The front office was so helpful, sweet, and thorough over phone. The office is lovely with great vibes and high tech equipment, the X-rays are usually my least fav at any dental offices but this one was so nice and easy. The team there were so sweet, patient, and helpful. I Really appreciate the amazing customer service and how everything was explained so clearly. I was so nervous going in but everyone made me feel comfortable with the process and procedure. Elizabeth and Dr. Sarraf were so helpful and awesome. Fantastic experience: Soooo happy I was referred to Dr Carlson and his AMAZING staff. My son was actually in Switzerland when he had extreme pain in his jaw I had to go to an emergency dentist over there and obviously I was freaking out because I couldn’t be with him so I sent the x-rays over to Dr. Carlson and staff. They reviewed them immediately and got him in the day after he arrived home for a consultation. Surgery is scheduled. They were extremely quick which I was in need of, kind, compassionate and affordable.

Fantastic experience: Dr Carlson and his staff took amazing care of my 90 year old Dad today. My Dad has Alzeihmer’s disease and several teeth and implants that are failing. They were able to identify and remove the ones that have been causing him pain and headaches. What a blessing to me to see such warm and caring professionals care for my Dad today!

Positive experience: My surgery went really well being I got three wisdom teeth pulled . Only complaint I have is that there was no pain meds prescribed for the pain so dealing with it on my own and it’s not a good feeling, other than that was good visit

Fantastic experience: 2 teeth pulled and 24 months later all good. No dry socket and no pain in the actual extraction. Fear but no pain. Implant posts still good and crowns finished it off with much success. Can chew steak and nuts. Going back to him for a 3rd implant. That should say it all. Going back. I hate dental stuff so this doc makes it very manageable. Knows his stuff.

I was extremely anxious about my implant procedure, and they immediately put me at ease. They listened carefully to my concerns and, because they could see how nervous I was, they offered me nitrous oxide ("laughing gas"), which made such a difference. Their kindness, patience, and compassion helped me feel calm and comfortable throughout the procedure. I highly recommend them for any oral surgery procedure. Soko then assisted and prepped my son for his oral surgery. Dr. Amin Sarraf then informed us my son and procedure went well and was done before we knew it. Soko was kind and informative during time of discharge. Whole visit was smooth and we were very satisfied. Top it off Dr. Sarraf gave us a follow up phone call to check on how my son was recovering. We are thankful we were referred to a dental office with a pleasant and clean surrounding, kind and professional team. Would definitely recommend!

I called the office to make sure they received the registration and the photos of my insurance cards. They did. At my consultation visit everyone was pleasant and easy to work with. I feel like I am in good hands. I since then have had surgery. All went amazingly well! I have waited 3 months and will now have a post implanted for a new tooth in 4 months. I have no worries because I feel very certain all will go well. I received my final okay to bring all the parts I need to my dentist. DR Carlson and his staff are all very thorough and gracious. Me and my daughter felt confident that we were in the very good hands. Both locations are very clean, neat and calm. The chair was positioned in a certain angle so that I could talk to the doctor face to face nicely. Monitors in each room display pleasant flower pictures, instead of cold black screen. The scent of hand soap is refreshing… The whole environment is calming and pleasant. Details matter! We strongly recommend Pacific Oral Surgery!

Fantastic experience: I had a very short window of when I could have my wisdom tooth removed and they were able to get me in for a consultation 2 hours after I saw my dentist and learned I needed surgery. And then my tooth was removed with no issues two days later. Very swift and efficient!

Fantastic experience: I could not ask for a better experience from the front desk people( especially) Marcy to the nurses( Nicole) and Dr. Jacobs- extremely knowledgeable, experienced- very caring-making sure to prepare me for each step to ensure I didn’t have any pain I had one wisdom tooth out first. We thought my tooth in front could be saved-but the cavity in the root area was too big. I had to come back to remove the tooth in front of wisdom tooth weeks later! They explain everything that's going on as they're doing it. Dr. Amin Sarraf did both of our procedures and he made it so easy. The assistants were friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful. They work with your insurance if necessary, and their charges are more than reasonable. It was as pleasant an experience as possible under the circumstances.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff. Dr. Jacob’s took his time and made an effort to connect with my 9 year old son to make sure he felt at ease during his visit to address the best way to extract some of his teeth!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Carlson provide us with a plausible explanation of the swelling and blood seeping out of the hole under her chin. His X-ray showed the damage to her jaw bone from the previous cancer radiation. We previously though the cancer had returned. Hopefully we only have the damaged jaw bone problem to treat. Dr. Carlson explained his findings to the UCLA MD cancer MD and UCLA will follow up with appropriate treatment. .

Fantastic experience: My family and I absolutely love all of the staff at Pacific Oral surgery. Three members of my family have gotten their wisdom teeth out there, and we recently had a consult for another oral surgery through them. Everyone is incredibly kind, patient, welcoming and wonderful. When you have a kid with anxiety, it means the world to have staff be so patient and understanding. We will continue to go here for all of our oral surgery needs! :-)
