Fantastic experience: This place is amazing… After having to take chemotherapy 6 rounds of full body radiation and having a bone marrow transplant I beat cancer but my teeth start breaking and everything else that ruin teeth. I came here and Dr.T and his staff was amazing. He helped me out so much they are affordable and will let you do a payment plan. What I appreciate the most you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. I have more work to be done but I feel better knowing my care is in this wonderful team hands…. Btw the lady at the front desk I think her name in Mindy is so kind. You can tell she love her job

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit with ForwardDental at Brown Deer, appointment was fast and the welcoming of the staff was impressive. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed even during my extraction I was a little nervous but the dentist and his team made it easier, painless and made sure I was okay before allowing me to leave. Overall their services are excellent.

Fantastic experience: I always love coming here. Everyone is so nice and makes me feel so very cared for! I had a team that did a wonderful cleaning and quickly uncovered a problem with a tooth. Dr. T. is a very talented and fantastic dentist. I was able to get in very quickly to have it addressed. So fast and so easy, no pain! I truly appreciate everyone here. I highly recommend this dental office and team. They are wonderful.

Fantastic experience: Very busy office, took a month to get an appointment, but treatment was thorough with up to date equipment and procedures. Staff was welcoming, and the hygienist was careful to explain whatever was coming next. Got a quick referral and appointment to an endodontist, followed by return appointment. Clean and bright office. Overall a pleasant experience.

Negative experience: Staff has changed since last visit. Dentist is fine but support staff could be more accommodating to person in a wheelchair. I have been trying to contact someone in the office to forward information to an oral surgeon. Despite more than 20 calls in the past month, I have only reached the answering service. The answering service people have been sympathetic and have emailed the office in capital letters to try to get their attention. Still no reply. I don’t want to start over and pay for X-rays again because I can’t get the information.

Fantastic experience: Jorri is wonderful. She explains problems that are happening with my mouth and so helpful. If you are a wise business you will not ever let her go. She is a large asset to your office. The girls at the front desk always make me feel welcomed.

Negative experience: Didn't care for my experience with this place at all!!! The website says you can call for a price quote. I called and had to book an appointment to supposedly receive the pricing, so I did. After doing so I received multiple text messages about my appointment but no pricing call as promised. When I responded to the text whoever was on the receiving end proceeded to respond very rudely to the point I canceled my appointment. Guess when you don't have insurance they treat you different because they know they can't get much money from you.

Positive experience: Great staff but the billing department has issues. Had several issues regarding bill. Prior to service was told it would be certain cost but ended up receiving bill over 500. That's with three insurances. Yes it was in network! Not sure if I'll go back because of this!

Negative experience: Dr. Tollerud was unprofessional and incompetent. After filing down my two back molars which caused my entire bite to immediately shift, he proceeded to shave most of my other teeth in an attempt to fix this mistake. This led to severe pain, permanent sensitivity, gaps between the top and bottom rows of my teeth, and a worsening malocclusion. To top it off, he ignored my complaints and concerns all along. Front desk staff was practically unreachable and became hostile when I tried to request my dental records. I'm now spending thousands trying to fix all the damage that was done. Avoid this place at all costs.

The receptionist, Mindy, and the young lady Lillian, who helped were focused on me and asking me if I had questions or any concerns. Great customer service. When I was getting ready to leave the manager also came out and checked to make sure everything was OK. You could see that they all cared.

Fantastic experience: I was thrilled to get an appointment quickly. When I entered everything was very friendly and efficient. But, the most outstanding was what I observed. A man came in looking for service, but this ForwardDental Brown Deer office did not offer what the gentleman needed. He was elderly and without asking, the front desk person called around to find an office that met his needs. Then she gave the gentleman all the information he needed: locations, addresses, and phone numbers! She was so helpful to this gentleman who would not be served by her office. My cleaning was so excellent and my hygenist was able to describe the condition of my bones, gums, and teeth. She was very professional and I wondered why she was not becoming a dentist, but she loves helping people! I was looking for a great feel good dentist and I this is the place!

Negative experience: This goes back to Feb of 2024. I received a deep cleaning from them about 2 or 3 years before this visit. Every cleaning after that was a "pariadontel cleaning" so they charged me outta pocket. (W my dental insurance I have a free exray and 2 free cleanings a year) The dentist that was there retired and he was very honest and would not try to talk me into un needed treatment. The new dentist convinced me I had cavities that needed filled after a few visits. I walked out in the middle of the treatment when they were half way done leaving one side of my mouth incomplete. Went to a new dentist and they confirm that the side that I left unworked on does not have cavites or need fillings. A very long time after this appointment I was mailed a check for a substantial amount like they had made mistakes and were overcharging me. The new dentist got very rude with me and let me walk out in the middle of my appointment with another new fear of not wanting to go back to the dentist. Don't let this terrible place ruin your mouths future. Cuz I almost did. Honestly is for sure not there and the billing is terrible too.

I can now report without any prejudice that I am pleased with the services I have received and the definite professional growth of the Dentist. The office staff and hygienists' continue to be top tier! I'm glad I can finally feel comfortable adding the actual Dentist to that list! It was never about his technical skills, all in presentation! Negative experience: Dr Tolurud is a good dentist , however definitely do not use this office. Six months ago they refused to provide care unless I paid a $138 co-pay, despite me providing paperwork showing that my dental plan had no co-pay. I have been told that they see that I was overcharged. But they have never refunded my payment. I have made at least 20 calls to the office. I have been promised call backs and reimbursement multiple times and nothing ever happens.
