Fantastic experience: Phase 1 of crown procedure was a breeze, quick and easy. No pain or other discomfort. By far the best dental crown experience I've ever had! Dr. Sabel is very smooth and efficient.

Fantastic experience: Greeted quickly. Almost no wait time until they called for me, introduced herself and explained what she was seeing and doing. Cleaning was done quickly and painlessly. Receptionist very helpful in reviewing insurance coverage and accommodating in scheduling my next appt.

Ronnie his assistant kept me at ease. Doctor explained everything and made sure I was doing ok during my procedure and without pain. I was able to have my filling without nitrous for the first time because I was at ease. I am so glad I found them.

Renee, the hygienist I see, is very patient, friendly and knowledgeable about her field. Dr. Sabel, who purchased the practice from Dr. Volm, is an excellent dentist and treats you like a friend.

Fantastic experience: Renée is my hygienist & I started out the day 'early for me' to schedule with her, several weeks ago. Unfortunately, I had 2 cavities to be filled & yesterday DDS Sabel uses local anesthetic prior to the novocaine injection. This really helps with the procedures, of filling the cavities. Thankful & planning on regular brushing & flossing going forward as a preventative of future oral care.

The hygienists are impeccable. (I always wanted this as my career--so I do notice). His staff is kind. Linda and Nicole are the best at scheduling appointments and helping with the insurance and payments. The office is clean!!! As a treat, they have a coffee/hot chocolate area!!! Love it! The New Berlin office is close to home…no steps or stairs if you use a walker or cane!!!

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency and they got me in quickly and took great care of me… always so nice and professional at my cleanings… it was nice to have such good care when you have an emergency. Thanks to Dr. Sabel and the whole office! Update-besides getting me to an endontist within 24 hours after an injury cracked one of my teeth… the follow up for my temporary and permanent crown were scheduled and handled seamlessly. Now I know why they are always so busy!

Dr. Sabel fixed it and it stayed on.The staff was so welcoming since it was my first time in the office. I highly recommend Dr Sabel.

As always, Dr. Sabel was friendly, professional, efficient and interested in discussing any questions I had. I always get the impression that concern for the patient’s care and well being comes first and that money/ profit is not the prime motivator here. It’s a well-run office you can count on for high quality, friendly care.

Negative experience: Terrible experience as a new patient. I waited three weeks for my appointment, only to be told two hours before that it was canceled. When I called to ask why, they said it was because I booked online and that I “should have called the office instead.” This is completely absurd. If your office offers online booking, patients should be able to rely on it. Otherwise, don’t provide it. They completely wasted my time and then blamed me for using the very system they set up. I originally chose this office because of the glowing reviews, but after this experience, I seriously question how those reviews were earned. Very unprofessional and irresponsible.

Fantastic experience: I've never been one for going to the dentist as I had a bad experience when I was young. But gotta hand it to Tom first, now Nick, Renee & the entire staff. In the 40 years I have been going to The Art of Modern Dentistry, I've never had a bad experience or encountered anyone in the office that wasn't warm, friendly or inviting. The whole experience from scheduling, to pre-appointment check in, the reception desk and office staff, hygienists etc all make you feel welcome and informed. They are flexible with our kids who don't live in the area and seem to find time in the schedule when the kids are home, and the doctors themselves go above and beyond to get to know us as patients.

Negative experience: First time a dentist told me at the check-in window that my appointment needed to be rescheduled. Which is funny, because I received multiple text messages and a call reminding me of the appointment and to fill out my paperwork. The internet is down excuse is lame. Oh well, it's only my time wasted.
