Fantastic experience: I had an orthodontic consult today - Dr Gildner was wonderful. He came highly recommended by a speech pathologist and I can see why. He is very friendly, honest and made sure he answered all my questions and that I understood my situation completely. He referred me on to the best of his abilities for the segment that does not involve him. He went out of his way to get more test results from my physician so he has the full picture. Definitely would recommend.

Negative experience: Unable to get appointment here. Scheduler I continue to get one phone seems incapable. Husband able to get dental cleaning and even filling (two appointments) several months ago. The scheduler I get on the phone seems unable to use the computer.

Dr O is who everyone wishes they had as their dentist but will only get unless you contact East Towne Dental Associates. Also the check in and out desk folks are two things; shockingly knowledgeable and just as nice and literate Before you leave the office you receive a written and itemized plan of action including post insurance coverage and therefore your share, all before the work begins. Dr O is concerned about options vs price, that's options in your favor. The professionalism in this office is beyond compare, you will not be disappointed!

Daughter has asthma and after the expansion of her mouth to the correct width, she has more than a straw size that she is breathing through and thriving with her health and in school and sports!! My family and I have been seeing him for the past 20 years, and at every visit he takes plenty of time to review our dental health and answer all our questions. About 10 years ago, he even saved one of my son’s teeth after it was knocked out by our big golden retriever. Dr. Jerry met us at his office at 10 PM to treat the injury—and he saved the tooth. We couldn’t love or appreciate a dentist more than we do Dr. Jerry. The hygienists are wonderful and very friendly as well—Tracy is amazing. East Town Dental is definitely a 5-star dental clinic.

He’s a very personable doctor and it is very apparent that he loves what he does. Dr. Julie is also great! She educated me on Botox for my TMJ which ended up being the relief I needed. The patient care coordinators are upfront with dental work that is needed as well as providing good estimates on services. Oh, and they always have good music playing overhead to distract me from the fact that people are digging in my mouth Do yourself a favor and become a patient at this practice!

Dr Jerry Gildner’s orthodontic outcomes are as good, if not better, than any orthodontist I have seen.
