Fantastic experience: Saw Dr. Al-Bitar for an old implant of 20 years. It has been giving me problems . I finally was able to remove it and prepped the socket for a new implant. The team has been beyond professional and caring starting with, Katie the front desk with excellent customer service and welcoming smile to Teresa, Dr. Al-Bitar’s assistant with a happy cheerful welcome and reminding me of what to care for the wound in the next few days. Dr. Al-Bitar has such an amazing caring bedside manners. Kept me informed on the steps. Asking if I was okay all the time. He has such competent soft hands despite my apprehension, the procedure went very smoothly and pain free. He has such a commanding calming effect that puts his patients at ease. I received a phone a call from Dr. Al-Bitar few hours later to check on how I was feeling. And all was super smooth . Next day no pain but have to still baby the area. Can’t wait till I am ready for the new implant and have a molar again . With gratitude always ! Negative experience: Hygienist didn’t inform me that I will have to pay out of pocket for the antibiotic for my tooth. Went to front desk and caught me by surprise I have to pay for the shot. Was told your insurance won’t pay but aren’t they suppose to let the customer know before they do the service?

Fantastic experience: Only had one semi small surgery and three follow ups but I gotta say these people are so…well they obviously know what they are doing but they are so *nice*. From the desk person to the assistant to the doctor (sorry if I’m getting these job titles wrong). Everyone. Before the surgery the doctor/dentist explained in such clarity what he was gonna do it put me right at ease.

Fantastic experience: Christmas came early this year, as I was gifted with Michele’s health care skills at my appointment. Dental appointments don’t bother me, but her motherly virtues make any patient feel comfortable. Most importantly, Michele’s chair-side manners made me feel as if she was treating me like family!

Positive experience: First of all the doctor and his assistant was phenomenal. A few things to improve. Chad initially called me and told me that I could do the consult and the procedure in one day. I had a conflicting appointment so I did not take this option. I was able to rearrange my schedule so I called back and the girl that answered the phone said that was not an option so I left a message for Chad. I was told that I would be sent registration information before the appointment. Had not received it until I got home from the appointment. When I had my previous surgery with Dr. S. Paperwork was delivered to me in a folder not a big deal, but for someone organized it is. Payment options. In the past, Dr. S had a much more flexible payment option.FYI. When I picked up my prescription at the pharmacy after my procedure. The directions on one of my prescriptions was to take two pill pills before the procedure. In the past, Dr. S had me pick up the prescription prior and follow the recommend recommended directions. Everything went well just a few background things need to be organized.

Fantastic experience: At my last appointment I was chatting with Katie. I was scared for my appointment because my husband told me about the hygienist he had. Didn’t like her and she was rough. Anyway I had a pleasant appt. Shared some personal info with Katie and cried like a baby….Katie was so comforting.

Fantastic experience: Had my first gum graft surgery yesterday and it went very well. Only took about an hour. Dr. Garcia is very nice and easy to talk to as well as knowledgeable and make the procedure very easy to understand. He and his assistant Winona worked well together and she was helpful in explaining the process and what to do and expect once I got home. I haven’t had any pain since I got home. Just mild tenderness in the gum area and minimal bleeding. No swelling either. I would definitely recommend them for any procedure you would need to have done.

Fantastic experience: Couldn't have had a better tooth extration/implant prep. No pain, bleeding or any other complications

Positive experience: The surgery went very well. Both the doctor and assistant were very informative and caring before, during and after procedure. I was not happy about one thing. I had to use the antibiotic prescription early because my abcess had moved to my sinuses. I asked if I could get another prescription to fill before my surgery. They said no, you will get it at surgery appointment. That did not make sense to me. They called in prescription to Walgreens during my surgery. The office assured me it would be ready. I was on my own and not feeling the greatest when I left the surgery. Went to Walgreens drive thru. Had to wait in car line. When my turn came, I gave them a note I wrote that said I can’t talk but am here for antibiotic prescription. They said it was not ready and I should come back. At this point, not feeling well, I shook my head no. I then spoke and told them about the office calling it in. I had to wait again for a long time. They filled it and then the pharmacist gave me a lecture saying that even though they called it in, they were busy. She would fill it this time but not in the future. My experience would have been five stars if the office would have given me the 2nd prescription to fill ahead of time so I could have gone right home.

The building and their experience there is intimidating, but they make you feel at home and every, single person I came into contact with made me feel very normal and very blessed regardless of the insecurities I have held onto. Dr Al-Bitar is kind beyond words. Not only is he kind but he can explain things that you have to go through in a way that makes sense whether you’re familiar or not. I asked where I could go with questions and their office and the Dr told me I could email. If the answer was a bit more complicated they said they would call me back directly. When you find yourself in pain, overwhelmed, and not sure where to turn- I suggest you get a consult and hear them out. They care about people from the moment you walk in until You walk out of the doors. It’s a very rare quality where humanity precedes profit nowadays. If you’re struggling… try- talk to them. You have nothing to lose I highly recommend them and I will refer others
