Fantastic experience: Jeider is wonderful - warm, welcoming, and incredibly easy to talk to. He’s thorough and explains everything so clearly. He actually makes going to the dentist something I don’t dread. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I had nothing but event after event at this location. Every. Single. Time. Do not go to this place! The communication between coworkers is just horrible. As we checked in for my daughter surgery today, I was not able to give my daughter a hug before being taken to the back. I clarified with the assistant who was taking her away if I was going to see her before being taken to surgery. She responded with yes. I DID NOT! Now im picking up her post op meds and one of them is LITERALLY listed on her allergy list.

Fantastic experience: Great customer service explaining details, Warm environment very friendly. An amazing atmosphere of teamwork and good hospitality. I felt welcomed.

Positive experience: I have been a patient there for years. I went in with a specific problem. I had a very loose tooth that I needed extraction. Well, they insisted on doing full x-rays full exam telling me everything that was wrong with my mouth as if I don’t know what’s wrong with my mouth and then after insurance they wanted $153 out of my pocket to pull a tooth that’s already loose Now that wouldn’t even have been the problem but the doctor squeezed me in at a 330 appointment cause he said it would only take five minutes and the receptionist or whatever he is the billing guy David he was rude. He said well you know we’re squeezing you in so you’re just gonna have to take your gaze and leave and you know what right there and then I thought screw you. I don’t need your attitude And I’m never going back there again. Dr Druck is great, David has a bad attitude

Fantastic experience: I just had a broken tooth extraction done by Dr. Hwang, and the experience was completely painless! The entire team was incredibly professional and took the time to explain the costs and benefits of each treatment option. The dental assistant, Theresa, was amazing. She made sure I understood everything and felt completely at ease throughout the process. Highly recommend this office!

Negative experience: My experience at Dental Associates on Miller Parkway was very disappointing. Scheduling took over a month and a half because calls were repeatedly transferred, and I had to leave multiple voicemails before finally getting an appointment. After my tooth extraction, I wasn’t given any aftercare instructions or the prescribed medication, which led to painful complications. When I called for help, the receptionist, Debbie, was rude and dismissive. I also asked the dentist about cavities that had shown up on my recent x-rays, but he told me I didn’t have any—those teeth are now starting to bother me. Overall, there was a clear lack of communication, follow-up, and professionalism, and I will not be returning.

Negative experience: I had THE BEST experience ever yesterday at Dental Associates with my Hygenist-Jaider! From the pleasant experience to the very thorough cleaning to the amazing customer service he rendered. I couldn’t wait to schedule my next experience in 6 months with him. Negative experience: I wish I could recommend Dental Associates at Miller Park Way but I cannot. I do not feel the doctors listen, take the time to understand concerns, or take time to know the patient in any capacity. I understand this is a large practice..... and it feels like it. I will be seeking other dentistry care where I feel like a patient and not just an appointment to be pushed through and checked off the to-do list.

Negative experience: I don't recommend this place at all. Was refused routine teeth cleaning because some doctor wanted me to have deep cleaning which is more costly. I'm done with them. Also always had to pay upfront out of pocket deductible only to have dental associates send me my money back weeks later.

Negative experience: The Dental Associates at Miller Park Way are the absolute worst. Don’t waste your time here if you don’t have to. Worst communication ever and so unprofessional. I’ve called 5 times now trying to get booked for an appointment to get my wisdom teeth out. I’ve even left a voicemail with Dentist Ajit Pillai’s office and never heard back. Whenever I call I get the run around. The first time they gave me the wrong email to send my referral to. I’ve now emailed my referral to the right email, like they asked me too, and they said they would call back to schedule me and they never called me back. I only needed to go here because it’s close by and covered by my insurance, but I’d rather look around than deal with this unprofessional location. Good thing we’re in Milwaukee and have tons of other options!

Negative experience: Horrible communication will never go back to this location!!!! They don’t even have a pediatric dentist at all they have a temporary dentist who if I had known doesn’t specialize in children I would have never let my kid be seen. Now I have to find another dentist for my daughter to get dental work done and she’s in pain with no meds !!

Negative experience: I went here last year because I used a different Dental Associates location a long time ago and had a great experience. I went in for their exam or consultation which they require before doing a cleaning. They ended up saying I needed a ridiculously expensive deep clean before they could take me on as a customer. I had never heard of this so I decided to go back to my last dentist which is a half hour away as opposed to dental associates (5min) and they said my teeth are in good condition and I gonna regular cleaning. This location came off as a money grab rather than providing solid guidance. I appreciate their automated reminders for a cleaning so I could remember to write this review.

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience at Dental Associates on Miller Park Way in Milwaukee. I went in June to get a filling replaced on my upper right back molar. A few months later, part of the filling fell out, so I went back to have it fixed. To my surprise, the dentist claimed he didn’t place the filling on that tooth and tried to upsell me on a service I didn’t need. I spoke to the clinic manager, and she repeated the same thing the dentist said. Now, I have an unresolved issue with my tooth because they’re refusing to fix their own work. The dentist went too far into the tooth during the procedure, causing more problems. Reading through the reviews, I noticed that the clinic has a pattern of responding the same way to negative feedback without really addressing the concerns. I’m incredibly disappointed with their lack of accountability and will not be returning. If you’re looking for a reliable and honest dental clinic, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Very professional! The facility was very up to date and clean! They considered if I was in pain, and I wasn’t at all! Other dentist offices could care less about your pain tolerance.

Negative experience: The service at this location miller park was a horrible experience for me had my tooth pulled had to get my paperwork for my job talk to the dr assistant and she keeps messing up my paperwork when I told her what my work place is asking for she was very rude to me . My family and I will find another location

Fantastic experience: Very fast service, and extremely thorough. No pain whatsoever. (I have had cleaning that hurt in the past) I didn’t wait for more than a minute before I was taken back to a chair. The hygienist was AMAZING! My teeth feel like brand new after my cleaning. The doctor went over everything in language I could understand, and was very reassuring and made me feel very comfortable when discussing further appointments for a partial. Entire appointment took 1hr on the nose after scheduling follow ups for a partial and two fillings. 10/10.

Negative experience: Would rate 0 stars if possible. I went to this location for a wisdom tooth extraction and the copay price had doubled from the time of my consultation. No change to dental insurance between consult and surgery day and no notification of this copay change. When I opted for the less expensive local anesthesia option on surgery day to offset cost, the surgeon made a rude comment about "people choosing the cheaper option and not wanting to listen" when I could not relax with laughing gas alone. Total bait and switch on price on top of paying an expensive consultation fee in the beginning. Do not recommend for any oral surgery

Negative experience: Please do not go here to get your wisdom teeth removed. The staff is not friendly, helpful, or communicative. I was given hardly any aftercare instructions, nor was a follow-up appointment scheduled. They did not inform me of what prescriptions they were sending to the pharmacy. I called several times post surgery to discuss concerns I was having, and the staff was dismissive and seemingly unable to help me. I was repeatedly told to essentially calm down and to not get upset both pre and post surgery. I attempted to call regarding inflamation in my gums 1 week post surgery and the receptionist told me to wait, be patient, and that they couldn't help me with swollen gums as a result of the surgery they performed on me. I had a friend pick me up from the surgery and staff was rude to both of us about the fact that we had to call a taxi to get me home. Not everyone has a car, I think maybe healthcare professionals should be aware of that. I am happy my general dentist is not associated with this location. I pray to God I'll never have to come back here or interact with this location's staff. Truly a horrendous experience through and through.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever!!! Was treated by Dr and assistant like I was stupid!!! Said needed to pull teeth that weren't even there!!! Not even roots!!!

Fantastic experience: I could not get an appointment at the Dental Associates that I normally go to, so I decided to try the Miller Park location. The staff was incredibly friendly, the hygienist was very skilled and helpful, actually showing me how I could contribute to better outcomes. The person who took my payment was also friendly and helpful. It was a wonderful experience and I will most definitely go back to this site rather than returning to the previous location.

Fantastic experience: I went in for an emergency visit, I was able to be seen promptly!! Everybody was professional. and courteous. I was able to sign up for insurance while I was there; which also cover the emergency visit exam which included x rays and a cleaning the following day.

Negative experience: I had gone in for a yearly exam, cleaning and x-rays. I presented my medicare card and they took the information. The exam went well with no issues but they informed me that one of my fillings needed replacing. I came in the following week and the procedure went well with no issues. Professional staff took care of me and once done a gentleman took my medicare card and I was told that my share was $170. I paid and all seemed done until I received a bill for $440 from them. I called and after getting hold of a customer service person they informed me that they had my old insurance on record and since I was no longer covered by them I owed the whole amount. I explained that I presented my medicare card (with a dental rider) and that both times I was there they took the information but apparently did nothing with it. I was told someone would call me back and the billing would be put on hold. The following week I received another bill and after numerous attempts to get hold of them I was told that a manager will look into it and call you back but with the plan you have we are not in your network. At no point did anyone ever call me back so I then called United Healthcare (insured) and told them what Dental Assoicates told me. With me on the line they called them and basically told them that I am completley covered and they are in my network. They woman at Dental Associates who was on the phone did not have any of insured information (account# & group #) even after presenting my card twice at both appointments. It seems their service is good but their billing is completley disorganized and the fact that they tried to bill me for something that was completely covered is beyond frustrating as they still could'nt get things right after I talked to them 5 separate times. It took the insurance company to call them and get it straight. Needless to say I will not be going back there. Disappointing to see such a large company continually screw up on their billing without using the correct information they were given.

Fantastic experience: I have been here a few times already, I really don't see why this place has bad reviews. I think this is the best dentist place I have gone to, all the staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. They are all very knowledgeable and their equipment is top of the line. This place is very clean, as it should be. The prices are in my opinion very good, although my insurance pays most of it. Your copay is due at every visit, so other then that I don't have any bills, they are very good about what your insurance is going to cover and what you have to pay. Example, my cleaning cost me $19, my insurance paid the rest. Everyone's insurance is different so it may be different for you. I did over hear while waiting, which the wait time is never long either, that they DO NOT accept any state insurance, I heard a couple people come in with that insurance and it is NOT accepted there, they do offer some type of in-house dental insurance, I didn't really hear much about that so you would have to ask them. I do highly recommend this establishment, and FYI I DO NOT like going to the dentist at all, they know this and make it so much easier for me to go. This is prob the best experience you can have at a dentist office, your in good hands here.

Negative experience: I was a first time patient. I had to wait 2 months for an appointment, I took off work to make it and they only took X-rays and said that I need to make another appointment for cleaning which is now 6 months out. Stay away, find another dentist if you are a first time patient.

Negative experience: I’m not one to write a bad review, but I experienced an excessive lack of professionalism and care. Very much a “get in get out” attitude. I was chatting with the receptionist, who was very nice, and the hygienist interrupted our conversation to let me know I had to hurry into the cleaning. On our walk over, she didn’t introduce herself, she just told me that since we were already 10 minutes into my appointment, she would “do her best”. I was unsure on how to respond to that. After the cleaning, I expressed concerns about gum-pain and it was written off as plaque buildup, when I’ve been in appointments twice a year for 7+ years and have never had an issue with excessive plaque buildup. I left feeling embarrassed that I had even asked. The dentist didn’t have much to say about the gum-pain, and told me that he could refer me to someone else. Just didn’t seem like he cared to hear about it and like he was writing me off. I will be continuing my appointments at a different location.

Negative experience: I was looking at the reviews all are negative except 1. You would think this company would train their staff better and do good business practices reviews such as this get around. Business want repeat customers

Fantastic experience: Everything there is great. The receptionist that I just spoke to when trying to schedule a new patient appointment on behalf of my mother is rude and hanged up on me. Called back and spoke to a different receptionist. She was very understanding and I was able to schedule an appointment for my mother.

Fantastic experience: Another great dental experience! The place is gorgeous on it’s on, the staff was kind and safe to the core !! I forgot to wear a mask and they had one readily available, I felt relaxed and boy were they on time !!

Fantastic experience: My permanent retainer fell off and needed to be glued back on, but I didn't have dental insurance coverage for this location. I called and they were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. The orthodontist (Ami Inoue) was quick and it was only $125. Great place and friendly staff! :)

Positive experience: I used to be a fan but not so much any longer. Appointments must be scheduled months in advance and there's no longevity with respect to employment - there seems to be a high turnover rate. Next year I won't be renewing my dental insurance through them. I think I'd rather pay more for Delta Dental and go somewhere that values me and my family as patients. UPDATE: I updated the rating based on a call from Dental Associates inquiring about my low rating. They indicated they would follow-up this spring to determine if our currently scheduled hygienist appointments had to be rescheduled due to additional turnover. I appreciated the sentiment.

Negative experience: Hated this location. Dentist acted odd (making unsolicited book recommendations and commenting on my perfume) and ordered unnecessary services. Another location corrected this error, but it cost me time away from work that wouldn’t have been necessary if this location had gotten things right in the first place. Go elsewhere.

Negative experience: When my daughter went it was a pleasant experience also that dentist is no longer there. But for me it was horrific. At every turn I requested to speak to director three times and yet nothing. Dentures are Crocket which i told the orthodontist before final decision. Surgeon is careless lacks empathy. The lady that cleaned my teeth ripped my lips in the corners trying to open my mouth widder than i was capable.they explain one thing and do another after a procedure how can I argue while in pain I need them.to redo these horrible dentures that I paid for!!!!!.

Fantastic experience: Upon arrival, I noticed the place was very clean. The receptionist greeted me with a warm welcome. I updated my medial history. Within, 5 minutes I was called for my appointment. Brady, hygienist introduced himself and escorted me to the exam room. He was very cordial, friendly and professional. Then, he cleaned my teeth. Throughout the whole process, he was very knowledgeable and professional. He made me felt welcome to their facility. I would definitely recommend that location to my coworkers. Afterwards, I scheduled a 6 month checkup at the same location.

Negative experience: Billing department is rude and not helping at all they made a mistake claiming to my insurance and my insurance did not pay them now they billed me for it that I did not know after calling them and my insurance then she will tell that my bill is in collection already now they ruined my credit score it’s so not ok

Negative experience: This place has hidden fees they don't like to tell you about untill you go in for an emergency appointment they scheduled and then tell my wife her appointment wasn't until a week an a half from today and my wife was told that she has a $65 balance then when she gets to her emergency appointment she's told her balance was $300 by the same women even though she didn't get any work done. negligent business practices, they should of gave my wife what she asked for in the first place which was a white cap not a silver cap that fell out that was why she had an emergency appointment. They don't even deserve the 1 Star rating, if you would of put that in my mouth I would of gone upside your head.

Negative experience: The dentist, Dr. Mack should not practice at all! She was rude and definitely doesn’t have bedside manners! My son saw her a few weeks ago and told me she was rude to him then and if I knew that was her I would have requested to see someone else! She treated us like we were an inconvenience to her. My son was supposed to see her again but I called and canceled his appointment with her! I like dental associates and have been with them for many years and never had a complaint about anyone until now! I would never ever recommend anyone to see this dentist and don’t care if she’s temporary help or not she should never see patients because she treats them like a number instead of a human being! I work in healthcare so I know you should treat others the way you would want to be treated!

Negative experience: Do not waste your time coming here. They make you schedule two separate appointments for what most dental offices consider one appointment - cleaning with a hygienist is one appointment and a visit with a dentist is another appointment. It is the most inefficient system I’ve ever seen. Additionally, they book out 8-9+ months so good luck getting your two cleanings in a year that they recommend. It’s a huge waste of time and I will promptly be returning to me previous dental insurance plan and previous dentist as soon as I possibly can.

Negative experience: I am not a fan of this Dental Associates (or others). First, they can't ever get a cleaning and a dental check at the same time. Then I have been left in the hallway for an hour without being addressed. I have had to walk out, and I have decided to skip my regular cleanings until I can get in somewhere else. This all being said, I had a good filling and appreciated the honesty of the dentist that didn't try to oversell me.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to several dental associates locations but this one is the best. Patrick Kaul and his great assistant Kelly are a great team together! Patrick was simply amazing and took his time with my teeth! He was professional and polite. He made me feel as if I was family. Kelly was such a joy and all the dental terms that I couldn’t explain she was able to. Thank you so much Patrick and Kelly. You two need a raise!!!!

Negative experience: They nearly tripled the price of their 'insurance' program between the time I made the appointment and when I went in. It was only AFTER I had my exam & cleaning that I was told the price was now $360 instead of $135. They never bothered to mention the huge increase in the weeks (or minutes) leading up to my appointment. What a scam. Bad business practices.

Negative experience: Its all about money at this place! My dying brother made an appointment for this place from a referral. He saw a dentist somewhere else and got refered to see a surgeon here. Not only did they not tell him that they don't take xrays from anywhere else they made him see a dentist to go over what he already knew and then schedule an appointment with a surgeon!! Thats what he asked for in the first place. If your sick don't go here, the dentist he saw apparently knew better than the collection of doctors he's got keeping him alive.

Negative experience: 75$ cancellation fee.So if your disabled and can't get out of bed the day of your appointment, thats on you. Received a bill for x-rays that my insurance did not pay because prior to my visit I had just gotten a full set of x-rays from my previous dental provider less then a month before! When told I had my previous file(including x-rays),your front desk people said they didn't need it. Its no surprise why(126$). And finally; being told that my 4 Doctors ( D.D.S.,M.D.,S.C) (oncologist)(rheumatologist)(Family M.D.) are all wrong by one of your dentists. Its easy to see why I am writting this review. If your on disability I would strongly suggest another Dental provider. 01/17/22 After talking with someone(not management!!!). They stated that they do not take outside x-rays!! I told them I had them the first time I called them and THEY NEVER SAID ANYTHING!This is the first time being told this!!! I had a referral from another dentist! How money hungry can this place be!! I am looking forward to contacting my ADA attorney. Its only $126 but its the principal of how greedy this place is.
