The hygienist was very good at explaining the procedures and making sure my questions were answered to satisfaction. Dr Sulim was attentive while addressing procedures being provided and easy to talk with.

Negative experience: if you are thinking about getting orthodontic treatment here, don’t. And if you’re already a patient and have signed their contract, pick a religion and pray. you will be wasting your money and time. I wouldn’t recommend anyone coming here even if it was free.I’ve had my braces on for a little over 4 years. During my first year, the doctor quit and we didn’t have an orthodontist for about 7 months. They kept saying they would get a temp doctor, but when she did come, she pretty much just looked in our mouths and let the assistants retie us. I had a bracket off for 7 months. They also don’t tell you when starting treatment that the doctor is usually only in two days a week. If you’re in college or in a program like nursing or dental hygiene, you know you cannot miss clinicals or core classes. So if the doctor days fall on your clinical days, you basically won’t be getting treatment. At my second to last appointment before getting my braces off, my power chain broke and my wire became loose, so I pulled it out and called them to get it looked at. The dental assistant took the wire out and was going to leave it out, knowing my next appointment a month later was supposed to be for my debond. She wasn’t even going to ask the doctor if they should retie me or anything. She was going to let me walk out knowing my teeth could shift.When I saw the doctor, I brought it up to him and he immediately said, “Oh yeah, we can do a tie for you.” She never even asked him.I don’t know if she was a receptionist or what, but when I first came here this place wasn’t this bad. It has completely gone downhill and I would not recommend going here. There are so many better options.

Fantastic experience: I have 2 teeth removed one at a time which has made my pain on my left and my right side of my mouth disappear for good. And the more important thing is, yes. Now, I have 22 extra holes in my head. So to speak, but there are many teeth still in my mouth M. Yes, that is okay, because we have extra teeth. I was told by my dentist who is very skilled, very knowledgeable and the one thing I appreciate about him is he doesn't ask me questions. Why? He's got his hands in my mouth.

Negative experience: WARNING: Avoid Dental Works Greenfield at all costs! Last year, they refused to clean my teeth unless I agreed to fix all my cavities first. When I switched to a new location, they lied about sending my X-rays, leaving me to start from scratch. Unprofessional and pushy. Not recommended ‍♀️. Even one star is too much, but I have to push a star to submit this review.

She took her time and thoroughly cleaned and examined all my teeth... One of the few places that makes sure you get great dental care...

Fantastic experience: First visit was x-rays and checkup. Man will they find if you have gum disease. They poke your gums and will leave almost guaranteed with a recommendation to get a laser deep cleaning. Got it cleaned wasn't sure if it was really right. Also they will sell you everything they have like your at a dealership for your mouth! Amazing! Only two visits in to this place but it seems like they overly care or just got special training in spotting gum disease that no other dentist office received before! If you want perfection for your mouth go here! Update, I have continued to come here and say the service has been very good and they have gotten much better over the years. I do recommend the place and haven't over sold anything the last couple years.

Positive experience: This was my first visit to this location as the office i usually visit had closed. This was an emergency visit as i had a foreign object stuck in my gum, in the rear of my mouth since friday. It was now monday. I had a photo in my phone of the object, but could not see it to extract. I showed it to the dentist. He instructed the hygenist to xray my mouth & clean the pockets in the gum around the tooth in front of the object. The hygenist did this & i could feel nothing being done to extract the object from the gum. I explained this to the hygenist & she stated she would get the dr. He came in and admonished me, stating offensively" I cant come in here demanding stuff" . I told him i wasnt denanding anything, only that nothing was being done to extract the object from my gum. The only reason i rate this three stars is because i feel that when the dentist came back he finally removed the object from my gum as evidenced by him pressing on the gum & seeing puss come from the location where the object had lodged. Otherwise i would have given this review a 1 ir 2 stars based on my treatment

Fantastic experience: Had an emergency appointment and not only did they see me right away, but they were prompt and took action right away. I needed some extractions done and the dentist was able to pull them within the hour. Kind, considerate, and extremely accessible, I think I've found my new dentist.

Positive experience: My appointment was at 2pm. I was asked to be there 15 minutes earlier due to paperwork. I still was not seen until 2:40. The staff was not friendly. More importantly, I was asked to sign documents that I could not see or read myself! In my opinion, that's not professional.

Negative experience: Went to this clinic for the first time pay my money they took x-rays I mentioned the upper molars were bothersome didn’t bother at all. Just everything looks good. Spent probably not even five minutes with me and dismissed me, but they took my money and ran with it the worst place I have ever been to.

Negative experience: This place is a waste of time has scheduled an appointment about a week before and I was told that they take my insurance. I get there 15 minutes early and wait an hour for my insurance to be verified mind you I’m the only person in there besides one other person Who came after me and was taken before me which is fine if my insurance needs to be verified finally they say that my insurance is verified, but the Dentist that’s there today Won’t take My insurance. This all should’ve been figured out before I ever came up there took off work and lost money to come in. I will never go back or recommend this place unprofessional and incompetent.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient at Dentalworks Greenfield for over five years and they’ve always performed a great service with kindness and care. Today was no exception. I called this morning about a crown that had come loose and they were able to get me in same day. Patient care is their first priority.

Positive experience: Just be careful. I’ve been going to this dentist office since 2019 and in some incidents, I did not feel like I was given honest opinions. The dental hygienist are incredible and that’s what made me stay with them for so long, but the dentist that does the procedures. Sometimes I feel that he was not being honest with some of his decisions, And that it was more of how much money they could get out of you and your insurance versus actually being honest to me to the point where now I will not continue my service with them So just be aware.

Negative experience: Highly disappointed, my daughter had gotten her braces on 2 years ago we were at the end of her treatment i paid everything up front and used my dental insurance. In November the orthodontist quit they did not have a backup orthodontist and now it’s almost March and her braces were suppose to get removed in January. She has not had a brace adjustment or anything. They still don’t have an orthodontist. Now Months later, a new orthodontist started, and they removed her braces but failed to properly clean the glue off her teeth, requiring them to be shaved down. Then, they scheduled a fitting for her retainers and told us the earliest available appointment was two months away. I had to complain, knowing her teeth would shift during that time. Eventually, they agreed to call us when the retainers came in and just hand them to us. Within a couple of months, the retainers ripped, and later, our dog got ahold of them. We had been assured that if anything happened within the first year, they’d replace them for free as long as we had the pieces. I kept the pieces and scheduled an appointment. But on the day of the appointment, they called to tell me it would cost $450 to replace the top retainer. When I reminded them of what we were told, they said I needed to provide documentation. They should have had this in their records, but of course, they didn’t. I found another review stating the same thing and called them back, only to be asked where I saw the review. They offered to do half the price instead. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told she was out of the office. When I requested the corporate number, they gave me a false one. I never received a callback. I’ve already spent so much on braces and received terrible service. I refuse to give them another dollar. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere—this place is a complete joke.

Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency. I went in on Tuesday and Dr. Igor Sulim treated me. As one who avoids dentists, has had negative experiences this was a positive. Friday he extracted a tooth, built a temporary bridge within one hour. Honestly he was kind, professional and efficient. This was a seamless, pleasant visit. I will go back. I highly recommend him and his team to family and friends. Thank you Dr. Sulim and team. I appreciate you and your work.

Negative experience: So I booked my appointment months ago and it's been rescheduled three times because the office had a hygienist retire. I got there about ten minutes early. The hygienist was ten minutes late, without apologize, and really didn't talk. Just took the x-rays and proceeded to show me the bill for the rest of the process. By this point I was frustrated because they were late and they acted like I was an inconvenience. They billed my insurance before talking to me so when I didn't want to pay a $50 copay for something I wasn't aware of, they got irritated because if they didn't do the procedure, it would be insurance fraud. Not my problem. Do the regular cleaning and x-rays. If the customer service was better and they were nice, I'd consider going back. You can't teach empathy.

Negative experience: Highly disappointed with this establishment. If you are looking for orthodontic work, seek elsewhere! After getting my braces off my teeth and paying over $6000 my teeth were left in horrible condition with the glue still on them. I had to pay for deep cleanings to have them manually scrap off this said glue which resulted in an over sensitized mouth and still grimy top teeth all because the orthodontist quit and they have had no one to replace him since the end of last year 2023. Lost my top retainer to be told that if I found it and returned if damaged, they would be replaced within the first year at no cost even if an animal ate it. Purchased a $450 holly retainer to replace the top to now accidentally break the bottom just for them to say since I broke them because their raggedy retainer box provided broke and my bottoms fell out in my pocket and cracked in half they will not cover and forced to pay another $275! So over them! Looking for a better establishment that communicates clearly and accurately and can retain staff for customers needs! We do not pay all this money in this economy to go through stuff like this! Do better Dental Works!
