Offered help and guidance. This staff is NOT to be feared ! Everyone is so thorough and careful!!! Referred by a dear friend and very grateful. Between the ease of getting in the awesome amount of technology and staff members I was in and out and felt very confident in the diagnosis of what was going on. It’s important to have a network of professional professionals, and specialist that know and respect their own limits and how to get the patient out to the next level of care…I couldn’t be more happy. Other than the fact that I really don’t want to have two wisdom teeth taken out, but this is what the doctor says has to happen then that’s what will happen …

They are so accommodating and Dr. Rogers is a perfectionist when it comes to her work. When I asked her how many years she had been doing assisting, she explained that she had over 20+ years. It showed and I had complete trust in what she had to say. Of course, Dr. Park was great. Dr. Rogers is an excellent dentist and recently did a wonderful job on my smile. She’s very easy to talk to and always Explains exactly what she’s going to do. I always have complete confidence when she works on my teeth. She is always very careful to make sure I’m perfectly comfortable with whatever procedure she’s performing. Johnnie Is a wonderful hygienist.. She does a great job cleaning my teeth. We managed to laugh a lot even with my mouth full of water, but she never lets me drown . The staff there is very friendly and Great to work with. They always call you back and work with you if you have to change your appointment or reschedule. I highly recommend this dental office if you’re looking for a new dentist.

Experiencia negativa: I did not have a good experience here. Went in for Invisalign. Prior to treatment they shaved between my two front teeth. The person shaved off way too much that there was a huge gap that never closed even after all the Invisalign treys were completed. Multiple concerns were voiced about the size of the gap and I was reassured that the gap would close but it never did. The gap was so big that they had to bond the front teeth and I had to pay for them to fix it even though it was no fault of my own. Also, I had to go back several times, when the bonding fell out, to have the dental bonding redone. Again, I had pay out of pocket each time to fix a mistake they made.

The dental hygienist was very nice, professional & helpful. Doctor Rogers is exceptional! She listened to my description of the problem; she asked questions, made sure I was comfortable and then did a very professional exam of my teeth/problem. She worked tirelessly to determine the best option to solve my problem. She explained everything clearly. The hygienist then went over my expected costs including insurance coverage. There were beautiful pictures on the wall and comfortable seating. Each cubicle is private. There was soft K Dove Christian music playing. Trish gave me the gentlest, complete cleaning starting with a detailed assessment of my dental pockets. Her 36 year experience as a professional was a real comfort . I've been going to them since I moved to Conroe, and it's worth the short drive to The Woodlands!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient of Dr. Rogers for more than 15 years; and I have written other reviews. Because of my recent visit, I thought it was time to update. I’ve had many procedures during those years. At one time, I left her practice to find a dentist who was closer to me – – I travel a total of 30 miles round-trip to visit Dr. Rogers. It didn’t take me long to decide that I had to come back to her; and I have never regretted that decision. Because of that recent visit, I thought it was important to let you know that Dr. Rogers and her staff always put the patient first. During my recent cleaning visit, through no-fault of her staff, one of my old fillings broke. Since I am 83 years old – –it was probably very old! In order to save me a return trip, etc., Dr. Rogers and one of her staff stayed late at the office to replace my filling! Additionally, they did not even tell me that this procedure would result in their having to stay late. Dr. Rogers simply asked me if I had a little time to wait for her to finish a couple of her current patients. This, certainly to me, shows their care and concern for their patients. I have never left their office, feeling, “something‘s not quite right“; nor have I ever had to return for adjustments, etc. All of my dental work, whether routine or advanced has been the best! And I am quite sure that you will find all of the staff very accommodating and concerned that you have the best experience possible. Thank you, Dr. Rogers and all of the staff!

They always fit me in immediately and take care of me right away. Dr. Parke spends time with me in effort to find the best solution. Everyone from the dentists to the receptionists are amazing. Johnny, one of the hygienist is so sweet and gentle in fact, I usually fall asleep during my routine cleaning. It’s a very cohesive office staff, and they always make you feel welcome. My sister, my brother-in-law, my parents, my husband and I are all patients of Parke and Roger’s. We are so thankful for their care.

Experiencia negativa: I don't recommend seeing Dr. Parke. She did a poor job on one crown, which was so high it gave me a toothache. She attempted to do a second crown and was unable to get me numb; sent me out the door with half a tooth. I went to another dentist and they said my first crown was "sky high" and had to grind on it which is not good for a crown but resolved the toothache. The new dentist also was able to get me numb on first attempt, and completed the second crown with no problem. I do wonder why Dr. Parke had so much trouble but for another dentist it was not a problem. Two bad crown experiences. I'll never go back. Also, she has terrible bedside manner.

Experiencia fantástica: I have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist. So much so, it’s been years since I have gone. Well, when a tooth breaks in half, you have no choice. Dr Parke worked me in at 7:30 on a Monday morning. She saved my tooth from a root canal and put a crown on it. Regina, one of the assistants, was the most loving and caring person. She saw my tears before they even began and comforted me so much. She got me a blanket, let me listen to my music, brought me a stress ball, held my hand and dabbed my tears. I still don’t like the dentist chair but I will go back to this office.

Turned out it wasn't too bad and they were able to grind it down enough so it wasn't sharp and scheduled me to come back in to do the Crown. Which, by the way they make there so there isn't that week or so wait for one to be ordered and come in.
