Experiencia fantástica: I recently had the pleasure of visiting Smiles by Dr. Chai, and I am compelled to share my exceptional experience. From the moment I entered the practice, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that set the tone for my visit. Her expertise is evident in the thoroughness with which she explains procedures, ensuring that each patient has a clear understanding of their treatment options. Dr. Folson combines her extensive medical knowledge with a compassionate approach, making him not just a doctor, but a trusted partner in dental health. Experiencia fantástica: Their crew is super friendly. Great in helping deal with insurance and understanding treatment options!

Experiencia negativa: I believe that each patient or customer should be in charge of their dental care, not be mandated,, Take it or leave it by the dentist. My experience was I just wanted a teeth cleaning. I agreed to x-rays, and they uphold me with no other choices regarding a deep clean. It’s like buying an airline seat on an open plane, and being told you’re gonna buy first class, because they make money. Call me crazy, but I want to be in control of my dental care not a stranger who makes more money by recommending more services. I have pulled my wife, son and daughter from going here and we’re in the process of finding another dentist. Referrals welcome.

Experiencia fantástica: once more the hygienist made an excellent job, clean and efficient. thanks Dr Chai and her team!

Experiencia fantástica: About 5 years ago, my dentist who I was going to for over 25 years had to retire early due to health issues. I was heartbroken. So, I had to find another dentist who was just as good, which I knew would not be an easy task. Since my previous dentist was in downtown Houston, (yes, downtown Houston), I decided to try to find someone in The Woodlands. I found this to be quite a challenge, as I am very particular about my doctors. I found it hard to find someone who I could respect and know they are truly looking out for me and only wants the best treatment plan for me. After what seemed to be forever, I finally found a Dentist who met all the requirements on my extensive list including being in The Woodlands. The Dentist I am referring to is Dr. Chaitra Arakere (aka Dr. Chi). Once you meet Dr. Chi and her amazing staff, you will know your task has been completed. God bless Dr. Chi and her staff, and thank you Dr. Chi for your dedication and commitment to serving our Country by completing the Officer Training program at the Maxwell Air Force Base and upholding their core values.

Experiencia fantástica: I had an old crown replaced by Dr. Chai today. Even though there was some unexpected decay when the crown was moved, Dr. Chai took care of it, and I still was able to leave on time. Her assistant was also wonderful, and so attentive to me. Thank you Dr. Chai!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Chai and her team are incredible. Best dentist I've been to in four states. Top equipment, excellent technique, and amazingly empathic and caring. My wife and I agree that our experience there has been top notch, including my wife getting an emergency crown less than 24 hours before we left on vacation. My mother-in-law visited from Pennsylvania and had been experiencing dental issues. Dr Chai was able to identify the issue her dentist missed and prescribed the right course of treatment. I can't say enough positive about them. Thanks Dr Chai and everyone!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Chai and Stephanie, as well as the front desk, are knowledgeable, kind, professional, and skilled! I always have a positive experience in this office….and I have a real fear of dentists!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Chai and her talented staff make going to the dentist easy! She has the latest tech to solve your dental needs. My latest trip to get Invisalign where my teeth were scanned and fit for the trays to straighten my crooked bite was professionally performed by a happy crew. I’m looking forward to a bright new smile.

Experiencia fantástica: November 2024 Follow-up: 3 years later, I am still a satisfied patient of Dr. Chai and her Smiles team. They are professional, friendly and competent. Dr Chai introduces new technology, such as digital X-rays, that make the dental experience as painless as possible. As a new patient I am very happy with Smiles by Burgess. Starting with the initial paperwork - Brandi was very efficient and professional and helped me get all my information uploaded online. The office is modern, tastefully decorated - bright, neat and clean My hygienist, Veronica, was friendly and very competent and did a meticulous job of attending to my teeth and gums. Dr. Chai is also very friendly and listened carefully and offered thoughtful advice, with detailed explanations for each diagnosis and recommendations.

Experiencia fantástica: Our family has been going to Dr. Chai for many years. We love her and trust her with our complete dental needs. She is always kind, caring and professional. Her staff is an extension of Dr. Chai, equally courteous and professional. We are happy to place ourselves in Dr. Chai’s hands and care

Experiencia fantástica: I have had the greatest experience with Dr. Chai and her office! Her front desk is friendly, prompt, and very helpful in scheduling and obtaining my previous records. Stephanie does my cleanings, and she is thorough but does not leave me in pain as my previous experience had been. If only I had known of Dr. Chai's office sooner! I actually look forward to my 6 month cleanings. I would definitely recommend Dr. Chai's office, and have to many friends and family members.

Experiencia fantástica: I hv never had a dentist that was so caring for my emotional needs like Dr Chai. ♥️

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Chai and her team represent the best in professional Dentistry across every metric, providing excellent service in diagnosing, treating, and maintaining good dental health on behalf of their patients. Appointment scheduling and insurance/payment processing efforts are efficient and seamless. Perhaps as equally important, these folks genuinely care about everyone, and Dr. Chai is one of the kindest, sweetest individuals I have ever met. I am happy to refer this amazing dental office to anyone who is new to the area or possibly considering a switch.

Experiencia fantástica: I am super happy with Dr Chaitra and her team. The clinic is Beautiful, updated, clean, and spacious. I went in for an emergency and Dr Chai was extremely patient and kind. I had a broken front tooth. They examined my tooth and checked the best possible way to fix it. The whole procedure was extremely precise and took about 45 minutes only. I’m super thankful for Dr Chaitra and her team.

Experiencia fantástica: Exceptional Urgent Care at Smiles by Dr. Chai I recently had an urgent dental issue when an old filling unexpectedly crumbled apart on a rear molar three days before a scheduled vacation. Fortunately, Dr. Chai’s office was incredibly accommodating and managed to fit me in on the same day, which was a huge relief. From the moment I walked into the clinic, the staff were very reassuring and made sure I was comfortable and kept well-informed throughout the diagnostic, the recommendation, the costs, and the procedure. They efficiently prepared and installed my temporary crown in the same visit and contacted their supplier to expedite creation and delivery of my permanent crown prior to my vacation. Because it was a difficult area to reach and there was additional decay near the nerve, they frequently checked with me to see if I needed a break and to ensure that I was not experiencing any sensation, discomfort, nor even the slightest pain. I absolutely loved the mouthpiece that they used because it was a comfortable bite plate that enabled me to keep my mouth open while providing suction, air drying, and a shield to keep my tongue away from the working area. The mouthpiece allowed me to further relax while they performed excellent work. I am extremely pleased with the professionalism and efficiency of Dr. Chai and her entire team. Their ability to handle my emergency swiftly and their excellent patient care were truly impressive. Their attention to detail and patient comfort was superb and I walked out of the office feeling confident and pain-free. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dental team. Thanks to them, I was able to enjoy my vacation without any dental worries with a confident smile!

Experiencia fantástica: I will definitely recommend this office to all my friends.

Experiencia negativa: This place is completely ripped off. They charged me for tooth extraction which is fully covered by my insurance. When I call them after the treatment then they mentioned that my insurance is out of network. WHAT? THEY NEVER TOLD ME OUT OF NETEORK on the first hand. I can easily go somewhere else and done it without spending single penny. Stay away from this place!

Experiencia fantástica: I learned about this dentist office through other Google reviews and they turned out to be true. The staff is very warm and thoughtful. I would recommend anyone to choose this as their dentist office.

Experiencia fantástica: DR Chai and her staff do a great job. I give them a 5 star rating!!

Experiencia fantástica: The new patient intake and cleaning was very thorough and done with experience and caring. Dr Chai is very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Experiencia fantástica: This week I saw Stephanie for a deep cleaning and she was amazing. My mouth feels great. She knew how scared I was and she talked to me the e tire time. If you need a great person to clean your teeth, ask for Stephanie. I also saw Dr Chai and her assistant Edith the day after seeing Stephanie. Again they knew my fear. Dr Chai even called me the evening before to make sure I was ok. Anyway I had two fillings done and started the process of replacing an old crown. Edith has such a caring heart a positive spirit. She held my hand and talked to me the whole time. Dr Chai made sure I was pain free before starting, gave me a blanket, a cool comfy neck support and a mango to squeeze. She asked me throughout the entire visit if I was ok and telling me how great I was doing. Let me remind you that I am very scared about going to the dentist. Today was a great experience. Christina up front is so sweet and beautiful. She explain’s everything to you so you can understand. I just want to say 100% if you fear the dentist, this is the office to help you. I also love that Dr Chai is very knowledgeable in the whole body and how important dental health is in its overall role to a healthy body!!! Wonderful office with lovely employees!! Thanks for all you did for me today!

They went above and beyond for me; I unfortunately needed to bring my daughter with me during the visit whos 3 months old and they had no problem tending to her and pushing her around in her stroller while i was getting x rays done.
