Very professional staff and everyone introduced themselves to me, unlike my old office where I don't know who the dentists are there anymore, and I have been going there for years! Plus the price of my crown for my implant is FAR LESS here than at my old dental office. West Allis Dental Care is really on top of everything and very willing to help you in every possible way! I am VERY satisfied that I found them and tried them!

Negative experience: The wait times are terrible and they dont offer anything after a cleaning. They have a guy hygentist and the billing is slow.

Fantastic experience: I avoided going to the dentist for many years and was hesitant to do so. I finally faced an emergency that couldn't be ignored, and was accepted to come in. I was treated so nicely and was so comfortable that I have made this my regular dental office. I cannot tell you what a difference it has made in my life to get back into a habit of regular dental care. These people are pleasant, professional, efficient, and very caring.

Fantastic experience: I have long had a fear of dentists, stemming from an awful childhood experience that left my teeth in terrible condition resulting in extensive orthodontic treatment. Decades later I have regretfully not taken care of myself and wound up seeking emergency help. This place has eased my mind greatly. The staff was very nonjudgmental regarding my prior mistakes, and just handled the situation at hand. They handled it with professionalism as well as with empathy towards my fears. The atmosphere in the office feels like you are surrounded by people who truly care, both about their jobs, and their patients.

Fantastic experience: After a terrible experience with a dentist group with a bunch of associates, I was put off from getting the work I needed done. I was referred to WADC from my sister and she said that her family has been extremely happy with their experiences with them. I was shocked by how caring and respectful the staff at WADC were. It was a complete opposite of the experience I had. Thanks to all of you for making me feel comfortable and confident about the decisions that I have in my dental care.

Negative experience: Waited over 40 minutes for our appointment and was then told by a lady that everyone is here for different reasons and they will see us when they can. This isn’t the first time my Kids and I have waited for over 30 minutes for appointments. We are taking our business elsewhere

Fantastic experience: I've been to 6 dentist offices in my life and this one is by far the friendliest, no matter who I interacted with!

Negative experience: I called to make an appointment as a new patient without dental insurance. Plenty of people go without dental insurance and a lot of dentist offices allow you to pay out of pocket. I selected a date and time, provided all my information, then requested an estimate of what my out of pocket will be for a standard cleaning. The receptionist told me $355 for the cleaning and x-rays. I asked if it was an option to skip the x-rays and just do the cleaning, but because it had been a while since I had x-rays done, that was not an option, which is fine. I kindly said I would hold off for now until I look at other options (because let's be serious $355 is not a tiny amount of money so I wanted to compare a couple places). The receptionist laughed, said "okay bye" and hung up the phone. I am not a sensitive person but I think laughing at someone for being concerned about the price of a service is pretty elitist and rude. I will not be calling back, or giving them any business.

Fantastic experience: I love this place. I see Dr. Beltrame, and she's the best. All of the hygienist and front desk are amazing, too!

Positive experience: The woman who took my X-Rays, the Hygienist and Dentist were wonderful! My Hygienist Jeff was so kind, but rushed through my cleaning as he had another patient. He advised I could come back another time, but I do not have time for that. My teeth looked wonderful and I will take the advise he gave me. However, I was charged a $50 Deductible that I should not have been charged. I would think the Office Staff would call and / or review my Insurance prior to my appointment which they had ample time to do. I have called both the Office and the Billing Department - had to leave a voicemail at each. I should not have to spend more time doing administrative work than I spend in the Dental Chair... I am hopeful they rectify the mistake in a timely manner. I will no longer be paying anything at the time of my visit and letting it go through Insurance first. Know your Policy and don't be taken advantage of at the Office!

Negative experience: My family and I have been going here for years without any problems. However, on 2/20/2025, they refused to provide tooth cleaning services because, for personal reasons, I declined the annual radiation of mouth X-rays. I was not given the option to sign a waiver accepting the responsibility of my choice. They dentist kept mentioning their inability to provide accurate diagnosis without X-rays without taking into account that I had no tooth complaints or issues. I just wanted a cleaning. I exlained that I would not be opposed to xrays if a problem arose, but I was basically shot down for lack of cooperation.

Fantastic experience: Of the hygienists I've had, they're super calming, personable, and professional. Know when to give scientific, technical or layman's feedback and recommendations. I come home and think, "Hey, I had a good time at the dentist."

Fantastic experience: I ALWAYS have exceptional care! I've had ALL the hygienists there and have gotten GREAT cleanings. From the start, the receptionists are friendly and inviting. The staff in the back is also very kind. Dr Limberatos is exceptional. I can't imagine going anywhere else!

No issues with any procedure this far. Every employee has a wonderful bedside manner and explained everything as they went along! Negative experience: A receptionist from West Allis Dental called me and told me they had a opening because on a previous visit I was told I had a small cavity, but I told them that the money remaining on my Dental insurance ran out. She proceeded to tell me that I still had money and it was enough to cover it so I made the appointment and they did the work and I get a Bill for $250 so when I called to tell them that what they told me was not true and I have this bill I should not have to pay for it because I was misled, and my dental renewal was two weeks away, and I tried to explain that to them. Why would I get this work done if I only had two weeks before the beginning of the year?

Negative experience: I have been going here for about 3 years. I have never had a bad visit. My last two visits have been amazing because of Ashley the hygienist. She is kind and gentle with me even though it is clear that I haven’t been flossing or brushing like I should. In the past it has taken almost an hour with other hygienists to clean my mouth. Ashley was efficient yet thorough and gentle both times. I was in and out in about a half hour and that included the time that they took films. I also like that she was focused on cleaning and that gave me a chance to zone out, enjoy the quiet music and relax. I highly recommend this place! Edit: At my last appointment I got a new hygienist that I had never met before. They were running behind and she was late. She used a new device on me to clean my teeth. I have absolutely no idea what tool she used on me because she didn’t explain it. It was really loud and it hurt my gums. I told her that it hurt multiple times. She just laughed and did not stop. I had at least one scar on my gum when I got home afterwards. I called afterwards to see if someone else was available for my next cleaning and told the staff why. The person on the phone did not seem concerned that my experience was a nightmare. This place is hopeless. Go elsewhere if you can.

Negative experience: All of the dentist here are amazing but one hygienist stuck her tool in my teeth so hard repeatedly I told her it was so harsh she said it was because of the cusp in my teeth yet no other hygienist ever done that before. Also front desk horribleeeeee. Especially Ellie with her rude responses. I went in last for my Invisalign consultation everything great I even paid them for my previous visit I call back to see what my payment option were which according to this lady were none. Beyond that when having to reschedule it was like she was upset I needed to reschedule she told me then next appointment wasn’t until July and I received a text that there are sooner appointments available. Do better!

Fantastic experience: I recently made a dentist switch due to moving to Milwaukee! I went here because they could get me in super fast, and I’m so glad I did! Their entire staff (front desk, my hygienist, the dentist) were all incredibly sweet, kind, and genuine. My experience felt like a warm hug on a rainy day! 10/10 recommend.

I've been going there my whole life and never once had a single problem. I'd 100% recommend this place to anyone who has any type of dental work needed.

Negative experience: This dental office is full of rude and dare I say, racist front desk coordinators. Firstly, my child wasnt properly scheduled for her procedure causing benefits to be misued for what she needs to have done for the benefit year. Secondly, I have been trying to update my mom's dental insurance for weeks now with this office. They've sent a $500 bill to my home when my mom has dental coverage that they're refusing to take. I even had her insurance company call 3 times and they were left on hold purposely. How do I know? Because I was sitting in their office for my daughter's appointment, one of those 3 times, while on conference with the insurance trying to contact them, and was conferenced in the other 2 times. They placed the call on hold and began chatting and laughing amongst themselves. Ellie especially was extremely rude on the phone to me when I called to ask why they weren't cooperating with the insurance to update my mothers information. Her response was, "thank you goodbye" not even acknowledging the topic of concern. So what's the issue West Allis Dental Care? We're people of color so we get treated in a racist and unfair manner because....you think you have the right? We get disrespected and treated poorly simply because of your personal feelings regarding my culture? If this is the world we live in I'm not interested. I've lived in this neighborhood for years now, and I was hoping to have a good experience at this office but I guess it's true what they say, convenient isn't always better. West Allis Dental Care, Please do better to people of color! We would all appreciate it.

Fantastic experience: Been going for about 10 years now. Generally have always been great. They've made upgrades over the years and is a cute quaint place. Plus they take the X-rays In the room with a portable looking radar gun. Quick and convenient

Negative experience: West Allis dental front desk has no regard for Patient’s time. I was originally scheduled for a cleaning at 3:30pm and a filling at 4:40pm on 10/11/23. On my way to the appointment, I received a call from their office telling me I missed my cleaning appointment and that it was at 3:00pm instead (even though I had text confirmation stating 3:30pm boldly and had verbally confirmed in a phone call with a representative from their office the day before). My appointment time was changed without any consultation whatsoever with me. Lady at front desk admitted to a glitch/miscommunication on their part but still LIED on my visit summary that I missed my appointment because “I forgot about my hygiene appointment at 3:00pm”. How insulting. When I pointed that out to her to edit the notes, she refused “stating that only her manager could fix it and that I had to wait till tomorrow ” .. shortly after I canceled my appointment with Wauwatosa Dental (a sister clinic according to West Allis Dental front desk staff) and informed them I wanted nothing to do with any clinic associated with West Allis Dental at this point, I received a message from West Allis Dental stating that a correction had been made to the visit notes. I’d rather take my business to a Dental Care Center that is more honest, serious and has respect for their Patients.

Fantastic experience: Wasn't to thrilled with the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth March 23rd of 2021. Yes she had a lot of work cleaning my teeth. Part of it hurt bad. She was upset with me. Because I made it clear she was hurting me. Tells me based on the condition of my teeth. She was supposed to charge for some fancy cleaning. But wasn't. Since I have no insurance. So I needed to cut her some slack. That she has to do this. A spot on the lower left side she made hurt real bad. Did nothing to make me feel comfortable. When I complained she had my head tilted to far back. Where my neck was hurting. I was told she had to put my head in a certain position. I was feeling uncomfortable during my cleaning. That half way through I made her sit me up for a couple minutes. The dentist was polite.

Fantastic experience: West Allis Dental Care has always provided me with great service. I'm seeing Dr. Johnson now. He's wonderful. Jeanne his assistant is the best. I've been going here over 30 years. All the dentists here are wonderful.

You may feel scared and nervous going to the dentist but by the time you leave, your nerves are calmed and they make you feel at ease. They are very caring and attentive. My dentist, Dr. L, is a very good dentist and he is precise at his work. Love this place.

Fantastic experience: As a 41 year old who, like many others, are not a fan of going to the dentist.... I can 100% tell you that my first experience at West Allis Dental Care was hands down an experience that changed my mind about going to the dentist! From the beautiful humans at the front desk, to the adorably sweet tech who took my x-rays, the feel of safety and comfortability I felt from the dental hygienist and the rock star dentist herself, EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE was amazing! I am actually looking forward to my next visit!

Fantastic experience: All the Dentist's that I've seen here are really friendly. I was a new client to them, and after my first visit. About 3 week later I chipped a tooth, and they got me in right away to fix my tooth. Everyone who works there is very friendly and helpful.

Negative experience: The person that did my teeth clean wasn’t respectful, it is unsanitary. The gloves Ariel used were smelly. He didn’t want to switch to new gloves. He would stick his hand in my mouth and made my gums bleed on various occasions. He didn’t do my cleaning adequately.

Fantastic experience: Who doesn't want to look their best for their daughter's wedding? Well, I did, because my teeth were not 'pearly white' so I inquired at West Allis Dental where I am a patient and they recommended an Opalescence Whitening product. They took time to explain how to use it and about the results. I WAS SO PLEASANTLY SURPRISED... Jean told me truthfully that results vary but my teeth, from a sad yellow to a BRIGHTER White was amazing. Just the fact that they listened to my concern and acted upon it makes me give West Allis Dental 5 Stars! Give them a try!
