Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Taylor is the best dentist I’ve encountered in many years. He has excellent “ bedside manners” which eased my concerns and helped me to relax. For many years, I dreaded going to the dentist but Dr. Taylor has help restore my trust. He provided instructions every step of the way and seemed to have a genuine concern for how I was doing during the procedure. The office staff are friendly and seem to work well with one another. I really wish there were more dentist who actually cared about patients vs insurance benefits.

Experiencia negativa: This place is scam. They confirmed before my appointment that they were in network with my insurance. After getting $150 from my insurance billed out of network (for a cleaning and X-rays only) they said I owe the remaining $300. Yet they have a new patient cleaning special for $99 and are unwilling to adjust the price from a total of $450 to a more reasonable amount for a cleaning. As an active duty military family it is a shame that no resolution can be made. Even after the office managers response below, they have made no attempt to apologize or reach a resolution.

Experiencia negativa: I am extremely frustrated with the management and scheduling at Springwoods Market Dental. For weeks I have had to repeatedly adjust my routine cleaning appointment because of an ongoing issue with a crown they installed that has been causing me significant pain. Although they have “worked me in” to address the discomfort, the office appears incapable of managing their calendar effectively. As an existing patient dealing with pain caused by their own work, I was told they are booked out for months and cannot see me for my scheduled cleaning. It is unacceptable to prioritize scheduling chaos over timely care and reliable follow up. Their lack of flexibility and poor organization have turned a simple cleaning into an ongoing headache. I would not recommend this office if you value timely care or dependable service.

Experiencia positiva: Have been going every 3 months for over 2 years for perio maintenance with Thida who is amazing Today was told there are no appts for the rest of the year and the office manager who seems to be new with attitude said I could just see someone else and walked away. I have anxiety about the dentist which is why I love Thida seeing someone new is not an option for me but the manager had not a care in the world about this so extremely poor management

What I appreciate most is her gentle technique—she never applies too much pressure or causes discomfort, which I’ve experienced with other office hygienists in the past. Thida is very attentive and thoughtful. She remembers past conversations, which makes each visit feel more personal and welcoming. She always checks in to make sure I’m comfortable and seems to anticipate what I need during the appointment. She is truly a great addition to Dr. Taylor’s team. I also appreciate how accommodating she was when I had to cancel last minute due to illness—she made the effort to help find another appointment that fit my schedule. I’m very grateful for her care and highly recommend her.

A special shoutout goes to the dental assistant, Amanda, she definitely made a difference in my experience. She is incredibly knowledgeable and has a way of explaining things in a simple way. She always took the time to walk me through what to expect, answer questions, and make sure I felt comfortable moving forward. That level of communication is so important, especially when you’re committing to a long term treatment plan and every step is seems like a big step. Experiencia negativa: Avoid like the plague. Unprofessional team. We had appointment scheduled for the 10th. They claim they sent a message to reschedule our appointment. They didn't. Text message history attached. They simply sent a non-descript text saying we should schedule our overdue cleaning. We were confused and CALLED THEM back to inquire and were told it was a standard automated email sent to everyone, we should ignore it and THAT WE STILL HAVE OUR APPOINTMENT. Alas, came the dated day, we show up and what should we be greeted with? An unapologetic "we canceled your appointment, how about you come back 3 weeks later?". My time isn't free, my work schedule isn't your plaything.

Experiencia fantástica: I just have to say, yesterday was my first day being a patient here and I worked with Heidi and Dr.Taylor on my first day, the experience they both gave me was nothing like I’ve ever experienced before in a dental office. The kindness, care, patience and comfort they deliver is beyond what I could’ve imagined receiving at a dental office. A root canal felt like a day at the spa with friends. Some needed self care, with minimal if any blimps along the way. I knew right away it would be a different experience by the way Heidi checked in and made sure I had the most comfort during my procedure. Dr.Taylor’s bedside manner just overall elevated the entire experience. He consistently checked in and made sure to advocate for me to speak on if anything hurt along the way, which for me was so different than the offices I’m used to. I immediately recommended my spouse and she came the day after to start her treatment plan and said the same. I would never go anywhere else after the treatment and kindness I was showed here. I also want to add, I’ve had 3 other dentists/dental surgeons work on me this year alone, Dr.Taylor is so light handed it feels like he doesn’t even apply pressure to you. It’s hard to understand any other dental practice after seeing that it can be done in the way he works, he’s incredible and so is all of his staff. The team who worked with me today was also wonderful, my appreciation goes out to every single member of that office, from start to finish they make you feel part of the family. Thank you again.

Dr Johnny Taylor was a notch above the rest. He made me feel like I had known him for years. That level of customer experience is hard to match. The professionalism and friendliness of the whole staff is unique. I am already looking forward to my next appointment.

I'm extremely happy with my treatment and the time that Dr. Taylor spent with me to explain future treatments. Experiencia fantástica: **Giant Fear of Dentist** UNTIL NOW! So, I wanted to start off by saying my fear of dentists is pretty bad and my anxiety peaks being in the chair! Vi, my hygienist, the dentist, and the entire staff are just phenomenal! Vi especially, she had such patience and grace with me and I really appreciate her! I even scheduled a cleaning because I feel really good! Thank you so much, Springwoods Market Dental Care, for putting me at ease and allowing me to feel comfortable coming regularly!

Experiencia fantástica: I was greeted by a friendly front desk staff and was called back at my appointment time. Waiting room had coffee and water which was a nice touch. The dental hygienist was very polite and thorough with cleaning my teeth. She took the time to explain everything she saw on the X-rays and the gum exam and told me up front that my dental insurance would not pay for the fluoride treatment which would cost me, out of pocket, $28. Dr Taylor has a great chair side manner mixed with some light humor which put me at ease. He has a conservative approach to dentistry and only recommends procedures if he really thinks they are necessary. He took the time to recommend an ultrasonic toothbrush (told me it was not necessary to buy an expensive one) and a water pik. I left feeling glad I did my homework because I found a great dentist and wonderful staff. Absolutely loved the Christian music being played and the Easter decorations in the exam room. Highly recommend Dr Taylor and Springwoods Market Dental Care.
