Experiencia fantástica: Great staff and excellent service

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely amazing experience with Dr. Cummings and the entire office staff! We moved here recently and have not yet established a dentist in the area. I called on a Monday morning for an emergency appointment as a new patient because my husband’s front tooth crown had fallen out over the weekend, and he had a very important work obligation that afternoon. They were able to get us in the same morning, see him immediately, and fix his tooth. Dr. Cummings, Bridget, and the entire staff were incredibly detail oriented, solution-focused, and kind. There was none of the upselling or unnecessary recommendations that can sometimes feel like it’s taken over the dental world, which I was honestly nervous about as a new patient, especially coming in with an emergency that needed immediate attention. We are so grateful they were willing to help us on such short notice and work within our time constraint. Their office is beautiful, welcoming, and everyone made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. I’m so grateful we had the opportunity to find this practice. We absolutely found our new family dentist and could not be happier with the experience!

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience with your staff and very thorough, thanks enjoy Bridget a lot and her knowledge

Experiencia fantástica: Phenomenal experience! I went in for tooth contouring (front left tooth in pics) and the end result was beautiful. I know it may seem small, but I feel like I have a whole new smile that I can be proud of! I will definitely be back again for any future dental work that I may need. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I live about 45 minutes away from this dentist office but I still go here because Dr. Cummings is the best and the finest dentist in Houston. She is professional, thorough and does not do anything unnecessary. She does what is needed and does it extremely well. She saved couple of my tooth and the crown she put is stable and strong. Very highly recommended. A+++

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone at Sterling Ridge Dentistry is extremely sweet and kind. I feel I am in great hands with the open communication between myself, the dentist, the hygienists, and the front desk. My whole family (including kids) use this office and have been very pleased. I especially love the hygienist Katelyn! She’s so sweet and gentle. I’m very happy to have found this practice!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Dr Cummings for a few years now. I honestly have never been to an office like this one. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The biggest thing I noticed from the beginning was how everyone that works there seems to like each other and like their job. Very impressive! Sterling Ridge recently did my implants and I am so pleased. They look fantastic and feel great. Dr. Cummings and Elisabeth worked with me through the whole process. Every time I had a question, it was answered and every time I needed help, Elisabeth took care of me. Today, Steve was a big part of the process to smoothly convert my dentures to permanent teeth. I was amazed at the work that goes into this process. Very much worth the money! Thank you so much to all of u. I will be your patient for a lifetime. I highly recommend Sterling Ridge Cosmetic & Family Dentistry if you want quality work and a friendly atmosphere!

Experiencia fantástica: On time, very good, concerned care.

Experiencia fantástica: The team does a great job with my regular cleaning and x-rays. The cleaning process is gentle and effective. Their genuine concern for my dental health and overall health is comforting and appreciated. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter’s tooth broke in half and we were devastated. Dr. Cummings knew exactly what to do. She got her in and fixed it to perfection. She is so happy with her new tooth and we couldn’t be more thankful. Thank you, Erica, for your beautiful work and making her feel comfortable and confident again.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been a patient of Erica’s for about 12 or so years now. Her office is fantastic. Her own demeanor and bedside manner are comforting and very pleasant. No offense of course, but it’s tough to get “excited” about dental appointments but this is about as good as it can get :) Love this office!

Experiencia fantástica: Best experience at a dentist I have ever had! My Dentophobia never kicked in. Good vibes and excellent service all around! RDA Elisabeth, Office Coordinator Sandy, and of course Dr. Cummings were all fantastic. Two thumbs (and two big toes) up!

Experiencia fantástica: Another excellent visit! Made another referral and hope they visit soon. Will keep sending more people your team’s way!:) thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: This may sound weird, but I always appreciate having a female dentist, as their hands are smaller than men’s.. Aside from that, she has great bedside manner. The entire staff are super friendly!

Experiencia fantástica: This is a highly professional office with state of the art tools and techniques and a very friendly atmosphere. Dr Cummings and her techs answered all of my questions and gave me a great summary of what to expect. Excellent service!

Experiencia fantástica: There has never been a time I ever enjoyed going to the dentist! That was until, I went to Sterling Ridge Cosmetic & Family Dentistry. When I called, Sandy was warm, kind, answered all my questions, made me feel at ease and at peace, this was the right place to go. Upon arriving, I walked in and Elisabeth who is an RDA and a CDL, was up front with Sandy waiting for me. I was taken back with how knowledgeable Elisabeth was, she knew just what I needed and she didn’t waste anytime on getting it done. She was extremely caring, and she listened carefully to understand everything I was requesting. I was going to need some major work done on a tooth. She went and spoke to Dr. Erika and together they agreed that they could get me in- on the next day in an early morning appointment. I was blown away with how smooth and how fast everything was moving. On top of all that, how incredibly caring all these women truly are. The day of my surgery, the whole team made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Erika is an incredible dentist/ doctor and she doesn’t waste any time! You can tell Dr. Erika used her wisdom and discernment to ensure the women on her team are all pure-hearted, good women. Lastly. I had to come back for a cleaning, where I got to meet Danielle the Hygienist, and she was just as remarkable as everyone else on the team. If you’re looking for a place where they make you feel like family and they will do their very best for you, then I highly recommend you booking in to see the incredible team at Sterling Ridge Cosmetic & Family Dentistry.

Experiencia fantástica: I met Dr. Cummings for the first time this week to discuss having an older crown redone. I'm a very nervous person and when it comes to dental work especially something as costly as a crown I get over the top anxious! She and Bridget were both very kind in explaining their process and procedures on crowns. I have an appointment next week, and I must say I'm still nervous, but I'm hopeful all will go well.
