From my very first visit, Dr. Mary Vezzetti and her team immediately put me at ease with their professionalism, knowledge, and genuine compassion. I received a new bridge and a veneer, and I couldn't be happier with the results. My bridge looks beautiful, and the work exceeded my expectations. The dentist truly cares about her patients and takes the time to make sure you're comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. I also want to recognize the wonderful office staff, who went above and beyond to rearrange appointments so everything fit into my busy schedule. Negative experience: Any dentist or office that motivates you ($ off, deals etc) to write 5 star reviews shouldn't be trusted. This is one of them. They also will find cavities to fill that don't actually exist. Happened to me and my husband. He hadnt had a cavity his entire life, went there and they said he had 6. He was shocked. FIVE YEARS later he went back to his original dentist (sussex family dental) for a cleaning and check-up, guess how many cavities? None. Now, how could they disappear in 5 years? They shouldve worsened. Nope. Avoid this place. With that said, she does fine work. Just isnt honest.

I even needed a crown adjustment and Dr. Vezzetti was more than happy to do it same day. I have been a long time patient and will continue to be one. My 9 year old even said today how much she loves going to the dentist. All because of the kind, personal care we receive.

Fantastic experience: Robin is such a warm and welcoming presence when you walk in, and she always greets you with a smile. My hygienist, Chloe, is fantastic. She is gentle, thorough, and so thoughtful with her care. The office is bright, calm, and clean, and their comfort menu and amenities are such a nice touch and make it very comfortable for anyone who gets a bit nervous about dental visits or has sensitivities. Dr. Mary and Sam are a great team. They are both kind, patient, and always willing to explain everything thoroughly. They make each visit feel easy and actually enjoyable.

Upon contacting Vezzetti Family Dental Care the following Monday I was scheduled for an appointment that day with Dr. Zach. He quickly fixed my tooth and it looks as good as new. Fantastic experience: This was my first time at Vezzetti Family Dental. They were happy to see me and welcomed me warmly. This office is full of positive people. I appreciated how happy everyone seemed to be doing their jobs. I’m a challenge to dental professionals because my gag reflex is quickly activated, and my mouth is tiny. I explained the situation, and they were happy to help with many options. This appointment was the most effortless dental appointment I have ever attended. I’m 52 years old; that is saying a lot. The dental hygienist used a water scaler to clean my plaque & tartar buildup. It was a completely painless experience, which was a pleasant surprise. I’m still amazed at how great my mouth feels. The dental hygienist was super friendly and very helpful. She gave me several suggestions to help me answer some questions I had raised. If you are looking for a dentist's office you can feel comfortable in and know they listen to you; I strongly suggest Vezzetti Family Dental.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mary and her staff are top notch all the way around! I am very picky with my dentist and Dr. Mary and her staff are friendly, thorough, gentle, skilled, caring and compassionate. Always explains everything completely, the whys and hows and the cost involved. Her work is meticulously performed in a timely manor, which is of the utmost importance to me since I do not take any numbing agents! She has done 3 crowns for me without hardly any pain, yes, it is uncomfortable, but she is so kind and understanding, always concerned for my comfort. I cannot say enough about how great she and her staff are!

Negative experience: I would avoid this dentist office at all costs. Had my first and last cleaning there in April. Was told I had 3-4 cavities that needed filling and 3-4 watching areas for potential cavities. This seemed very off to me. My cleaning 6 months before was done by the actual dentist at my previous office (only switched to Vezzetti due to insurance change) and I had no cavities and no watching areas. I have actually only ever had 1 cavity in my 43 years of life. Took my Vezzetti office xrays and exam notes back to previous dentist for a full exam and guess what?! No cavities. Not sure if this is out right fraud or just incompetence...but I saved myself at least $1000 and ruining my perfectly healthy teeth. AVOID

RE: Dr. Mary the putting off of the appointment with Dr. Burke was not just me putting things off, but due to having up to 5 procedures & surgeries in 2018 & 2019. In 2020 I was advised not to have any procedures or surgeries for 24 months, as my body was experiencing too much stress. In 2020, I was experiencing such bad intestinal problems that it controlled by ability to leave the house. This continued through 2021 & occasionally in 2022. I could not leave the house for more than 1 to 2 hours without embarrassing consequences. I would have to refrain from food for the previous 36 to 48 hours if I had a dr. appointment that would last > 2 hours with travel time. With the number of appointments, I have had to cancel over the past 4 years due to my problems, it has been difficult to maintain my required appointments as a post cancer survivor. April 2022 was the first month in which I did not have any "episodes". I was diagnosed recently with GERD & IBS. It took my GI & medial team 4 to diagnose me. After 4 years I am following a FODMAP diet, with success.

Fantastic experience: Just the greatest place!! Gabby the assistant was amazing! She explained all the procedures. Including the New state of the art CT system that Scans the teeth and Jaw areas with minimal radiation and awesome picture quality! Mindy The Hygienist was very good and super friendly with the right amount of information about the new suction system!! technology that took my job away!! I used to work the suction wand for myself. My Dentist Mary Murphy-Vezzetti was just amazing and compassionate with myself as she is with her staff. It's really a great place not to forget the smiling faces of the receptionist as that position is the center hub of the entire facility! Thanks to Stephanie for calling me and letting me know about the Veterans day Dentistry program Mary puts on. Veterans have medical care through the VA but no dental and people like Mary Vezzitti and her staff make Veterans really appreciated and not forgotten! Thanks for the greatest Dental experience one can ask for. 5⭐'s all day!! 10/12/2023 This is such an amazing place to have dental work done. My cleaning was done by Brianna and she was absolutely percent awesome! Doctor Mary was also the best as always she went above and beyond to take care of me today. Fantastic experience: This was the most beautiful dentist office I have ever been in. The hygenists were so kind to my 3 year old. They were totally prepared to work with children. My cleaning and exam was the most comprehensive I have ever had. I was totally impressed.

Negative experience: We are very disappointed in this dental office. As parents, we are participants in healthcare decisions for our children, but when we opted not to get panoramic X-rays that studies have shown are not needed as a part of routine diagnostic care and that insurance does not cover, they refused to see my children for scheduled cleanings that we had already arrived for. Unacceptable.

From the moment I stepped foot in the office, I was greeted, welcomed and treated with care while still moving with a sense of urgency. More importantly, during the actual appointment, everything was explained to me to make sure I understood everything that was going on and necessary information for future dental care. She wasn’t too aggressive and really got to know me as a patient. Dr. Zach was equally as friendly and spent a good amount of time with me. Everyone was also very knowledgeable and no one ever made me feel rushed when I was asking questions. Overall a really great experience and I will definitely be going back!
