Positive experience: Great staff and very attentive overall. I originally went in with the dentist, and since my doctor was on maternity leave, I was referred to Dr. Chung. She was not very interactive and seemed very straightforward. I originally went in for a cleaning and was turned away the first time because of a dental procedure, which I understood. The second time I went in, I had already informed the doctor that I had surgery and was still numb, which is normal after surgery. However, she refused to see me and told me to come back when the numbness was completely gone, even though it can take years for numbness to fully go away after certain procedures. I didn’t appreciate having to lose days of work just to come into the clinic and not be attended to. I called another clinic the same week and was able to get the same cleaning done without any issues. That doctor was much more understanding about post-surgery conditions. I wish Dr. Chung had been more understanding instead of being so quick to turn a patient away.

Fantastic experience: Just a quick shout out to Sara and Fabiola and the other staff at the El Rio office. They go above and beyond and are some the kindest health care staff I have encountered. Thanks to them I always feel a warm welcome when I walk in the office. I appreciate feeling seen as a patient in this world of being a number. Thank you!!!

Negative experience: Eye doctor did not see a dot in the back of eye that I have had since I was a child. The other eye doctor I went to saw it right away and said it needs watching. For vision needs ok but for detecting other issues relating to the eye I would not go to him. He is nice so I’ll give him that. Not very good although nice. I told him I saw double back in 2017 and dismissed me. I don’t have classic double vision but I think don’t think ignoring it was good because it caused me to doubt my symptoms for several years. When a patient tells you they see double you ask questions and if you can't solve the problem you refer. I trusted him and he let me down. I struggle with forcing objects single only for them to double again shortly after and this causes severe headaches.I worry for this optometrists patients that can look straight and follow an object and complain of double vision he will let them down. If you suspect something complex be warned he won’t help you but is probably ok with straight forward glasses prescriptions.

The facility was clean and well-organized, and I felt comfortable throughout my visit. I really appreciate the kindness and support from the doctors and nurses. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: I asked to comfirm an appointment, they answered but couldn’t answer my question so I asked another one to possibly see if it made more sense, or if she knew what I can do and she hung up. I’m upset I couldn’t get her name but she sounded like an older women with an accent and I called the clinicas off Vineyard.

Negative experience: Te dicen que te registres 15mins antes de la hora de tu cita ,y 30mins.despues te llaman para pasar,esto es todo el tiempo en el area de dental,y ni si quiera habia nadie la sala de espera sola y Nia si te pasan a tiempo,tambien los pasientes tenemos cosas que hacer ,tambien deverian respetar nuestro tiempo,asi como nosotros respetamos el suyo al llegar a tiempo a Nuestra citas.

I wanted to stay with your clinic on meta at least when you call to the meta stablishment toget information about your glasses that you pay so much for, the front office are not rude with there clients. all of my wife wanted to know was about her glasses and your people in the front where disrespectful and unprofessional I know it was Friday but come on if you're going to practice for this job do what you whet to school for and be professional thank God a went somewhere else because if not i.ll give this guy a run for there money I don't really appreciate people telling my wife if she still wants her glasses and if she wants them to stop complaining that not professional at all also your people really do believe that there doing us customers a favor at the end of day your client are what keeps this place open so no your not doing us a favor at all

Negative experience: A very bad they never have doctors I have been at eye doctor they cancelled my appointment because they didn't have a doctor at the dentist they did x-ray after that they cancelled my appointment because dentist was going to put and now I am trying to see a doctor I oh ready went to urgent care they did x-ray I suffered carpal tunnel infection they give an appointment until April

Negative experience: My wife was seen by Dr Ellen Monaco and our last 2 visits were very unpleasant. We both noticed she was rude and short and was disconnected towards her patient (my wife) when answering our questions or giving feedback about our visit. There was a lot of miscommunication and negligence on the clinics part which was very frustrating for us both. I hope others won’t share the same experiences.

Negative experience: I had to cancel my appointment 3 weeks ago because I had a bad cold. I was given a new appointment for Aug. 24. I went to the office for the appointment, and they said I did not have an appointment, and they would see me in 3 months. I told her someone had called me on the phone to confirm my appointment for that day, and I confirmed it. I showed her the message on my phone from them, dated that day, thanking me for doing their Pre-check in for Aug. 24. The girl told me the Pre-check in must be for the appointment in 3 months. I told her they would not have me pre-check in for an appointment 3 months away. She would not listen to me. She kept saying I did not have an appointment.

Negative experience: Poor customer service. It's not quality care as they advertised or claimed their company is. 45 minutes wait for a medication to be picked up, when it should've ready the day off. 5 minutes late and they said the provider will not be able to see you, but they let you wait another 40 minutes before they tell you that. They are at least 10 front desk ladies who keeps chatting about their personal lives, & not one has acknowledged some of the patients. They need better care / service & professional trainings. They tend to discriminate as well, as they favor mostly Hispanics, sadly. FYI: our appt was at 3:45, we checked in at 3:22 (per concierge) at 3:45 the same concierge lady told us we can’t be seen by the provider.

Negative experience: Today I had a very bad experience at the Vineyard clinic, my daughter had an appointment at 9:00 am and when we arrived they tell me that it is likely that the Dr will not receive it because the appointment was at 8:30 am no one ever informed me that which is a lie I was puzzled since my daughter had to be at school we waited more than a month for this appointment because they even give it very late and not at all

I was originally bummed out because I waited for my appointment for a couple weeks only to find out for whatever reason it wasn't scheduled, but the staff got me in the next day which really meant a lot! Everyone was super professional and kind.

Negative experience: The mental health department here is a joke. They refuse to provide services that they're legally obligated to, then claim it's because of "the liability." I'm pretty positive they are liable for NOT providing services and resources required of them by law to provide to their patients. But okay. Absolutely absurd that they're okay with flat out impeding their patients' care. It's truly sad that people with Medicaid, who desperately need help, receive less than the legally required bare minimum. Clinicas, you should be ashamed of your mental health team. These patients need your help.
