Experiencia fantástica: We were referred to Dr. Stephens because my almost 2 year old son and a tongue tie that needed to be released. From the first phone call, until getting the all clear, we had phenomenal service. Melissa was an absolute angel to work with and answered all my questions, and i felt so taken care of. Dr. Stephens, hands down the best doctor we have worked with. He was so informative and patient with my son. I felt so informed and prepared every step of the day. Even though it’s a drive for me, I decided to move my son’s full dental care to Dr. Stephen’s because of how they treated us for his procedure.

Experiencia fantástica: We LOVE this office for our kids. They have made having four kids in orthodontics completely manageable for our family. Appointments are fast, but thorough. The office is happy, clean, and bright. The staff is warm and welcoming every time! Appointments are booked to maximize convenience for multiple kids, and the finance staff are so thorough, clear, and provide plenty of options. Kolbi will make you feel like you’re right at home with old friends, and Stephanie is always making sure we know what to expect now and at the next visit. My oldest is out of braces, and we had a five star experience beginning to end. We moved here for dentistry after having such a great experience with orthodontics, and can say equally good things about them. If any of your kids experience medical/dental anxiety, THIS is the place to be.

Experiencia fantástica: Had a wonderful experience with all the staff at Pediatric Dental Specialists. It was my son's first time after hopping from dentistry to dentistry. My son is very nervous and does not like to go to the dentist at all. I've tried several "pediatric" dental places and no one had treated and spoken so kindly and patiently to my son. I've had to stop treatment at other places because they lose their patience with him. Thank you so much for going above and beyond to make my sons first appointment here go so well and so smoothly. This will be my son's new permanent dental office from now on. A special thanks to Elizabeth for going through every step of the way with us during our appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: Our 5 year old absolutely LOVED visiting the dentist. Everyone we met was so kind and considerate and the office was very clean. Lots of toys and activities in every room to keep the kids occupied. My 3yr old kept asking when her turn was and had a smile the entire time. Both kids didn’t want to leave!!! Looking forward to their next appointments. UPDATE- Didn’t think we could appreciate them any more but they always go above and beyond. During Covid, my son had to have a tooth pulled and honestly, it was the easiest thing ever. They explained everything so he (7yrs old) understood and he wasn’t scared at all. Not only that, but I had been on chemo and was struggling with thrush which had extended down my throat. I couldn’t eat or drink without severe pain. The Dr noticed I was in discomfort and without prompting offered to take a look and even gave me some of his personal protein shakes to try and get something in me. He also got me what I needed to help fix the problem which was huge because I had been to 3 doctors and no one was as helpful as him. Recommend this office to everyone!

Highly Recommend Dr. White's Team (Especially Grace) Finding an orthodontist when your child has high anxiety can be incredibly challenging, as appointments often lead to high stress. We are beyond thankful to have found Dr. White and his entire team. They are consistently patient and understanding, proving that they care about more than just our son's teeth. A special shout-out must go to Grace! She is absolutely wonderful with my son. She consistently goes above and beyond to make his experience positive. Grace is patient enough to take plenty of time answering all of his questions and is excellent at noticing when he needs a break, allowing them as required without rushing. This level of personalized care has made a huge, positive difference for our family and significantly reduces his anxiety around these necessary appointments. If you have a child who struggles with dental anxiety, this is the team you need. We truly appreciate their compassionate approach.

Experiencia fantástica: I can't say enough about everyone at Pediatric Dental Specialists. My daughter had an overbite along with some crooked teeth. Dr. White's assessment was spot on. Her braces came off a couple of weeks ago and her teeth look perfect! The retainers are perfect and she got used to wearing them in no time. It's so convenient to be able to book the dentist during orthodontics visits. The technicians and all the staff are fantastic.

Experiencia fantástica: Every person we encountered at this office has been WONDERFUL! My 7 year old daughter needed some pretty extensive work done and Dr Stephens was gentle and not critical at all when explaining what needed to be done with my daughter’s teeth. In the lead up to the big appointment there was plenty of communication and information given and opportunities to ask questions. On the day of the procedure there was SO much communication! I got a chance to talk to the anesthesiologist who thoroughly explained what was going to happen and got to ask any questions. They were very sensitive about not doing anything to scare my daughter in relation to needles or anything and during the procedure I was given several updates and kept well aware of everything that was going on. After she woke up the entire office staff was kind and attentive and especially Ms. Melissa who was basically at our beck and call! They sent us with a thoughtful gift for my daughter and I was reached out to no less than three times over the phone in the first 24 hours to check on my daughters well being! I would recommend this office to ANYONE with children! They really care about what they do and it shows!

Experiencia negativa: This place deserves negative stars if you ask me!! Do not take your child here they literally will just steal money from you. Barely tried to fill my daughters cavity then we had to pay over 1k for a anesthesiologist to come in where they found more cavities and instead of just filling them while she was asleep they let her wake up to tell me I have to pay AGAIN for the anesthesiologist plus another 1k for the other cavities!! All together almost 4k for a 6 year old! I have 5 children and have neverrr had cavity issues with any of them.

My 6yr old son has always been terrified of the dentist so I wasn’t sure how the visit would go. From the moment we arrived everyone was very welcoming. Now let’s get to the amazing doctor & assistants!! The assistants were very gentle & patient with my son. The doctor was exactly the same!! The way they handled my son with so much care was truly impressive!! My son had oral sedation to have 4 teeth removed. My child didn’t even flinch when it was time for his procedure!! He didn’t cry or anything & I know it’s all because of the way he was spoken to about what was happening & how well they handled him!! This office came highly recommended & I got to experience exactly why. I had visited a few offices prior but they didn’t seem to be the right fit. I’ve found my son’s dental home at PDS. Thank you PDS!! You guys are amazing!!

Experiencia fantástica: What a magical place! Every staff member from receptionist to assistant to dentist and hygienist was warm, patient, encouraging, and engaging. These pros really understand and clearly love kids!! My 2 year old son was immediately put at ease even though he'd previously had a bad experience at a different place that was in-network (PASS Smile in Spring) and did not want to go to the dentist ever again. Even though my HMO wouldn't cover us I will gladly pay out-of-pocket to keep bringing him here. Even without the [very generous] new patient special, it's really not that expensive and the receptionist will give you a straight-forward price on the phone before you even book it (thanks for everything, Pam!). Wish we'd come here from the start and looking forward to returning in 6 months.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. White and Dr. Stephens are the best! My son had a serious injury on Saturday night. Dr. white and Dr. Stephens treated my son that night due to the extent of his injuries. While my momma heart was in silent panic both Drs eased my anxiety and took excellent care of him. My son is in orthodontic treatment with Dr. White. He was able to assist Dr Stephens to reset his teeth. They were a perfect team! They explained to my son and myself and to my husband step by step what they were doing throughout the treatment. We are forever thankful for Dr. White and Dr. Stephens. It was a Saturday night and they were able to treat my son without hesitation. Tears are rolling down my cheeks as I type this review. The treatment our son received by both Dr. White and Dr. Stephens was top notch. I highly recommend them! They are a blessing to us! They will hold a special place in our hearts! My husband and I and our son Aaron thank you Dr White and Dr Stephens! May God bless you both!

He and Wendy were very patient and reassuring to my 6 year old daughter. We have been coming here since she was a toddler. Dr. Ricks explained everything he was doing to my daughter in a way that should could understand. I believe his bedside manner and methods are exactly what kept her calm. He also made me feel at ease know she had a caring patient and dentist. Early POSITIVE dental experiences are so important and Dr. Ricks made that happen for my daughter! Thank you! I highly recommend this location! Original Review-2020 This place was AMAZING. The area is nice, the facility is clean, new, and welcoming. I noticed a “National Park/Wildlife” theme immediately. The bathroom was very clean and they even had extra diapers in there. I thought that was pretty thoughtful and accommodating, you never know when your little one may have an emergency or something. All of the workers were extremely friendly and professional. I feel that is very important considering your typical family has several options in regards to choosing a dentist. I highly recommend this location. We had Dr. Pittman and he was very kind and patient with our 16 month old. I cannot remember our dental assistant/hygienist’s name but she was great as well. They even took a picture and printed it out for our daughter to have as a keep sake, for a Mom that likes to document everything- that meant a lot to me. Thank you all for the terrific experience! Looking forward to her second visit.

I work insurance and I had never deal with an office that worries so much to make sure patients are informed of their financial responsibility before services are being rendered. Kudos to you. Experiencia fantástica: Wow! This dental/ortho office is the most well-oiled medical establishment I’ve ever been to! Our experience began when working with the very nice employee who set up our appointment. She was so warm on the phone. The incredible experience continued when we entered the office with the friendly faces at the front desk. Colby, the ortho assistant, gave us a tour (which has never happened anywhere) and walked us through the ortho appt. She is a gem in this office- the perfect balance of friendly and professional. Dr. White was incredibly knowledgeable and answered questions with patience. I felt very comfortable with the pediatric orthodontics process after the information he shared. The best part? A sweet dog named Coco who cuddles patients. The experience continued when we headed over to the dental portion of our visit with Sarah (hygienist). She was helpful and kind too. Dr. Miles (dentist) had the best energy and was also very good at her job too! We were thankful we had her as our new dentist because she made the process smooth. I’m so glad we were referred here and look forward to future visits.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. White is the go-to person for braces. He is very patient and good at what he does. I didn't wear my rubber bands as often as I was supposed to, which lengthened my stay at their office, but this did not phase Dr. White. Unlike what other orthodontists would've done, he waited until I had the perfect smile to remove the braces. Also, the staff there is always very professional and nice. Great place.

One of my sons wears braces and the treatment is working perfectly. They gave him all the instructions in such a positive way that my son has found the process very easy and he is happy!

They let me show up the same day and got her fixed within 15 minutes. The front staff was so friendly and welcoming offering us cold water after the heat from outside. Experiencia fantástica: My daughter loved getting her braces with Dr. White. He goes out of his way to explain each and every step. Putting the braces on and taking the braces off was a painless process. My wife and I appreciated the little things like his bone scan to tell us how much she had left to grow and the “gratitude program” where she had to show us appreciation for the gift of straight teeth. My daughter’s dentist said she had the healthiest gums of anyone he’d seen post braces. This is a direct result of the instruction Dr. White gave every visit and the plan he executed perfectly. Overall she finished a month ahead of his initial estimate. My daughter says her bite feels great. And her smile looks perfect! I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. White.

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot recommend this group enough! Since our daughter’s very first visit in 2019, to now taking our son for his first visit, every single time in between has been amazing. We are so lucky to have found Dr. Pittman and Shap, the most amazing hygienist! The staff is overall very welcoming as well, they always find a way to make my daughter smile. Dr. Pittman is great, and involves my daughter in our conversation & listens when all she wants to do is talk about “Elsa” and unicorns. Shap explains what she’s doing and what each instrument is for. She is so good at communicating with her, that my little girl is comfortable during each cleaning now. She actually looks forward to seeing Dr. Pittman & Shap!

Experiencia fantástica: We have been patients here for about 7 years... since my son was 3. They are so amazing with the kids. They don't make a child feel bad if they are nervous and never guilt them. They have so, so many techniques and resources to make the whole experience as positive as possible. They keep the parent with their child all the time and totally in the loop about what is happening and why. I have nothing but good to say from the front end staff to the hygienist and dentist. I wish I had had dentist like this when I was a kid!!! Or even now!!!

Made me feel clam and explained every little detail thank you so much the procedure was fast less then 5mins including the numbing part my baby barely cried I think the worst part was them in his mouth and putting the numbing medication on I will be returning In the future

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter has seen Dr Pitman for regular dentistry for 4 years now and has very recently completed 32 months of braces with Dr White in the Orthodontic side. Though the orthodontics were a long journey because that's just how long it can take sometimes, Dr White and his staff made it the most pleasant of experiences. They kept it light and fun in the room but told my daughter exactly what was happening and why, my daughter would research new jokes to share every visit because she thought Dr White needed the help! It was a great distraction from the inevitable discomfort that comes with braces and adjustments. At the same time they delivered a professional, thorough, and safe service, I recommend PDS wholeheartedly as a dental and orthodontic practice, even the reception and checkout staff are a pleasure to see every visit!

With his expertly designed, meticulous and precise treatment for my older son Michael, he was able to correct a serious orthodontic problem that would otherwise require a special surgery that could have cost us $20,000. Our son’s level of self-esteem is now higher, in no small part to Dr. White’s amazing expertise and skill. Now, that is a feat only a small fraction of highly trained gifted orthodontists would be able to accomplish.
