeling apprehensive about a procedure my dentist at the time recommended, I reached out to Colby Pacific for a second opinion. They concurred with my dentist, but had a better approach to the problem. Dr. Apple thoroughly explained the procedure and why it was necessary. Candy had all the insurance information and what my out of pocket would be quickly. She is a consummate professional! Dr. Apple and her staff did an amazing job with the procedure! So many people are afraid of the dentist. I am not one of those people, but I definitely appreciate quality care and attention to detail. I always feel so well taken care of at this office-with details right down to a pillow, blanket and headphones. Dr. Eggenberger is a master at her craft. She replaced a front tooth filling yesterday that had become unsightly. The result is amazing! I can’t even tell there is a filling there! I highly recommend this office. When I walk in the door I am put immediately at ease, well taken care of and if there is any distress during a procedure work is stopped and my feelings are addressed. Just had a crown completed. Fantastic experience: "Kate, the cleaner" was terrific. I've got a bit of anxiety with dental procedures, but Dr. Heather Eggenberger and Dr. Lee Zamos have been terrific. All of my recent (in last 3-4 years) hygienists' have been wonderful. If you aren't a fan of the dentist yet you haven't sworn them off entirely, please check them out. Easy access off of the freeway in Everett. Dr. Zamos is leaving (family is relocating to Tampa) but am looking forward to meeting Dr. Apple Xiaorui Zhu, who joined the practice last week.

Fantastic experience: Before I we referred to Dr. Heather I was with a few other dental clinics and had major anxiety, we are talking shaking and tears to hyperventilating around going to the dentist. Every time I went in it was “oh you need a root canal” no matter what it was. I finally found Colby Pacific and have never felt better about my teeth or my dental hygiene. No more root canals unless absolutely necessary. Every staff member has been so informative and ensures that I am comfortable and even help with kiddos if you can’t take them anywhere else. Hands down has been the best clinic for me. I now do not dread going to the dentist.

And as usual, front-office Candy is efficient and inspires confidence with her knowledge of insurance. The staff at the front desk is fantastic as well as the dental staff! I had a deep clean with Taylor and she was absolutely AMAZING. Fantastic experience: After my last appointment I told the front desk crew (April and Candy) that I loved this practice. Asked why, it is because of the people. A fantastic team of professionals!

Negative experience: This office started strong for me. Made me feel comfortable. I even referred love ones to them. I paid everything upfront insurance covered their part. We tried 3 to 4 times to do the finally step on my denture. I canceled a few appointments but finally I showed up and was told they have tried to get a hold of me for weeks to change my appointment which wasn't true. With not one miss call or email besides the one that says we will see you in 3 days. Then went as far as telling me I must have changed my number. Also not true but only said my appointment was canceled weeks ago. So I had to make another appointment. So about one month later I went in met with the dentist and got ready to leave to find out I had another bill. When I paid this bill upfront and in 4 attempts to get in with this finally step this was the first I heard of more money needs to be paid. Then with just a bunch of finger pointing doesn't change the fact they started the work then told me I owe more.
