Fantastic experience: I came here after some dental trauma from my previous dentist. The staff here have been so kind and respectful though my whole journey. I really enjoyed while in the first stage of getting my crown, I was feeling a bit cold, and one of the staff members grabbed me a warm blanket! They are very clear in explaining what work needs to be done and why it has to be prioritized. I really appreciate the clear communication about pricing as well.

Negative experience: "EDIT" Not very happy they completely changed their name and dentist and said absolutely nothing, I show up to a appointment and new people there and they could not even acknowledge they are under a different name or ownership untill i get a dental plan with a different name on it, Then they charge me $50 because I canceled the appointment because I was swindled thinking I was going to my dentist. The only reason I was going there was for Dr. Krenzke just to find out he does not work there anymore. They really should have handled the whole situation differently and not tried to charge a fee and lie to people. My initial review was for the old fox point not this "Roaring Smiles"......⁶ I can honestly say this is the best dentist I have ever been to hands down! They are very friendly and keep you at ease. I have had many horrible experiences at dentist in the past at just about every place I have been to from injecting numbing agent straight into my bloodstream to nicking other teeth with the drill not being worked on doing a cavity. I was not expecting them to perform the work I made the appointment for today like past dentist have not done, To my surprise they fixed it on the first visit. Overall I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. All the dental assistants here along with Dr. krenzke are very friendly. It is so hard to find a good dentist, I can definitely see this being my permanent dentist from now on.

Fantastic experience: We’ve been coming here for a few years, since moving to the area. We’ve always had good service. It’s been exactly what we need from a dentist. This weekend, I broke a tooth. I was able to reach out and leave a message and got a phone call first thing on Monday morning, and they got me in first thing Monday morning. They were ready for me, took x-rays, looked at everything, and scheduled the crown immediately. I know this is a busy dentist office. I know that that I don’t get to have any expectations of exceptional service. Yet the service is exceptional. This scheduling and customer service team is amazing. Friendly, accommodating, warm, and flexible. Always open to offering whatever fits the schedule best and now I know that that works even in an emergency. The dentist is excellent. The dental assistance that I have worked with are excellent. I have nothing bad to say about this office.

Negative experience: Dental staff are friendly but billing is a nightmare. I ended up paying $200 for a cleaning/xray when my insurance covered it and I just did not want to argue anymore. I will not be going back!

Negative experience: So a girl name Naomi was cleaning my teeth, she unattached my wire. She claimed she didn’t do it but it wasn’t like that to begin with. She goes on to leave me a voicemail stating it isn’t her fault! I thought it was very unprofessional to leave me a message on the voicemail. Her bedside manner isn’t the best at all! I won’t be returning. Thanks but no thanks

Fantastic experience: Terrified of dentist, avoid for years at a time. Officially only the second dentist I will trust in my life and will return to. 1) takes fear seriously, gives nitrous for anxiety with procedures, explains everything, reassures constantly, and checks in. 2) numbing me up doesn’t typically work and he got both sides of my mouth, one shot (For which I felt nothing because his technique was so good). 3) he is not fixing unnecessary things which makes me trust him more. 4) everyone in my friend group sees him and I thought they were lying (to convince my anxious butt to go to the dentist) when they said Dr. Wick is amazing, but they were not. Thanks for fixing my teeth and being so nice Dr. Wick

Fantastic experience: I had a root canal surgery lately which was done by Dr Wick. The process was smooth and I had no pain or complaints after the surgery. The surprising thing was Dr Wick checking on me the next day post operation and that was a real sweet gesture by the doc. I highly recommend to visit Fox Dental Studio for any tooth related issues.

Negative experience: This dental office cancelled my appointment and gave the time slot to someone else three days before the date of the visit. They did not call, just sent a text, which I had not seen due to illness. When I called back and mentioned to the receptionist that it is common practice that an appointment stands unless cancelled by the patient, she replied that it is their policy to cancell an appointment unless it is reconfirmed, which she claims I have seen when I completed new patient forms, which I didn't complete (because my first visit was cancelled). When I told her that I will look for a new dental practice, she responded with a very dignified "OK!"

Negative experience: Watch billing, since the billing person left who did a excellent job. Now the new person messed everything up was at a 0 balance now supposedly I owe over 700. I always pay as I go. Check for unwanted charges. Real sketchy.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit. Was pleasantly surprised! Very welcoming, kind, compassionate, patient, knowledgeable, and professional care. The most thorough consultation, x-rays and cleaning, I’ve ever received at a dental office. They explained everything in an understandable way. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: This place is the puppy mill of dentistry. Each cleaning appointment consists of a pleasant interaction with the hygienist, followed by an awkward 5 minutes with the dentist who briefly looks at your teeth but makes the hygienist recap your conversation rather than just spend the time talking with you personally. Then the appointment confirmation slew of texts. Enough already! Then if you don’t respond they threaten to cancel you and give your time to another billable-being rather than call you and see. I get it, but I adult all the time and keeping appointments isn’t hard, nor is changing them if I can’t make them. The last straw was the threat of cancellation, followed by my confirmation, only to be cancelled an hour before the appointment because apparently “my” hygienist was sick. What, do you only have one person cleaning teeth? So… yeah if you want the Target of dentistry where the clothes look hip but they’re still not anywhere near gucci than be my guest.

Negative experience: Failed to submit the bill to insurance in a timely manner. I had previously asked if everything for both appointments was included in the price I was paying and told yes. Now I am getting a bill for the second appointment.

Negative experience: My kid was just in there to have a wisdom tooth removed. They were very rude to her, especially when she became very nervous. They did nothing to calm her fears and they would not allow her boyfriend to be with her. This is extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend them.oh, and by the way.....my kid just told me that when she said that she was nervous, they stated that she needs sedation, which would be ok, except that the previous route was just over $1000, this quite was now over $3000.... and we have insurance. That is fraud, my friends....I would not go to them. She will be finding another dentist going forward

The staff has been very friendly and answered all of my questions—both in concerns that I had and advice for better dental maintenance in the future. They always made sure that I understand my current dental health and how best to take care of it. Especially for a full-time student who doesn’t have dental insurance, their pricing along with the membership program have made teeth cleaning and exams financial manageable. Overall, I appreciate the attention that the staff has, from Dr Major to Hygienist Cris to receptionist Sabrina. They have always been professional, making sure that any of my concerns are answered and that every visit went as smoothly as possible!

I usually see Dr. Krenzke who is very knowledgeable and professional. I even worked with Dr. Major on a significantly difficult wisdom teeth removal and the whole staff handled my anxiety and fears with so much compassion. Rachel at the front is always very helpful and kind as well. Can not say enough great things about this practice and would recommend them to everyone. Fantastic experience: I am so impressed with this dental facility! First I was kindly greeted by the front desk employee Sabrina, who made my check in process easy and quick. Then I had Najwa as my hygienist and Dr. Haley Hollo (Groelle) as my dentist. Najwa was extremely personable and made my X-ray experience way less intimidating than I have been used to at previous dental facility’s. Dr. Hollo is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and made my cleaning enjoyable. I am honestly looking forward to going back to the dentist again to work with this professional team. Thank you!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Krenzke and his staff were absolutely amazing. I can not thank them enough for giving me my smile back and restoring my confidence. They were so easy to work with and made the whole process as easy as possible. 100% the best.

Negative experience: Look elsewhere if uninsured. Staff was friendly, however they should be more transparent with pricing. I made them aware prior to my appointment that I did not have insurance. I ultimately paid $80 to sit in a chair and be told I need $3500 upfront to remove my wisdom teeth. I just wish I would have gotten a real answer when I asked about pricing on the phone, not “we’re flexible and can talk about it when you get here “. Wasted time and money for nothing.

Fantastic experience: Had a fantastic emergency experience at Fox Point dental after slipping on the ice and hitting my upper lip and teeth. I was able to be seen within a couple hours and their care of and concern for my teeth and mouth was extraordinary! Thank you so much FP dental team!
