Everyone is professional, kind,sweet, funny as hell and make you feel as though you are right at home They work with you and your financial situation. They dont make you feel like you are being pressured into doing anything that you are uncomfortable with. They make you feel like you are family and I wouldn't go any where else. Morgan is an amazing asset to the company and is a blessing for those that dont quite understand the process. She will make sure before you leave you understand everything. It is a true gift to have such great people in a business that truly understand compassion. Rachel is the best office manager hands down and the coolest. Crystal is amazing them hands of hers are quick and efficient. I could go on and on about each of them but I would be here all day. Love them all. Hillwood Dental is the BEST! Hands down. If you know..you know.

Experiencia negativa: The front desk staff was friendly, but not everyone consistently greeted patients, which made the overall experience feel a bit impersonal. I was placed in a very small, cramped office that felt like a storage closet, even though there were larger, open exam rooms available, which was uncomfortable. During my visit, it also felt like several staff members were crowding around at once, which made the environment feel overwhelming rather than organized. While the doctor seemed knowledgeable, some of the staff appeared unsure of what was going on that day. That lack of communication made me uneasy and gave the impression that not everyone was on the same page. Overall, the experience left me feeling uncomfortable due to the space and the coordination among staff.

Unfortunately their new policy of only seeing 2 family members per day (first it was one adult in a family per day, but 3 family member total, then it was reduced to 2 family members total per day) means we will have to find a new provider who can accommodate us.

I had to have several hours of work done to repair a tooth. He made sure I was comfortable took breaks to let me relax my jaw. I felt like a person in Dr. Parks chair not just another patient. I highly recommend Dr. Parks for anyone who has fears of going to the dentist. He makes you feel at ease. Dr. Parks is an amazing asset to Hillwood Family Dental. I am so thankful he is there.

The office is clean and nicely decorated, and the staff is really nice. My dad was an orthodontist, so I grew up in a “dental community.” I am very impressed with Dr. Sanderson’s professionalism and compassion. Crystal has been our hygienist, and she is the best! I would highly recommend them.

The cleaning was gentle, the staff was super friendly, and I actually found myself enjoying a trip to the dentist (who knew that was possible?). Also, bonus points for the bathroom—because let’s be honest, you can really judge a place by its toilet paper. None of that flimsy stuff here… they use the good kind. Soft, sturdy, and just as high-quality as their dental care. 10/10 teeth and toilet paper experience!

I could not have been more pleased with Dr. Sanderson, our hygienists, and the entire staff at Hillwood Dental. They were incredibly professional and kind. I knew all of our costs and options upfront so I really appreciated no hidden fees throughout our appointments. I also appreciated the advice my hygienist, Crystal, gave me regarding a sensitivity issue I had been dealing with for a few years. We are definitely pleased with our new family dentist and his incredible staff.

I find it very disappointing that I watched her call this office repeatedly to schedule dental service and her calls were never returned. Watching her call many times, I decided to find another dentist for her.

The staff was highly professional and friendly making me feel as I was their onl byy patient today. I've never had a doctor to explain to me the details of my procedure over a cup of coffee! It appeared, the staffs work for me in dealing with my insurance company. My doctor assured me that he will get me the best financial deal available. I had a conflict of scheduled appointment and an 86th year birthday party. My doctor arrange me to come in 2 days early for my follow-up procedure so I could travel out of state to birthday party. 2. Due to extenuating circumstances, my doctor scheduled my appointment on Saturday of Labor Day weekend. In my 84 years of medical treatment, I have never encountered such professional personal treatment accommodating my treatment! They apologized and gave me pain medicine but the two teeth were in the front and now I look like a Hill Billy (joke and not offense to Hill Billies. (Real experience ) Had deep cleaning today. Feared it would be painful but NO pain. It was much easier than I thought it would be. People were great and fun.

I have struggled with very bad teeth from a genetic disorder, and he provided me with a comprehensive plan to address the issues, explaining everything thoroughly. Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to the Hillwood Family Dental East Magnolia office since it opened. All my visits have been quite enjoyable. I am always greeted by nice and polite ladies at the registration desk and called back within a few minutes of my arrival. This trip Crystal was in charge of my cleaning and did an excellent job. I'm not a big fan of the x-ray process and she helped make it a much easier experience. And Dr. Sanderson is also quite nice to work with. If you live off 1488 around Lake Windcrest, I recommend you make an appointment for you dental needs!

Very rude front desk person, the girl….not the guy as he was very kind but bowled over by the rude girl that sits behind him! I was worried and frantic, I called nearly 10 different dentist offices in search for someone who could fit me in same day. Nobody had any same day availability…. until I got ahold of this place. Rachel ( i believe that was her name ) answered the phone and set the tone for my entire experience there. Every single person I spoke to from the front desk, dentist assistant , dentist and everyone in between was so delightful and helpful. I teared up the first time they got close to my mouth, because since I was little the dentist has made me very anxious. But this was the most comfortable I’ve ever felt in a dental office.
