Spring Pearl Dental

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. McElravy. I recently had a root canal & was extremely nervous going into the procedure. She & her staff were so kind and made me feel comfortable & completely at ease. Dr. McElravy was so gentle I didn’t even feel her numbing my mouth. The entire procedure was virtually painless. Her skill, professionalism & bedside manner are truly exceptional & completely changed the way I feel about going to the dentist. I highly recommend her & will definitely refer family & friends to her practice.

Experiencia fantástica: Had a rough couple of years with bad dentists and then I found spring pearl dental! Dr. Ginger and her staff are all so friendly and caring. They made me feel comfortable and I feel that I've know them forever. She takes her time looking at your X-rays and seeing everything that is going on. I thought my teeth were just going to stay the way they were and wasn't too excited about then. She took my comments in consideration and told me we could fix the issues. She gave me a new perspective on my teeth. I decided to do Invisalign which has been the best choice ever and I feel so more empowered after going here. My kids and husband also love going here!

Experiencia fantástica: 5 Golden Stars! This office truly cares about its patience, and it shows. Dr. McElravy was thorough, knowledgeable, and use top-of-the-line equipment. Brandon, her assistant, was excellent and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Experiencia fantástica: I am a new/referred customer, and as of now the service has been carrying and always concerned about patient care above all. Great dentist!!!

Experiencia fantástica: From the moment I walked in the door, I encounter a professionalism from each staff member. I came in with a high level of anxiety, and left with a high level trust, confidence, and a clear understanding of my options.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m not the best patient as far as my routine appointments go but they always make time to see me when I need to come in for an emergency exam and get my work done right before the end of the year! They go above and beyond ❤️❤️

Experiencia fantástica: This place is the best. They know you by name after one visit, never leave you with unanswered questions, and go out of their way to make you comfortable.

Experiencia fantástica: This is the kind of establishment where you can suddenly enjoy going to the dentist if you haven't before. The team here has been prompt, procedurally precise, kind, and informative during each of my visits with every inquiry I've raised and with any abnormalities they've discovered.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely amazing experience! Dr. McElravy and their team are professional, caring, and efficient. The office is clean, modern, and welcoming. I actually look forward to my dental visits now — highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Love my dentist!! They have great customer service from the front staff to the back and doctors. They’re not pushy and they tell you the truth about your teeth issues. My whole family comes here.

Experiencia fantástica: Great with my two girls!! Innovative, sterile, organized, and polite.. all bases covered!! Thank you team!!

Experiencia fantástica: Very satisfied with my first and second visit. Everyone went out of their way to be super friendly and helpful to my son and I. It’s the first time my son actually enjoyed a visit to the dentist!

Experiencia fantástica: Truly wonderful staff and wonderful doctor. Also did teeth whitening with Brandon and Brandon is amazing. So caring and comfort conscious. Highly recommend this practice.

Experiencia fantástica: I can't recommend this place enough. Everyone is very nice. As soon as you walk in you are greeted and they check you in right away. Almost no waiting in the wait room. Appointments run on time. All my dental work (cavities and cleaning) has been very comfortable and I say this as someone who hates going to the dentist to the point I have neglected my dental care for years. The whole family is coming here now and they love it.

Experiencia fantástica: Both my husband and I LOVE Dr. Mac and her entire team. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with warm and friendly faces (Erica is amazing). For anyone with nerves about going to the dentist, I recommend Spring Pearl time and time again. Dr. Mac is kind, caring and gentle ... which isn't always a word I would use to describe the dentist, but she goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. 10 out of 10 would ALWAYS recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: First time patient, so here we go: Front desk, young lady explained what I needed to do and handed me an iPad to fill out my digital "paperwork." 8.5/10 The full cranial x-ray device sang me a song! I am now at peace with the inevitable robot uprising. 12/10 I have a "fantastic" airway. 10/10 My teeth look "pretty" 8/10 (I would have said "adequate", which would obvs be 4/10. ty for the upgrade) The staff are welcoming, informed, and very helpful. Dr. Mac is cool and does a fantastic job of explaining everything to a new patient. She answered all questions relating to my visit and tried to humor me when I made an obscure reference to "The Office." Overall, 10/10 would be a patient here again

Experiencia fantástica: Very pleasant first experience. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Dr. Mac explained the treatment plan well. Looking forward to getting my teeth fixed.

Experiencia fantástica: My front 2 teeth were jagged and uneven and now they are perfect so happy with the result.

Experiencia fantástica: This practice continues to impress and surpass expectations. Dr. McElravy and her team are outstanding, warm and savvy. My entire family gets treated here, and I have referred multiple colleagues.

Experiencia fantástica: The kindest dentist I’ve ever met! And a great team too!

Experiencia positiva: This was my first time there. I knew I needed a cleaning and wish that was scheduled in the first visit.

Experiencia fantástica: You guys are simply, The Best! Dr Mac and Brandon make a great team! I've had some pretty poor dental visits and this was quite different. Overall great experience! You and Karen are amazing and I thank y'all for always being kind and accommodating.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been coming to this dental office for almost two years, and I have to say it’s the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I’ve never had to wait more than five minutes for an appointment, and everyone here is always so helpful and kind. I’m very grateful for the excellent care and welcoming atmosphere! I can’t remember all of their names, but Karen, Eric, Dr. Mac, Mia, and so many others have been so professional and kind to me. Thank you all for making every visit such a positive experience!”

Experiencia fantástica: I have been coming to Spring Pearl Dental for years and the staff are wonderful, friendly, caring and professional. Dr. McElravy is the best dentist I have ever had the privilege of knowing. She and her team (Brandon) know what they are doing and they always do a fantastic job when having to work on my teeth. I am one with highly sensitive teeth so I’ve always dreaded the dentist but these folks have never even once made me uncomfortable or caused me any pain whatsoever. Highly recommend this practice.

Experiencia fantástica: I am very happy for all the job Doc Mac did in my teeth,- she is very gentle, kind, professional, and has a cotton hand, never feel pain or discomfort in my mouth during or after any job done. The entire staff is very friendly and they all know what are doing, - the place is very clean and tranquil. No matter if you do not live around the area it is worth coming to her office,- doc Mac is my favorite dentist !!.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience was really good. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I’m so glad finally I found a great dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Attentive, transparent, explained everything well and didn’t try to do a wallet biopsy!

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience, everything was spotless, all the staff were friendly, knowledgeable. Dr. Mac is pleasant and is not hurried, spends her time explaining everything and makes you feel at ease.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Mac and her staff are always great!

Experiencia fantástica: Best dentist office in the Woodlands! My wife and I, along with all of our kids, are patients here. Everyone is super friendly and great at their jobs!

Experiencia fantástica: The doctor and staff are amazing! They are all very professional and personable. Even though going to the dentist is not my favorite place to go, they made me very comfortable and at ease. Thank you so much!

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful new patient experience! Dr. Mac was very thorough and took the time to educate me on several issues I have been experiencing.

Experiencia fantástica: I needed to see a great dentist very quickly after a tooth emergency & my own dentist could not see me. I was referred to Spring Pearl by a colleague, and I’m so grateful to have found this practice! Dr. Mac’s diverse dentistry knowledge, expertise & genuine concern for her patients are so impressive. Witnessing her entire staff following her lead by showing mutual respect and support for one another and every patient is inspiring. Dr.Mac and her team were able to quickly ease my anxiety and stress I have always felt, as most do, when they need to visit a dental office and this was the first time I have great about my dentist and no longer have that pit in my stomach when thinking about future procedures for my restorative and cosmetic dentistry journey. The entire staff take their time with patients and have such immense and confident knowledge of this industry and you can see their genuine passion for patient safety and attention given to any questions as their patience and understanding they value as individuals and caregivers. Thank you, Dr. Mac for sharing your amazing talent with a light touch and kind heart, and I appreciate all of your team at Spring Pearl.

Experiencia fantástica: Gentle, friendly, clean and thorough. Since moving to the area over 5 years ago, I have struggled to find a dentist I not only trust and like, but one who is competent and has a staff that is also professional but friendly. I truly appreciate Dr. Mac and her staff. From the front desk to the hygienist and dental assistants. Everyone is top notch. I’ve driven past this business a multitude of times and never paid it any attention. I’m just sorry it took me so long to find this gem among the Dentistry Realm. I have complete confidence in Dr Mac and her professional diagnoses, when it comes to the care of my teeth and overall mouth health. If you’re searching for a great dentist in the Creekside area, I highly recommend Spring Pearl Dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff was professional, everything was timely, and the work I had done feels 10 times better than my last dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Erica and her staff are amazing! Excellent work!

Experiencia fantástica: I want to thank Spring Pearl Dental, I felt very comfortable during my visit. Special thanks to Dr. Mac ,Brandon and the front office staff . AAdams

Experiencia fantástica: Branden Moore at Spring Pearl Dental is fantastic! Branden has a great bedside manner, and he is very patient with clients (especially elderly patients such as myself). I had a great overall experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Mac, Erica and her team are the greatest! Always going above and beyond to ensure a great customer experience!

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful experience. Receptionist Ana Karen is so welcoming!

Experiencia fantástica: This place was amazing. Very professional and so very thorough. They took the time with me that was needed to explain everything. Couldn’t ask for anything more. From the time you walk in to the time you leave it was a very pleasant experience.

Experiencia fantástica: As a 37 year old woman with longstanding dental anxiety and trauma since childhood this is the best experience I’ve ever had with a dentist! I was treated as a whole person with care, professionalism, and genuine compassion not just an appointment on the books. Dr. McElravy, Erica, and Emily are a dream team of phenomenal, patient, professionalism! Thank you so much!

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience! Everyone is so nice and thorough!! I would definitely recommend

Experiencia fantástica: The dentist, dental hygienists, and colleagues at the front desk are all super professional and so pleasant to interact with. I am very pleased with the service I am provided every time I come.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience every time I go! Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Is 6 stars possible? The staff is extremely kind and friendly. They’re also extremely knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything, which I really appreciate. Coming from a me this is big since I’ve had a fear of going to the dentist since I was a kid. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve had plenty of bad experiences with dentists in the past, so naturally I tend to have a good bit of anxiety around dental appointments. But at Spring Pearl Dental, I feel so cared for. Everyone from the receptionists, to the hygienists and especially Dr. McElravy make me feel comfortable and at ease. They explain everything well, and have a gentle and compassionate approach. I’m so glad I found Spring Pearl and highly recommend them!

Experiencia fantástica: Very kind, informative, and took a lot of time to explain everything. Very happy with the service.

Experiencia negativa: Very unethical place. 1. They tried to push braces on my 3 year old (not sure you ever do that at such young age but even if that’s the case, 3 years down the road and her teeth is perfect). 2. They wanted to sell me a crown job for around $4K. Luckily, I got a second (and third) opinion and turns out I did not need it at all. It’s been 3 years since then. I wanted to see how everything develops before posting this and turns out I was being ripped off by being offered quite an invasive procedure I did not need at all.

Experiencia fantástica: We recently moved to this area and had been looking for a new dentist for a year now. I am happy to say we have found the one for us! Everyone was super sweet and welcoming! Dr. Ginger is great!! I learned so much about my teeth.. she took the time to go over everything with me. Highly satisfied

Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommend!!! From the moment you enter the spa like atmosphere, meet the professional and smiling Team and are seen by the awesome Dr. Mac you will be extremely happy you found Spring Pearl Dental. The technology they use for dental xrays is cutting edge. Dr. Mac and her Team are caring, calm and compassionate. If you have any apprehensions about visiting a Dentist for a much needed procedure or just a routine check up, this is the practice for you. Did I mention Dr. Mac is awesome?

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Mac is great, I moved back to TX after being gone 15 years, my previous dentist had told me I needed to find a dentist in TX ASAP for a broken filling and two cavities. Dr. Mac replaced the broken filling within two days of me making an appointment and coming in for a consult. She further explained that I didn’t have cavities in the other two teeth… She also took the time to explain why she wouldn’t recommend a gum graft for recessions until we figured out what was causing them because they would just come back. I went again today for a cleaning and the hygienist, Richard, was WAY better than my previous hygienist in San Diego. My gums and teeth used to hurt in SD and they said it was from not flossing enough, but I floss every day. Richard didn’t use any harsh tools to scrape my teeth and he was so gentle. I can tell that my teeth are clean without any of the pain and suffering I went through for 15 years. I will never dread going here. Top notch and I get appointments scheduled within a day or two of me calling to request!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Mac is a wonderful dentist!! She is so knowledgeable and she and her staff are so warm and friendly. I brought my 90 year old mom in for a dental visit in her wheel chair, and they were very good with her!!

Experiencia fantástica: We love our new dentist and her team. They are professional, friendly, thorough and compassionate. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great dentist in the area!

Experiencia fantástica: My before and afters speak for themselves! Great dentist. Exceptional staff!

Experiencia fantástica: This was the best dental experience I’ve ever had! Didn’t experience any pain at all. Watched a show on Netflix while the Dr worked on me. Would recommend 100% to anyone!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Possibly the best dentist I’ve had in my life, and I’ve seen quite a few in 70 years.

Experiencia fantástica: My family and I have been going there for 9 yrs. It’s the best place to go. Very professional. Great customer service. We love it. Highly recommended it.

Experiencia fantástica: Truly enjoyed my experience with Spring Pearl Dental. Dr McElvary is extremely gentle and knowledgeable. The office manager, front desk and the hygienist were superb ! I have no complaints about the service I received and trust them with my care. I definitely recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Mac is very gracious and listened my concerns about my breathing and my crown that has given me issues for years. Since the replacement, I am no longer having any pain in that tooth. I am looking forward to working with her in the future for my apnea concerns. Erica is awesome as well. She answered my texts and was accommodateing with scheduling. Thank you Spring Pearl Dental.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience Very thorough dentist State of the art technology Good finesse on exam Will be moving the family over to here

Experiencia negativa: Dissatisfied with the service, this place was highly recommended by somebody very close to me, but my experience did not live up to the recommendation, despite the good technology and the good treatment with patients, I asked for a routine dental cleaning and they did nothing, they only showed me the X-rays, a 3D panoramic of my teeth, some questions and recommendations and that is it, the doctor did not do the cleaning itself, I felt they rather concentrated on a question I asked them about making a small smile design, showing me their high prices, to be honest plenty disappointed, in a nutshell, I left this place the same as when I entered, they did not give me what I asked for.

Experiencia fantástica: My five year old son had his first ever dentist appointment this morning. The whole experience was fantastic. Everyone there, including the office manager Erika, hygienist Niki, and Dr. Mac, were so kind and thorough. My son and I both left excited to come back. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Great location! Excellent service and helpful front desk!

Experiencia fantástica: I love my new dentist! They spent the time to address staining during my first cleaning, which made me feel like not smiling as much. The dental hygienist does an amazing job. The front-end staff is so sweet and helpful. I have a chipped tooth that needed to be rebonded, and I have so much anxiety over it. I was so nervous about how it'll look and if it'll last. Dr. Mac did a wonderful job fixing it. It feels sturdy, like it might actually stand up to the challenge of using it to bite instead of avoiding it for fear it might break. Although I'll probably still avoid it just to protect it. The shape is so nice and feels/looks symmetrical. I can't show my thanks enough for her taking the time to utilize her skills to give me confidence back to smile.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is super friendly and helpful! I loved how they kept me informed about everything that was being done and being 35 weeks pregnant they talked back and forth with my OB to make sure everything was done safely for me and the baby

Experiencia fantástica: Best Dental place I’ve been to by far!!Their technology is amazing! Staff is friendly and easy to talk to as well!

Experiencia fantástica: I had my first visit today, I have had horrible experiences with dentists which kept me away from taking care of my teeth I finally feel like I have found the right place, everyone was very sweet and patient. They were also VERY informative and actually listened instead of blowing me off and try to make me agree to plans that cost over $10,000. Instead they put the important stuff first and made a plan so I'm not coming out of pockets soooo much all at once.

Experiencia fantástica: My family has been using Spring Pearl for year's friendly, professional, highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I really liked Dr McElravy and all the staff. I am so glad that the dentist that I was going to no longer accepts my insurance forcing me to change, best move ever!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient of Spring Pearl Dental since 2015. I have been very happy with Dr. McElravy and her staff and my dental treatment during this time. I just finished with Invisalign treatment. My teeth look amazing thanks to their care!

Experiencia fantástica: Coming from a person with dental anxiety, this place has completely changed that for me! Everything about this place was great from the assistants to the Dr & Ms.Erica! They don’t force anything on you and work with whatever dental work you feel comfortable with. I have now even changed my daughter’s pediatric dentist to this one for these reasons. I wish I would’ve found this place sooner!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff is fantastic. I've only been once but have a really great impression.

Experiencia fantástica: So thankful for Dr. Mac and the team there! I had an accident where I fell off my electric scooter and broke two teeth and fractured a third. It was also on my birthday and I had dinner arrangements that evening, so I was crushed with the timing of the accident. Dr. Mac and the staff graciously stayed after hours to fix me up, and now I can say my teeth look so good!! So thankful for Dr. Mac and the welcoming staff there that always make me leave their office with a smile.

Experiencia fantástica: Love Spring Pearl Dental. I came here for a second opinion on some dental work I needed done. I've been with my previous Dental office for over 20 years and I am now switching and being a patient to Spring Pearl Dental because the quality of their work , the professionalism, the reasonable cost and the care they give is outstanding . I will say coming to spring Pearl dental and getting the second opinion was the best thing I've done for myself and my dental options. It's totally worth my 45 minute drive to come to them, I highly recommend spring Pearl Dental.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely AMAZING experience. Dr. Mac is so nice, gentle, and very professional. She really knows what she's doing and does amazing work. Erica at the front desk is so comforting about the work that's to be done and very professional as well. The entire team and staff is GREAT. Would 100% refer all my friends and family here.

Experiencia fantástica: Took my 17 yr old based on my experience with this office. They delivered on all points of technology, experience and ability to create an atmosphere of comfort and making the customer the most important person in the world. My son absolutely loved it. I’d recommend Spring Pearl to everyone .

Experiencia fantástica: I really enjoyed meeting everyone and being treated so nicely. Look forward to my next visits.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr McElvary is always so thorough explaining every detail of the dental procedures. Erica is always so welcoming. I used to come here around 2018, glad I’m back, everything is as professional as it’s always been. Definitely recommend Spring Dental for anyone that has the usual “dentist anxiety”, these people will put your heart and mind at ease! Also love that they have calming worship songs in the background, love it!

Experiencia fantástica: Spring Pearl Dental has such friendly and welcoming staff! The office is clean and beautifully decorated. Most importantly, everyone was so wonderful at working with my husbands anxiety he has at the dentists office. Also, with all of their great dental gadgets they were able to go over and discuss possible sleep issues. Thank you Spring Pearl Dental!

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly, efficient office staff. I didn't have to fill out endless useless new patient forms, just simple online forms before I arrived. Pleasant office space. Technology and equipment for a wide variety issues. Dr. MacElravy gave easy to understand explanation of my situation.

Experiencia fantástica: Spring Pearl is so wonderful! I had my herd of boys (2 toddlers and a newborn) with me today for my cleaning and appliance fitting. The technicians and Dr. Mac were so helpful and kind to my boys and I, as always. They were incredibly patient with my toddler's wiggles and inquisitive nature, jumping in to help with them while I had x-rays, CT scan, and my dental cleaning itself. They are always sensitive to time, excellent in care, and thoughtful with all that they do. I am grateful for them and my boys are excited to go back for their own appointments!

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly staff and most gentle dentist I’ve ever had. Amazing service

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Mac and her entire office take dentistry to a whole new level. Everyone is welcoming, professional, and kind! From teeth cleaning to complex dental procedures, we’ve never had a bad experience! We love Spring Pearl Dental!

Experiencia fantástica: A great dentist. I have been coming here for years and every time I come here the service is excellent. Everyone in the office is pleasant and happy hygienist was very gentle and calm. Best dentist office I’ve ever been to. I would recommend Dr. McElravy to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been coming here for years and I always feel very taken care of. I moved about 30 minutes away, but I’ll continue making the drive because I know the experience and care is worth it.

Experiencia fantástica: As always highly professional yet treats you like family. We won’t go anywhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional and stress free visit. Dr. Mac and her staff are great!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Very sweet and patient with my stubborn self. Thank you so much for your compassion.

Experiencia positiva: Kind and considerate staff. Knowledgeable and caring Dentist that focuses on issues and not extra services. Taking my teen here. Thanks!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Mcelravy and staff were friendly, empathetic, and professional. They were respectful of my dental needs and well being. Highly recommend them for dental services

Experiencia fantástica: My son was there for a regular visit . He is always well taken care of . The staff and Dr. Mcelravy are very attentive, gentle and thorough ! No wait time .

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Mac! There’s no judgement, just honest conversation and amazing care. They understand my fears about the dentist, and work with me. Thank you, Ericka for making payments so easy!! Highly Recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Update on my review after a year: Dr. Mac and her team are still very amazing and I am so very thankful to find a great dentist and staff who know what they are doing and their prices are fair! To say this place was great would be an understatement! After consulting with Dr. Mac as she throughly examined my mouth and airway i was blown away... all of this detail and this is a normal patient consultation, wow! Ive worked in the dental field for many years now and have yet to meet a dentist like her! Very excited to begin and continue treatment with her! Very impressed and highly recommend!
