Fantastic experience: This was my first time here at The Neighborhood Dentist. The dentist as well as the staff were fantastic. The receptionist even called me as I was on my way to make sure I could find their building. It was a little tricky since it shares a driveway with a yellow house off Watertown Road. They do have a big sign. The person cleaning my teeth and taking xrays was excellent. She listened to my concerns and was very gentle. She gave me suggestions for more efficient care of my teeth. My dentist retired and sold his practice. The company that bought the practice was good, however my insurance isn't covered there. I spent lots of time looking for a smaller dental practice like I remembered having previously. I'm feeling posative about the dental work I have ahead of me, after meeting the dentist and hearing her plan. I would recommend this practice to a friend. The building and equipment was very organized and clean.

Fantastic experience: I've been to the office 3x now and have worked with Toni and Kari and Dr Brown. I could not be happier with the treatment I have received. Their kindness, fun and nonjudgemental attitudes actually make going there so much less stressful! From a financial standpoint im also not being pushed to have alot of work done at once or work done that isn't necessary right now!

Fantastic experience: Our dental office had closed so we had to make a switch to The Neighborhood Dentist. Everything happens for a reason and I’m so happy with the switch. All the staff has been so lovely and I really appreciate how quickly they got us in to be seen. As good of an experience as dental work can be. lol.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I are very happy with our experience at The Neighborhood Dentist! After searching for a long time, they were highly recommended to us. At first, I was hesitant because of the distance from where we live, but now I can honestly say it was completely worth it. We were actually running late to our appointment, and they were so understanding. They even called us and kindly waited for us, which we truly appreciated. That level of care and customer service is hard to find nowadays. From the moment you walk in, the entire staff makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone is very friendly, professional, and caring. They take the time to explain every detail clearly, answer all your questions, and make sure you fully understand your dental health and treatment options. A special thank you to Kary and Toni, our hygienists, who were absolutely excellent — very kind, gentle, and professional throughout the entire visit. And the doctor has such a gentle hand that you barely feel anything during the procedure! What we appreciated the most is that they truly care about their patients and never make you feel rushed. Fantastic experience: Had an amazing first experience at TND. The front desk staff was efficient and so friendly when I had trouble locating my insurance information. The hygienist was friendly, funny, and kept me distracted during a long, emergent dental procedure. Dr Lundin was kind and did great work with minimal discomfort. During the procedure, other issues were found and she discussed my options for treatment right then and there & addressed the unexpected issues the same day. Happy to have found our family’s newest home for our dental work!

Fantastic experience: My experience was great! They performed a cavity restoration right after my teeth cleaning appointment. Tony has been my hygenist for a number of years and she is great! Dr. Lundin is new and she is quite good! Overall a very good experience!

Fantastic experience: The Neighborhood dentist is the continuation of Dr Robert Wyler's dentist clinic, which has been my dentist for years. I trusted him and his staff for many years. The new team has kept some of the staff that didn't retire with Dr Wyler. It has always been a good experience, from the front desk to the dentist assistances in the office. The office has a great digital system for scheduling and reminding a good time before the appointment is going to happen. I do recommend The Neighborhood for all friends and family and for anyone else as well.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday, I went Dr. Wyler’s clinic and got teeth cleaning. My hygienist Kelly(hopefully I didn’t spell it wrong) did a great job which I am very satisfied. She is a joy to spend time with as she professionally cleans and examines my teeth. Actually the entire staff in the clinic is very kind and friendly!

I cracked a filling right before traveling, and even though it was my first visit to the office, she managed to fit me in and fix my tooth the same day. She really understood the stress of dealing with a broken tooth while preparing for a trip and made the whole process smooth and reassuring. Also, I didn’t even feel the shot. :D

Recently, I had a dental matter that needed attention. Kathy, with empathy, fit me into the very busy office schedule as soon as possible and Dr. Wyler and Sarah worked me in between caring for other patients—and were very kind and thorough.

Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist has never been something I look forward to, but the team at Dr. Wyler's office, in particular Jenny, Kathy, Toni and Dr. Wyler, make it as enjoyable experience as possible.

Negative experience: The people in the office are so nice, helpful, and friendly, however, I feel that Dr. Wyler has a very aggressive approach to dentistry and would prefer a dentist with a more conservative approach. I think he recommends crowns willy-nilly.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this Dental Office to everyone reading my review. The Doctor and all of his staff are top people. His Dental treatment is top quality and very comfortable. Also very modern with the use of the latest Digital technology. If he does a crown for you there is no goop impression material as your mouth is scanned easily in approximately a minute and your crown is finished before you leave.
