Fantastic experience: It is our first time here, way over due. The Front Desk Receptionists are kind and greeted us with a smile. The paperwork was quick and simple. We were even running late and called and they were very gracious and understanding. My six year old has little concept of ‘being on time’, and I am sure I am not alone in this regards, haha!

Negative experience: I had an appointment for my sister today at 11. Showed up 10 minutes early only for you all to cancel at the last moment. I inquired with the receptionist whether you all called to inform us, and she said no, explaining that you didn’t have time due to “a lot” of calls. I inquired about the cancellation reason, and she mentioned it was due to you not having a designated dentist and seeking new options. Cancelling upon arrival is highly unprofessional due to me wasting gas and time. You also don’t know whether I had to call out of work just to bring her.

During our visit, we noticed she treats every child as if they were her own, and makes sure they have a pleasant visit in order to have them return!

A few weeks later, they determined that she required braces due to an overbite and a misaligned tooth. The office provided me with various financing options, and the financing option seemed like a viable choice. However, the credit clerk who processed my payment failed to inform me that Synchrony Bank would perform a hard inquiry on my credit. This inquiry typically remains on my credit report for two to three years. After being denied, the clerk apologized and stated that she should have disclosed this information. She also mentioned that obtaining approval for a hard inquiry is usually challenging, especially for individuals with poor credit. While the clerk appeared friendly and knowledgeable, she lacked experience in handling such situations. She should have provided me with all the necessary details upfront, including the two different pricing options she quoted. I recommend Synchrony Bank, but it is essential to ensure that you pay upfront or thoroughly review the terms and conditions if you choose to finance the treatment.

Negative experience: Don’t waste your time took my kids here all the caps were too big to close their mouths they never seem to get the right fit. They also always have so much pain a couple days after their worked on and then we’re always needing to go to another dentist to get their work fixed
