Fantastic experience: As a longtime patient of Omni Dental Specialty, I can sincerely attest to the wonderful service I’ve received over the years by both Dr. Davidson and his lovely staff. Having experienced my first serious dental issues recently (crown + root canal), I felt extremely nervous for the procedure and largely unprepared with making decisions regarding my oral care. Thankfully, Dr. Davidson eased my concerns with a simplified in-depth explanation of what the issues were and his plan on how to best correct them. I appreciate his conservative approach in operative dentistry, which is to prioritize preserving natural tooth structure, as it aligns with what I want as a patient. While unfortunately that wasn’t the end result in my case, I value his exhaustive efforts in trying to save my tooth. He evaluated me several times before and after surgery to ensure that things were going well and was excellent in offering pain management right away when I experienced it. I am now post-op about 2 weeks and can report that I am pain-free and thriving after receiving dental care with Dr. Davidson. I am forever grateful for the compassionate and attentive care given to me by all Omni Dental staff and am looking forward to my continued relationship under their care. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Great experience everyone there is super friendly and professional!

Negative experience: I was treated in 2021 by Omni when I got a crown on my lower rear molar. Last week (2025) the entire top half of the crown completely broke off leaving the tooth exposed. I called and requested that they look at the crown to see what happened, and they said I had to pay $100 just to have the defective crown examined. They told me there's no warranty at all on their crowns, even if it broke 1 week later!! A quality crown that is done correctly should last 15-20 years. Why go to a dentist that doesn't stand behind their work? I do not recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience at the office today. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, attentive, and made me feel comfortable. I was seen promptly and appreciated how efficiently the entire visit was handled — I was in and out very quickly without feeling rushed. All of my questions and concerns were addressed thoroughly and with care. The dentist introduced me to the Invisalign program, which will not only resolve my current issue but also help maintain my long-term dental health. The office itself was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, creating a very professional and welcoming environment. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the quality of care and highly recommend this dental practice to anyone seeking efficient and thoughtful service.

Fantastic experience: Recently moved to Ventura and challenged finding a good dentist, that is until I happened to stumble upon Omni Dental. Dr. Davidson is so amazing, truly engaged with and caring about his patients. I've had a lot of previous dental work, which he didn't bash, gave his honest opinion about potential areas for improvement going forward (ways Omni could add value to my dental health) ie mouth guard at night... but absolutely no pressure! Hygenist Katie was the bomb. All good, I've found my new home!!!

Here at Omni their front office staff were welcoming, friendly, and professional, and the dental staff informed me about what options I had available, and kept me calm and comfortable. Fantastic experience: I had broken a tooth. I called Dr Kehani. His receptionist was able to get me in quickly. His staff was super. Very welcoming and efficient in all phases of the visit. Dr Kehani in my opinion is truly a gifted Dentist. My tooth had broken off at the gum line. His Dental assistant took X-rays which were read promptly. Dr K explained what he needed to do…. Remove the roots. He initially numbed the area with a substance before injecting numbing medication . I never felt the needle. After about 5-10 minutes he proceeded to remove the roots and stitch the area with dissolving sutchers. I NEVER FELT A THING. I’ve been to several Dentists in my life and he and staff are the best….by far. Five Stars +++ in my book.

Negative experience: The dentist was not respectful to my tooth pain during the cleaning and did not clean the last tooth. He was very offended I asked him to clean the last tooth, saying he had 10yrs of experience and it was a good cleaning. It definitely wasn't a great cleaning. I was lucky he didn't start telling me what university he went to. He scraped my gums with the pointy side and was using too much force and speed during the clean that it hurt me. The tooth cleaning was ok, not great and not good. Would've been a good one if he had been more considerate and listened to me genuinely. I am not a practice maniquin. On top of it being an ok cleaning, an arrogant dentist, and the root canal I supposedly need not being covered by MediCal, this dentist is not worth it. I will get better treatment somewhere else, they will accept my insurance, and I have every faith that they will be considerate to my tooth pain.

Fantastic experience: i really like this dentist for my son since i brought him for his first consultation for braces they were so sweet the dr and the girls in the front i really recommend to come with Dr. Keihani really sweet Dr and explains the process with you.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Omni dental for 3 years now and they have been amazing! The dental assistants, general dentists and surgeons seem like they genuinely care about my dental health. I’ve gotten my wisdom teeth removed here and also tooth extractions for my braces and they were great! The office is clean and uncluttered, wait times in my experience were no more than 20 minutes even if they were super busy. They also take Gold Coast insurance!

Fantastic experience: Every single experience I have had, from the front desk to the dentists themselves, has been phenomenal. Dr. Davidson is soft spoken and straight to the point, explaining everything in simpler terms and genuinely there to help. Every time I leave the facility (which is clean and very modern) after seeing Dr. Davidson, I am proud to call him my dentist. Celeste at the front desk is always helpful, whether it be on the phone or in person, and I am so thankful for her always going above and beyond. It’s nice to walk in and immediately be greeted with a big smile, and I feel great every time I leave this facility… Even after a root canal procedure! Lol. Negative experience: If I could give a negative stars I would!!! This place is a scam! My teeth wasn’t needed a crown (which is #14) but the dr did it anyway cuzz he said I needed one and I believe him ‍♀️ but did not feel any pain or sensitivity b4 , but now I couldn’t even used that teeth to chew for 4 months now and feel so much sensitivity in my teeth,, Been telling him to fix it since he made me get a loan for it but he told me to get a root canal on my other teeth(which is #13) first so he can fix the rest of it (which is #14,#13,#12 teeth) so yesterday I was in the specialist to get root canal for the other teeth that he wanted me to get fixed (which is #13) and this dr from Omni dental requested to my insurance that I needed to get root canal on the crown that he installed (which is #14) even though we were talking about to get a root canal on #13 teeth not the #14 that he messes up

Negative experience: Horrible experience!! Came here because I had a bad root canal done by another dentist and I was in A lot of pain, the dentist here just ended up charging me for a crown that didn’t fix the problem, I came back multiple times and he tried to refer me to someone else each time! Paid 1,050 dollars for a crown that didn't even fit right! It was bulky and weird looking! It did not match my natural teeth at all! Went to another dentist that I love by the way and he ended up giving me a new crown covered by the same insurance I had with Omni dental! Big scam for money if you ask me! I am now pain free thanks to my new dentist and I have to let people know to make sure that they are actually running your insurance for coverage instead of making you pay out pocket! Bad move on their part! I do not recommend this place at all!! That was wrong of them to do!

Negative experience: Beware! My girlfriend went to this office to do her dental check-up and cleaning. They took x-rays and when the doctor came in, all he talked about was trying to get her to get envisiline and other work. Her teeth are not that bad but all they wanted to do is push for extra services that cost extra and not included in the dental insurance coverage. Then to top it off the doctor never did the cleaning. They only focus on the extra items so they can make more money.

The front desk staff was very welcoming not only with new patients as myself as well as their current patients. Very professional and considerate of others. Paulina was incredible as she was taking my X-Rays and keep asking me if I was okay. Asked me if I need to take a few minutes break. When the Doctor came to see me, he was very professional and explained everything to me and went extra mile to take photos and go over without rushing! Overall great experience and highly recommended. Ariana, was very helpful and great communication skills to explain to me about what my insurance covers or not covers.

Negative experience: The staff was friendly. The dentist was friendly and informative. I just wish he had offered to clean my teeth instead of making me wait for a "deep" cleaning. Edited to add: This dentist was NOT informative, or else I would not be losing a tooth! Another dentist was able to help me, but it's too late to save my tooth, and I'm pissed. Omni wouldn't help me unless I paid them $1200 for a root canal and crown. This new dentist I went to didn't require it, and services are fully covered by my insurance.

Fantastic experience: Once again, Dr. Keihani at Omni Dental was amazing! Due to my having radiation on my neck and jaw, I can not have any major dental work for at least 3 years, because drilling and implants may not heal properly. Dr. Keihani was able to use the newest "Laser" dental procedure to remove an old broken post and on-lay, and replace it with a new crown--zero pain and simply amazing technique. Negative experience: New to the area. This place accepted my insurance. Was pleasantly surprised. Very clean and professional. Just questioning the 15 cavity diagnosis for my 19 year old... so, I got a second opinion from my daughters old dentist,. He looked at her X-rays then took the metal tool that pokes and checks for cavities and said SHE HAD NO CAVITIES! Not one! I asked him how a dentist could make that mistake, and he showed me her back molars have deep grooves and are stained. My daughter said that Omni dentist did not use the metal pick to check tooth integrity, he just looked into her mouth and started counting how many cavities,,, I’m so happy I got that second opinion so my kid didn’t have to endure the pain of him drilling into her healthy teeth, and my insurance wasn’t charged for unnecessary procedures. Stick with the cleanings here. If you get a high cavity count, or some outrageous procedure , it pays to get a second opinion.

Fantastic experience: The Team at Omni Deltal is absolutely excellent!!! The staff are friendly, very knowledgeable and always go above and beyond!! It's always a pleasure to go this dental office. They truly care about their patients and their oral hygiene!!

Negative experience: I’m not sure why they book emergency consults if the doctor doesn’t have time to see you and they just have you waiting 45 min. They left a gap on a filling they did which they knew because they had taken x rays and showed me today in my appt and now they’re telling me I need a crown because filling it is not an option anymore. If they would have done a proper job I wouldn’t be dealing with this. I do not recommend coming here.

Negative experience: Michael Davis was my dentist. My insurance Didn’t approve for a crown and he would not opt in for a lower procedure to help my tooth. He basically said if my insurance doesn’t cover what I say then I’m not going to do the work. Horrible way of thinking-his logic on my tooth’s prognosis is undeniably wrong.

Negative experience: Worse office to deal with when it comes to being billed, was given at least 5 different total amounts and zero accountability from their end. Sadly I will not be returning to complete my treatment due to the horrible service I received from the billing person in charge. Loved the Dentist but he needs someone who is giving accurate information when billing patients!

Fantastic experience: Clean, efficient and affordable. They are willing to work with your financial needs and they are very transparent about the cost (what is/isn’t covered by insurance) so there are no surprises with the bill.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Keihani is not only knowledgeable and adept in his practice but very charismatic and professional. He educates and has a positive bedside manner that left me informed and secure about the procedure(s) and they were expedited with care and precision. If you're reluctant to procure necessary dental work, putting it off is not the answer! Omni is modern, clean and a solid choice that accepts a wide range of insurance, works with credit agencies and/or works with co-insurance. I went in for emergent issues but have recently declared Omni as my family dentist.

I was expecting to be there longer and Dr was so fast and efficient. The staff was so lovely and nice! Very welcoming, not to mention the office was very clean and just felt warm and inviting!
