Experiencia fantástica: America’s Family Dental staff was so friendly and welcoming starting with my walk in with Tish. There were cancellations prior to my visit, they offered those slots to me. I was super early to my appointment, they started on me within 5 minutes. The oral Xrays by Brooke and the cleaning by Jennifer were amazing! Jennifer explained each step and answered my questions effectively!! The wait for the Dr. wasn’t too bad and he was in and out. With this being my first visit here I’m loving it so far!

Today while working on me I felt a little pain he immediatelly noticed my reaction, stopped asked about it, and gave me little more numbing agent and told me a funny story about his first tooth extraction in Dental school, while the numbing agent took affect. GOTTA LOVE them!

Experiencia fantástica: I woke up in pain from a broken tooth, called the after hours number crying. Missy answered and was so sweet and calmed me down. She had me show up at 8 and ask for Tish, who was also very sweet and ready for me as soon as I got there. Then I was taken back to the room and Kitty was the dental assistant helping me, she made me feel so comfortable and was so helpful throughout the examination process, and again, she was another sweet smiling face. Then Dr. Flores came in and went over my options and just put me at ease, because let’s face it going to the dentist can be scary! After my experience today, I would highly recommend this practice and this team to anyone who asks.

Experiencia negativa: My husband has visited this office for couple of years. He had all his regular cleaning and check up done every three to four months. Two months ago, he felt discomfort in his lower back teeth. During his visit he told the dentist his issue. The dentist said everything was fine. However, my husband still felt very uncomfortable about his teeth. He asked me to check it. I found out a big gap. If it is so obvious to me, it should be obvious to the professionals too. I don’t think they care about you, only your hard earned money. Save your pain and stay away from this place!

Experiencia fantástica: My Initial visit was on 12/8 with this Dental office and the front desk was very accommodating. Cheryl, the hygienist, performed the X-rays and cleaning procedure flawlessly with absolutely no discomfort. She offered great advice and recommendations for treatment and care. Dr. Flores was able to offer a maintenance plan to address some issues and an orthodontic plan that will definitely solve some long-term issues. Looking forward to my next visit in March 2024.

Experiencia negativa: After going here 2 years without any issues, I had a bad experience in February of 2023 but waited to write the review until after I saw another dentist. I have had one cavity in my life and that was 30+ years ago (and I am not sure if that dentist actually found one as that was before the internet accountability) so when Dr. Flores told me I had a cavity I waited to get it filled. Glad I did, as I went to another dentist with all the newer state of the art equipment and he could not find a cavity. I asked the basic questions of my new dentist is there anything that could be a future cavity or might raise suspicion or that other dentists might be concerned with and my new dentist said he couldn't find anything that would even raise a concern.

Experiencia negativa: I saw this dentist back in 2013 and I am STILL paying for how badly he screwed up my mouth. Told me to replace old fillings only to be left in so much pain that I couldn’t eat for weeks and weeks. I’m still getting root canals to fix the damage he did when he “fixed” my fillings. My bite was so off after that I had to get braces as an adult. I did not need braces before seeing him. I would say I’ve spent upwards of $25,000, yes, thousand, trying to get out of pain. Do NOT use this doctor.

Experiencia fantástica: If you have a fear of going to the dentist, you can put your fears to rest. My brother had an emergency situation with broken teeth that became infected. They worked him in, even though he had never been there before. The entire staff is very friendly and professional. They make sure you are at ease and that you feel no pain, and their prices are reasonable. My brother has gone to them a few times now, and it's always the same. They were recommended by a friend of mine, and I would highly recommend them to anyone I know!

Experiencia negativa: They gave me a huge bill with good insurance and I went to another dentist and he chrged me almost half of what they offered, would not go back just for friendly staff.

The vibrating mouth device, before the shot…is genius. Both my husband and I came in with a whole mouth of issues and they walked us through all the details being very transparent as well as informing on costs along the way. We have started using their ortho side which I know will be just as fun and easy. I appreciate these people and I highly recommend giving them a try.

Experiencia negativa: Beware - this dentist claims there are cavities when there are none. My son recently went and we were told he had one cavity in an area he had been 'watching'. My son is 17 and never had a cavity until he came to this dentist a year ago. I decided to get another opinion, which revealed no cavities (after x-rays and an exam). I just wish I did this before the other two 'cavities' he had filled. Additionally, I had an onlay fall off on a weekend. Not only did the on-call person not call me back, but when I called on Monday, I was told that the office was closed because multiple people had personal emergencies and that they couldn't get me in for over a week.

Missy and everybody behind the front desk are all wonderful here and really work with you, and give you options about aligning your budget and the treatment plan which works best for you. Dr. Flores has been great when I have to see him also, he is really busy but always has taken the time to explain your options and listen to all your questions.
