Only disappointment is they found out they overcharged me 51.00 at the last cleaning 6 plus months ago and never told me until this visit that I had 51.00 they owed me. To top it off it will take 4-6 more weeks to get it.

Negative experience: NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!! After retirement, I needed to find a dentist within the network of my new dental insurance, as my previous dentist was not a part of its network. I went in for a routine cleaning here at Dental Care of Menomonee Falls. The hygienist was gentle and kind as was the entire staff. However red flags popped up constantly during the visit. She used gadgets that I had never experienced before, one that she couldn’t even tell me what it was and the other was apparently AI. After she finished with the cleaning, the doctor came in and did her exam. Then came the REALLY big red flags…they told me that I needed several crowns and that their AI showed decay in places that I highly doubted (my last exam was 6 months prior with my previous dentist that I was with for many years and the “decay” wasn’t on any teeth that were being monitored by him). Even though they (this dentist) said an upper tooth was fractured, they wanted to start on the tooth below it. I knew that the upper tooth had a large old filling because it had been on my previous dentist’s watch list for years. Then came the push for me to set up appointments for all this work and they continued to push me after I left their office by calling and emailing. I was never going to allow them to do any work on me. I need to trust my dentist and as nice as their staff was, I had zero trust in them. What I never told them was that I used to be a dental assistant, so I wasn’t stupid about dentistry and I am very conscious of my oral health. Fast forward 1-1/2 years (husband got cancer and I didn’t have time for my own health) when taking one of my grandsons to the dentist (my previous dentist of 25 years in Grafton), I saw that they have a financial program for people without insurance and decided to set up an appointment. They got me in for a cleaning 2 days later. That upper tooth that they had been watching for years was now ready for a crown (which I knew as it bothers me when I eat sweets), but it is NOT fractured as the dentist at this place claimed and I have NO decay anywhere, as this dentist claimed. And my old dentist in Grafton that I’m now back with can prep my tooth for the crown and make it in his office (using a 3D printer) and set it in place in about 2 hours. No having to wait for a lab to make it, then come back 2 weeks later. I’m so happy to be back “home” with the best dentist in the state! AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! They are corporate owned and are only concerned with lining their pockets at your expense!

Fantastic experience: Everyone is friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The dentist sits down to explain everything clearly and has a great bedside manner. The office was clean, organized, and ran on time. Highly recommend!!!

Negative experience: This clinic makes you pay the date of service for your procedures even if you have insurance. They come up with an estimate that doesn't always align with insurance and then you are waiting on refunds or have to pay more. I prefer traditional billing where you get a bill in the mail and pay for your procedures after insurance has paid. I felt the hygenist and Munir are aggressive wanting you to have all these procedures done as a new patient. They only offer expensive fillings, which most insurances do not cover. My last clinic offered both kinds and now my new clinic does too. I was a patient for 3 months and left the clinic due to billing issues and their aggressive suggestions for treatments.

Fantastic experience: All I can say is Wow, I broke a front tooth on Saturday, called on Monday, got in Monday morning, received an unexpected cleaning, and repaired the chip front tooth, all with a very professional team from start to finish. Again all I can say is Wow. What a team

Fantastic experience: Dr Munir put my permanent crown on after my root canal yesterday, I was concerned that it would cause more pain to my already sore cheek… so I was going to reschedule. She said it would only take 5 minutes, I said yea right.. SURE ENOUGH it was quick and painless! I was in an out in 19 minutes total! I have had cleanings here in the past and always had five star service. The techs are wonderful and have great people skills. THANK YOU!!!

They explain to you all your treatment options, and give you an estimate before you decide what to do. Very happy with the treatment I got today. I would recommend this Dentist facility to Everybody. Fantastic experience: I went in for a chipped tooth, and ended up having to get it extracted. Along with the building and equipment seeming very new, everybody there was so nice. I scheduled an appointment for my next cleaning there, as the kind atmosphere during a very scary procedure, made me not so terrified to come back again!

Fantastic experience: They are pleasant and professional however my pain was not alleviated and my face is now swollen, as well I was given a prescription, that was incomplete. To date I haven't received the medication Elizabeth is an exceptional employee and does an awesome job. I'm going back Monday to continue the procedure. My pain has dissipated.

Positive experience: Cleaning was fine not the best. They do take time to begin, was there for 1.5 hrs just for cleaning service. . Also i didn’t appreciate them not informing me about the cost of extra service during appointment. At reception I got to know about the pending payment. But I do appreciate them sharing some advice on keeping teeth healthy.

Negative experience: Every single time I bring my family to this clinic, we end up with a bill in the mail a month later, even though it is a routine 6mo dental cleaning, covered 100% by my insurance. They are so disorganized, I even paid the bill (fluoride fee) and later the insurance told me that it was a covered benefit! I called billing and Aubrey couldn’t figure out why I was charged, nor did she call me back or refund me. They will do Xrays prematurely if you dont stop them and you will get billed so make sure that before you walk to the back that you have the worker at the front desk check your insurance told see if you’re really due for imaging. My daughter went in and as she was called to the back, the lady said she would be doing xrays. I asked if she was due bc I dont want any surprise bills, and she assured my daughter was due. They went back and I had the front desk lady check and sure enough, she isn't due for imaging again until the fall! We stopped the worker asap. All in all, I cancelled appointments for my family and we are going elsewhere. I have never dealt with this from any other clinic! They dont know what’s going on. Also I was a bit surprised a dental clinic has coffee machines in the lobby since ppl are there for dental procedures. Staff is friendly so thats why I gave 2 stars.

Negative experience: Went for a cleaning, found out after that it was an initial appointment and not a cleaning but was never told. We're very rude to me, mad me feel horrible and have a panic attack because they made up a bunch of root canals and treatments. Acted like I was disgusting and diseased. Also was having severe pain with my wisdom teeth and they told me to see a neurologist and the EMERGENCY was a root canal on a tooth that doesn't hurt or look bad. Went somewhere else and none of that was real. Nothing they said held up to a second opinion. Got them removed a couple weeks later AS AN EMERGENCY and now I don't have any migraines. If I would have listened to them I would still have migraines, pain in my jaw, and add on a root conal and crown for nothing. I hope no one else is having that same experience because the level of mistreatment towards me as an individual and lies about treatment was almost abusive.

Negative experience: The office staff was nice and gracious, however: I did not like the fact I was told I couldn't be in the room during x-rays. During the 2nd time the I wasn't allowed, but I was allowed the 1st time during this visit. The second hygienist stated because my child is over 6 (which is not a WI state law). I accepted it, but asked to be brought in after the X-Rays. Why do X-rays need to be done by two hygienists? I asked to be brought in after the cleaning. The next update (after asking) I got is while the dentist was reviewing her x-rays (which is done after cleaning). In addition, they had workers doing maintenence or repairs that left a knife in the middle of the hallway. I was more concerned about the staff being injured walking in that area. Also, I loved the fact an employee's mom came in, and didn't have to fill out forms. The mom even asked why she didn't have to fill out forms. This was my minor child's 2nd visit, and we're not impressed.

Fantastic experience: After not having the courage to get dental care for a decade due to high anxiety...every staff member I worked with was so kind and accommodating. Bedside manner was incredible, and I always felt seen and heard. Staff was very mindful of my anxiety and took the time to explain everything to me before they did it and why it was important for my care and maintenance. Shoutout to Dr. Munir!! She had such a positive attitude and I never once felt judged. She has a wonderful sense of empathy, and it really changed how I view dental appointments! Thank you for such a positive experience! :)

They have the most modern tools and techniques. They really care about your comfort and the work I've had done is impeccable. At 57, with 4 children, I've had a LOT of dental experiences with my self and kids, this is BY FAR the best in my lifetime. Your in good hands here.

Negative experience: Avoid this place even if it’s free. Crown done there and it fell off 3 times. Then on top of that every time I asked if I owe something on the way out. They said no. Fast forward couple month later I get a dept collection company calling me for $243. Called back the office to ask why I was never asked to pay that then I would’ve paid it. All they said was sorry. So disorganized

Fantastic experience: Got me in short notice, the positive attitudes and ability to come up with a course of action that was not only fast but cost effective was absolutely amazing. I would and have recommended them to anyone with dental needs.

Negative experience: My son needed a permanent filling completed after a simple root canal. He got to his appointment, sat him in a chair, and handed him a payment/pricing sheet about crowns. I was told he would be getting a crown today for $1000. I told them after my son called me, that he does not need a crown. I was argued with that he did indeed need a crown. I was told the wrong teeth during that discussion and then was told that oh, he does only need the filling. I'm very disappointed in this practice and will be withdrawing our family from your care.

Negative experience: Hi Dental Care of Menomonee Falls, Today was my first appointment and services did not meet my expectations. I was not informed today would only be viewing my teeth, I scheduled an appt to have my teeth cleaned.

Liz and Aubrey (Front Desk ladies) do a great job of scheduling and promoting products in house. Shout out to Simone and Quita (DAs). When I say they are the "ying" to doc's "yang," I'm not even joking. They both do a phenomenal job assisting. They literally know what she is going to ask for before she asks for it!
