Fantastic experience: Love The Smile Shaper in Ventura! Been going there for over 15 years. Its a one stop shop for teeth + cosmetic dentistry. They have all the latest technology. Great Dr's + staff!

Fantastic experience: Love this office and the staff!! My first visit I got a warm welcome from Julia when I got in for my appointment. As I was waiting for my cleaning Hector was helping with my scans and was really nice and cool to talk to. He walked me through my appointment and explained everything very clearly. Vanessa did an awesome job on my cleaning I liked that she would stop to make sure I was good during the whole cleaning. Dr. Botros is amazing as well he was able to do my fillings even though I was there just for scans and a cleaning. I was blown away about the plan he has to straighten my teeth and I can say I have full confidence in it. Lastly, Angie was very helpful explaining my payment plans and answered any of my concerns. Overall one of the best experience I’ve had with a dental office in a long time!!

Fantastic experience: Smile Shapers has been an amazing dental office. From the moment you walk in, everyone is kind, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Eskander is incredibly caring and thorough. He takes the time to explain everything in great detail, making sure all of your questions are answered and that you leave with no doubts or concerns. He shows you exactly what is happening with each tooth, explains the procedures that may be needed, and provides treatment options without making you feel pressured. I especially appreciate that he prioritizes the most important dental work first and allows you time to consider your options. One of the things I love most is that they make crowns in-house. Their technology allows them to create a crown in about 35 minutes, which means the entire procedure can often be completed in a single visit. While appointments may last around two hours or a little longer, it is well worth it to avoid multiple visits and temporary crowns. I am truly grateful to have found a dental office that genuinely listens to its patients. The entire team takes the time to explain each treatment plan, review insurance costs, and discuss your individual case so you fully understand your options. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and patient-centered care make Smile Shapers an outstanding dental office. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist who truly cares about their patients.

Fantastic experience: Best dental experience ever! I came here for an emergency appointment while I was out of town and traveling in this area. They got me in quickly same day, were very kind and attentive, and did an amazing job on my root canal. This was definitely the best dentist work I have ever received, from the front desk to the Dr. Botros himself, and the assistant. I would highly recommend this place to everyone needing all things dental, especially emergency services! A hidden gem!

Fantastic experience: My 1st visit was wonderful, and I'm dental phobic. Everything about my visit was supportive and peaceful. Not a typical dental offuce. Angie, at the front desk, was a true ray of sunshine who eased the anxiety just by her presence and delightful approach. Afterwards, she even extended her day to help me with paper work/financing. The folks scanning and xraying were so gentle, the entire process was painless and stress-free. Then, Dr. Eskandar came to explain the findings and offer his expertise; several approaches and plans for consideration. He too was caring and supportive in the whole process. I don't think I've ever felt so comfortable in a dental office before and I actually scheduled two more appointments without hesitation. I even met the doctor's new weeks old little girl - so precious! I look forward to getting my teeth and my smile back in order at Smile Shapers without hesitation. They are truly accommodating and professional. I highly recommend Smile Shapers, and Dr. Eskandar.

However, I truly enjoyed my visit, everyone was pleasant, my hygienist was well organized and explained everything well. Dr. Eskander, the front office staff and hygienist seem to work in unison and communicated well. I had a deep cleaning and felt no pain. I can honestly say I don’t mine going back and I’m thrilled to have fun sound a professional practice. I’ll have to thank my friend for such a great recommendation.

Negative experience: I have been going to this office for at least a year or two and last Friday I had the worst experience. They took an hour just to do annual X-rays. The assistant was poking the mess out of my gums ! Let me add that I still haven’t gotten a cleaning yet. The doctor finally comes in 30 mins later and started playing in my mouth as well. By the time I would’ve left the office, it would’ve been 6:30pm ( my appointment was at 4pm). This office is constantly changing staff and doctors I’ve never just had only one doctor to see every appointment I had. These people are inconsiderate for patients time and are money hungry. PLEASE STAY AWAY !

Fantastic experience: I was able to see Dr. Botros within the hour of my call to their office. I was visiting from out of state and needed emergency care. I am so very pleased with staff caring and treatment and the doctor taking the time to explain what was going on with my dental problem, possible solutions and immediate relief. Negative experience: I came here for a dental emergency and quite frankly the dentist was of absolute no help at all! Telling me he didn’t have cement to fix my broken tooth . How is that even possible ? I do not recommend this place at all!!! Go somewhere else ! Total waste of time and energy

Fantastic experience: Friendly and very competent staff. The dentist is phenomenal. I had a crown fall out of my mouth and they took me in immediately to fix it. By the next day I had a brand new crown put in at a reasonable price.

I had quite a complex and difficult crown done and she was gentle and very attentive to my needs and walked me through every step of the way always making sure I was comfortable and okay. I wish she had more openings as I would happily go through her anytime! And of course I can’t forget the staff up front. They feel like friends and family that truly want you to have a good experience with them no matter the circumstance.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist I have ever had! I have had fillings, crowns and bridges by other dentists, and I have never been so impressed with the quality of work and gentleness of a dentist. I chipped my two front teeth and went to Dr. Eskandar for a solution. He recommended Veneers on several of my front teeth. I have very bad TMJ issues and was extremely concerned that my jaw would not be happy with the procedure. I had a million questions which he happily answered, and I agreed to have him do the work.. He went out of his way to help me with my jaw issues. I had four hours of work done with no pain. The result is perfection. I am so happy with the way my smile looks now. He is an amazing, gentle dentist! I can’t praise him enough. His office staff are also kind, knowledgeable and understanding. Thank you!!
