Fantastic experience: No waiting Quality staff. Easy to understand what needs to be done for a problem tooth. Easy scheduling next appointment to extract the problem tooth.

Fantastic experience: Love my hygienist and dentist here! Always professional, always listen and take time to educate and answer all my questions or concerns. I'm not always the best at flossing but they have a matter of fact way to state it's benefit without lecturing me (that is part of the reason I left my last clinic).This clinic isn't as convenient to our new home but well worth the drive time to stay with them!

Negative experience: Why the big turnover in hygienists? One of the new hygienists told me she is just filling in. She couldn't tell me who my next appointment would be with. The camera for xrays was down. So no xrays. The dentist was busy and I couldn't wait for an exam after cleaning. Not impressed with this location.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I both see Dr. Feeney. Hands down the best dentist we have had! Very meticulous with his work and does a great job with explaining details in terms that are understandable. Dr. Feeney, by far is a skilled dentist but also has great communication skills with patients and his staff. That is a great thing to see and experience as a patient.

Negative experience: This last cleaning I received on June 29th was a disaster. I never got the tech name but she knows who I am talking about. She was very unprofessional. Ripping and scraping my teeth like I was an animal. She must of had a problem in her life, so she took her frustration’s on me.

Positive experience: Staff is very nice and easy to get along with. They take great care for their patients. Corporate pricing is sadly taking over. Had sealants done, 2026 price jumped by $30 a tooth. From $50 to $80 is quite ridiculous.

Overwhelming majority of the staff has been working here since I’ve become a patient - I really appreciate the incredibly low staff turnover. And they’re all seriously so nice! My cleanings have always been thorough and painless. Pricing has always been very straightforward. They have also been incredibly accommodating for emergency services. When I chipped my tooth (evening hours) they were able to squeeze me in the very next morning. Highly recommend!

My appointment for an extraction was by no means pleasant, but I made it through. I've been keeping my appointments ever since, and hopefully this will help me stay out of dental trouble. Even my cleanings (which I normally dread due to tooth sensitivity), are pain free. I definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Late last week I started suffering with some upper left side molar / gum pain. I thought I had an infection. On Monday, I called Forward Dental to inquire when I could get in to have the doctor take a look. To my surprise, I was invited to come in asap, so I did! After X-rays were taken Dr. Chris Visaya shared the results that I had broken off a part of my back molar so it needed to be repaired. He then gave me the choice to fix it right then or come back when convenient to me. I chose to have it repaired right away. After 30 more minutes of expert dental work I felt great - no pain, and a fixed tooth! I needed some ibuprofen to prevent inflammation but by the next day, I have no pain, no swelling, and a perfect restoration! Amazing work, amazing service from Dr. Visaya, Ashlyn and the entire welcoming staff at Forward Dental Delafield! Thank you, thank you!
