Fantastic experience: Great staff and Dentists. Two points: 1. All the staff there are very gentle 2. And this is the more important of the two, Warm water for rinsing (I actually almost fell asleep in the chair.) No lie here. There is no reason to fear an office visit here.

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience at Baggott Dental. I was not a patient of theirs when I broke my tooth but they fit me in the same day to check it out. They were able to save the tooth instead of pulling it. The process was painless and quick. I am so happy with how well the procedure went. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I would recommend Baggott Dental to everyone. It was great to be seen as a person and treated kindly. I have had many bad dental experiences at other places but I am thrilled to have found them and had a great experience. I have found the place I am going to be a patient for a long time.

Fantastic experience: My wife had a very pleasant experience coming into the office as a new patient. The front desk and staff were welcoming, professional, and overall excellent. However, she did have a concern regarding the person who assisted the doctor as there was a noticeable smell of her being under the impression of something which was somewhat distracting. Aside from that concern, the overall experience with the office and staff was great.

Fantastic experience: Professional, friendly & compassionate! The whole team is great!! I went into the office feeling so anxious and embarrassed. They walked me through every step. From the front desk (whom was the best), to the hygienists/techs, to drs...Everyone was fantastic!! Dr Muggli is wonderful!! He made sure I understood everything and answered any and all questions I had. I believe we have a great plan in place to get my smile back to healthy and beautiful. Finally not feeling defeated about my teeth and smile. Thank you so much!!

Fantastic experience: My hygienist is very efficient. She cleans my teeth, spends the amount of time she needs to and we’re done usually in about 20 minutes. Couldn’t ask for a shorter visit.

Fantastic experience: long time patient of both father and son at their clean and safe clinic. they are always straightforward (yet courteous) and provide a high-quality service their patients. just went in for a replacement TMJ mouthguard fitting and they are happy to work with you until the right solution is found. also, had crowns done here and the elder dr. baggott had a keen attention to detail - even sending back a crown that needed rework to fit my teeth. they are also super friendly!

What impressed me most was how accurate the diagnosis was after I had been confused and worried for a while. Dr. Baggott explained what was going on in a way I could understand, went over the options, and was honest about what they could treat directly and what would be better handled by a specialist. Because of this, I finally felt like there was a clear plan instead of guesswork. Dr. Baggott didn’t just hand me referrals and send me on my way; they directed me to the right specialists and made sure my care was coordinated from start to finish. Each specialist already had the background information and imaging, which made every visit smoother and more efficient. I also want to praise the entire office staff and assistants, specially Julie who was prompt in responding to my messages and providing instructions over phone without hesitation. My cleaning went smooth and the hygienist was very attentive about stopping more frequently due to my gag reflex. I didn't need a long consultation with the dentist this time. So I was in and out quickly. I would highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr. Baggett for 10 years. I have so much confidence in dealing with him as my Dentist. He always has good recommendations when you need to have any dental work done. He lets the patient decide and does not push his views on you. His work is always exemplary. The other thing is you always feel very welcome at his office and the receptionist, Julie is always so friendly though I always hated to go to the dentist. This has kind of changed my mind.

Julie the receptionist was instrumental in helping me with my insurance issues. She also was awesome. Dont think twice when choosing dental care!

Fantastic experience: I was previously going to a group dental practice where I saw a different dentist each visit. Each visit, they recommended expensive crowns and fixing "shallow" fillings. I always left feeling upset. Dr. Baggot takes a careful watch approach to dentistry and makes me feel good about my teeth. Everyone in his office is great.

Fantastic experience: The receptionist is very organized and always addresses you by name. Of course I think the dentists are great, but I can't give a high enough rating for my hygienist. Michaela is my hygienist. As many times as I have been to the dentist in my 66 years of life, I have never had a hygienist quite like her. She is very professional, kind, thorough, teaches as she works, and makes you feel like you are truly in a partnership working to keep your teeth and mouth healthy. Love the place!!!!!!

Positive experience: My hygienist was fantastic (Gina). Very pleasant and thorough. I only gave them 4 stars because their dental gift bag had some unknown toothbrush that was a size for a child. I’ve known Dr. Baggot Sr. For decades and he always had an adult Oral B tooth with his name inscribed, and gave you a full size dental floss. I hope Dr. Tim will follow.

Fantastic experience: My husband & I switched to Baggott Dental because our last dental office was terrible... we felt rushed, they always canceled appointments, too costly. We came to our first dental appointment and were highly impressed with this office. My husband does not like going to the dentist, but he raved about them after his appointment. They were very friendly, polite, and took their time to explain everything. We didn't feel like we were just a number in their chair. Would highly recommend this dental office!

I never leave with unanswered questions, because they always take the time to explain everything to me in detail. I'll admit, I'm usually afraid of the dentist, but not here. They are very understanding and care about my experience. Gina is amazing. A beautiful person inside and out. She cares about her patients/clients and I feel super comfortable with her working on my teeth. Dr Baggott is a very nice man and I trust him completely. If you're looking for a new place, I highly suggest this awesome team.

Negative experience: I was not impressed with the focus of the staff. Employees should be focused on the task in front of them, not on a missing package while a patients cheek is being yanked. Service was much better in the past.
