Negative experience: im very dissatisfied with my experience here, i spent an hour in the waiting room my appointment was at 2:00 pm i showed up on time and after an hour i decided to speak with the receptionist as i seen everyone else around me going in before me, on top of that they showed up after i showed up. anyways i ask her to reschedule my appointment and she proceeds to say there’s a free room if i just want too go in! this angered me even more honestly just ruined my day because it had to push everything back.

His skills are emasculate and performs his service with care and love. Strongly recommend him and his clinic for all dental work.

They are always willing to work with me both financially and to schedule my appointments because I travel far to see them. Fantastic experience: Your telephonic system needs improvement. For example, l wasn't texted or emailed an appointment reminder. I had to send your office a reminder the morning of the appointment. There after your system sent me a reminder 40 minutes from my appointment. This is the second time this has happened. Your new system sucks!

Negative experience: The Doctor who consulted me there on that time & day (July 1 around 2pm) was the worse Doctor I have ever met.Felt very uncomfortable with the way he had handled the consultation. Everyone else was really nice.

Fantastic experience: Appreciate the team for being able to squeeze me in to get fillings and fixing my crown. Prices are very reasonable and they have available dental plans if you don't have an insurance yet. Dr. Puri, two other dentists, and all the hygienists who helped were very nice as well. I'm really scared of injections and they always reassure me that I'm in good hands. Vivian also always took the time to make sure to go over all the expected costs for the procedures.

Fantastic experience: I was a very hesitant to come here because they did the mouth numbing by injection with a needle and i was so scared when i got my crown put in because i knew what awaited me. When they approached me with the needle i broke down and started to cry but the staff was very patient with me and calmed me down and we managed to get the area numb via the needle. The staff here is very patient and understanding.

Puri Dentistry has been incredible, and I no longer avoid and fear getting my cleanings or other treatment. They walk you through procedures, check in with you during an appointment to make sure you're able to handle everything and recommend multiple treatments options. They have wide availability so I can always get an appointment on the weekend or during the week.

Negative experience: First visit was to fix, one broken tooth, in my dentures. The dentist put a cap on it and told me my insurance didn't cover the services he did,which was $270 so I had to apply for a "dental insurance" through them. Then the tooth broke in 3 weeks. I made another appointment with them to get it fixed. I had a different dentist and he said the whole tooth should have been replaced, not capped, which the tooth replacement was fully covered by my insurance. At that time I spoke with the dentist and he recommended I get a new pair, also fully covered by my insurance. I went yesterday to do impressions for a new pair of dentures and the dentist, a different dentist then the one who recommended new pair, broke my bottom dentures. I was there for three hours and the dentist came in and to lied to me saying he broke my bottom denture when he was doing the impression. I said do you mean the denture broke when you dropped them on the floor when I first got here. He was speechless! I understand that accidents happen, but to lie to your customers is NOT ok no matter what!! I have three more appointments with them to complete my new set of dentures, so I will be giving an update. Hope everyone has a blessed day!

Negative experience: There is an older dentist that works there that is great an honest. The other is charging my wife money when we have medical. And he charged her for a service he knew would work. You can glue anything to dentures. It broke the next day. Now we have called 4 times with a promise to call back. Nothing. So now in the process to expose this place.. So before they charge your medical let me take 250 dollars for something the other dentist that works there said would not work... Not even a call back....

First impressions ARE so Extremely important in the medical/dental/hospital fields. Patients are in pain, nervous and blindly trusting unknown providers with our health. Nowadays SO MANY offices are NOT warm and inviting. You are almost made to feel like you're bothering staff with questions. NOT HERE!!! Most notable were the 2 SWEETEST young ladies managing the front office. Oh my gosh Wish I could adopt those 2! They are SO patient & informative on the phone, THEN, you walk in and get greeted with GENUINELY WELCOMING warm smiles that just make you feel Cared about immediately. Crazy but I actually WANTED to be there!!! Like I knew I was in good hands because the employees were not only Knowledgeable, but: they were HAPPY!!! Great management because when bosses treat their employees with opportunity, KINDNESS & respect - that ultimately "trickles down" from staff to patients. I had such a great experience today. Dr. Miriam and the Dental Tech were both: Outstanding. The conservative but thorough treatment plan was PATIENTLY explained to me (with choices). I'm OCD and I must've approached Viv 5 different times with questions! God Bless the ladies for (understanding). If it were me I'd find a patient like myself, EXHAUSTING! I'm one happy grateful camper. 20 gazillion Gold Stars! PS: Dr. Puri specializes in Children's Dentistry. How cool is that!?!
