He is great at what he does. His staff and team are also just as amazing as he is. They are very friendly, made me feel comfortable, and answered all my questions. If you are looking for a dentist, Dr. Memmott is great!

Experiencia negativa: I scheduled an appointment and when I showed up at my scheduled time, the office was closed. I called and was told that they have multiple office locations and they weren’t at that office today. I was told to drive 25 minutes to their other office. Why would you not share that you have multiple offices when I schedule the appointment?!

Experiencia negativa: The office staff is extremely friendly. On the other hand Dr. Memmott is a condescending jerk with a horrible chair side manner. Replacement dentures were quoted as $10k! That’s just the snap in dentures. Not new implants. Very disappointed.

Experiencia fantástica: I was very satisfied with the process Dr. Memmott let me know every step of the process as we went and made me feel less scared about getting a tooth pulled. Hopefully, I don’t need another one pulled, but he would be definitely the first on my list.

I drive 30 miles from where I live to see him (started at his office when I lived close-by but didn't switch when I moved).

So I was one of Dr. Memmott's more challenging cases, to say the least. But he has a comforting and professional demeanor that gained my trust. He is patient and he listens to your concerns. I had some extractions, implants and bridges with no pain at all and I was awake the entire time. The results were beautiful! All the staff are amazing but one in particular I have to mention is Lucia, the dental assistant. She is so warm, compassionate, knowledgeble and professional. She explained everything thoroughly and encouraged me thru tbe whole process. I highly recommend Dr. Memmott to anyone.

The receptionist and assistant were warm and professional, and meeting Dr. Memmott himself was truly reassuring. I had previously been told elsewhere that I urgently needed a crown and deep cleaning. However, Dr. Memmott carefully examined my teeth and told me my oral hygiene was excellent—9.5 out of 10—and that the crown wasn’t urgent at all. He explained that if it were his own mouth, he’d simply monitor it every six months. His honesty and professionalism truly impressed me. I’m beyond grateful for his integrity and now fully trust this office going forward. It’s rare to find a place where honesty comes first, and I’m so happy I did.

Experiencia fantástica: It’s not the technical expertise that keeps me coming back to the office ( although they are excellent ). It’s the amazing people here. The staff treats you like family! My daughter am I have been coming here for years.

Experiencia negativa: The facility in Spring is nice and new-looking. The staff is friendly, but they have poor communication. I left several messages about moving a procedure earlier to fix a broken crown and didn't get a response for a week. When I texted and emailed following up they nothing. Then a text saying they were out of the office for a week. A week?! A non-holiday week. But no messages during the week saying they're gone? Not even an out of the office message and no mention of they're planned vacation in any of my previous communication. I got ghosted again after I asked if they could get me in the day they returned to the office. Lo and behold I got a call the day the following Monday. They can get me in but the doctor isn't in to prescribe the medication in time. What a waste of a an exam visit and all the time I waited to hear back from them. I could've seen another dentist office for my time-sensitive procedure. Plus, during my exam, they told me my insurance didn't cover any of my crown which I thought was very weird but who am I to argue? Then after a left the office and started driving home they called me saying they made a mistake. My insurance does cover crowns . I suggest the dentist gets staff who are more on top of it.

Experiencia fantástica: All dentists scare me - equally; but this one caught on quick, and did something about it without my even noticing it. Dr. Memmott, in a few conversations, sized me up, engaged me, and dealt with my insecurities effortlessly. I entrusted him with everything, and knew i made the right choice when - - - early appointment for a long procedure, he offered to put me out (anesthetically), but i prefer 'local' only, to keep my wits about me. Well, i drink the kind of coffee that 'wakes up the dead' EVERY MORNING, but i felt so safe and secure in his hands, that i slept through quite a bit of that procedure! And many years later, i still have that same sense of calm, and reassuredness everytime i walk into his office. And don't even get me started on his staff, i could sing their praises all day long.

His staff even made several follow up calls to make sure I was not having any issues after the procedure. I was able to have the conscious sedation medication for the actual surgery portion, so needless to say don't really remember anything about that. The rest of the appointments and procedures were painless and my new tooth fit amazingly perfect with absolutely no adjustment. I would highly recommend Dr. Memmott.

A 5-10 minute delay is understandable - if my appointment wasn’t one of the 1st of the day…. I’m the patient who arrives 5-10 minutes early, so I don’t impact other appointments. I guess I’ll change my schedule to incorporate “jit” (just in time). Won’t have to take as much time off of work.

Through consultation Dr Memmott determined I needed 4 implants to replace the missing teeth and crowns for the broken teeth! Experiencia fantástica: I had a filling come out on Thursday evening. I called Dr Memmont's office the next morning and was able to get an appointment first the following Monday. The Dental assist called me early for my appointment, took x-rays, and got everything prepared for Dr Memmont. He examined the tooth, discussed what needed to be done, fortunately only replacing the filling, and did the work.

Unfortunately the procedure I need is very costly and although I have insurance they are out of my network. They tried to make it work for me nonetheless.
