Experiencia negativa: I have had mixed experiences with this location but it's the one my grandfather went to, the good, the receptionists are nice and respectful and understanding which I appreciate, the bad, I went in for some followup work and a cleaning and I am informed they have a new dentist which for this location seems to happen a lot for some reason, I go in for the appointment and the dentist does not introduce himself, doesn't shake my hand like all the other dentists have when meeting a patient and just has the attitude of he doesn't want to be there, says that I need a crown but might have to extract which I don't want but whatever, leaves after only a few minutes, the dentist assistant which I have been seen by before and is genes pretty rude and almost seems to enjoy causing pain doesn't clean my teeth and only Polishes them and proceeds to be so rough that it hurts like last time, she uses that spike tool they have to even prod at my gums and even lectures me about how to do this and that and I am like get me away from you, you are hurting me and I don't need a lecture from you, after I get home I had to take painkillers because the dentist assistant was again very rough and not gentle at all and I still haven't had my teeth cleaned, I dread being seen by that dentist assistant again because she is not pleasant and should not be seeing patients until she learns to be gentle and not rough and not lecture patients.

Experiencia fantástica: I really love taking my kids to this dentist office because they are really nice and friendly. They always make us feel welcome and they are very quick and professional. I was in there today to have my tooth extracted and they always make sure I am comfortable and not in pain. To me that makes all the difference! Thank you to all the nurses, staff and of course my doctor!

Experiencia negativa: Went in for jaw pain, they didn't even look in my mouth. Referred me to an oral surgeon for tmj. Turns out I had a massive infection in a tooth.

Experiencia fantástica: This was a great visit, the dentist and all of the technicians and staff were nice, helpful and understanding. I suffer with severe tmj and they worked very well around it! May even be working towards a plan to alleviate or correct the tmj altogether. This is the first time my dentist brought up potential correction with me. Had a filling fixed, cleaning and felt zero pain!

Experiencia negativa: There is no respect for appointment times. They will reschedule you or cancel your appointment if you are late but won’t care if you get seen 30 minutes after your appointment. Wait of our time.

I was curious after talking with other people about a deep cleaning. I went to another dentist to check my teeth. He said I absolutely didn’t have deep cleaning. Not to mention they pulled a tooth when in fact I could’ve got a root canal if the receptionist hadn’t have told me they didn’t do root canals. I don’t know how they’re still in business. The dental board needs to shut them down

Experiencia negativa: I can't believe I was scammed like this at this place. I came to this place about three years ago and had a good experience. I came in for a basic dental cleaning, and they did the job properly a few weeks ago. I started feeling like my teeth needed a cleaning, so I called this place again. I came in for the appointment, and to begin with, the girl who took the x-rays was obviously new. It took her almost an hour to take the x-rays, which is understandable, but there was no one supervising her, and that caught my attention since this isn't my first dental cleaning, and I'm familiar with the process. When she finally got all the pictures the dentist came into the room and to my surprise, it was a new dentist, not the one who cleaned my teeth almost three years ago. He examined my teeth and told me they were in great shape. Just when I thought they were finally going to do the cleaning, the same girl who did the X rays told me she was going to polish my teeth. I asked her, "Don't you have to scale my teeth first?" (which they have always done in all the dental offices I have been to, even in this office when I came three years ago.) And she said no, the dentist just wants them polished. And the worst part is that she didn't even polish my teeth properly; she did the polishing in less than four minutes. It took her an hour to take all the X-rays, and the dental cleaning took four minutes! This is outrageous! Even Google says that a routine dental cleaning doesn't just consist of polishing your teeth, and that's all they did at this place. When I arrived at the front desk the receptionist was already waiting for me with a quote of over $2,000 for the work they claimed my teeth needed. When I explained my experience, she just looked angry and didn't offer to have someone else do the cleaning properly or give me a refund. I'm very upset and definitely don't recommend this place at all.

Experiencia fantástica: Best dentist office I've been to in years. They get you worked in for emergencies and go up and beyond with treatment. I highly recommend this office. They do root canals and extractions and don't have you wait till that specialist is in the rotation.

Experiencia negativa: Four months ago I came here for the first time and got a full deep cleaning and exam done. The staff were amazing and kind and all my anxiety went away. It was stress free and pain free and they made sure I was okay and told me I had only one cavity to take care of. I had a 1:00pm appointment today that I made to take care of that cavity and walked in feeling good in hopes it would be stress free like last time. Man was i wrong. I will credit them on the wait time as I checked in the receptionist was very lovely and got me situated and I only had to wait no more then 5 minutes. A lady takes me to the back into my own room and tells me to wait. So I wait... She came back and asked what was going on and I stated I was there for a cavity and potentially another due to me questioning one of my teeth. She takes a few pictures that take no more then 10 minutes at the most and then tells me I am getting a full exam done and to wait for the xray machine... So I waited... Over 30 minutes goes by and the main dentist came in and poked my teeth which took 2 minutes and then said I needed a deep clean done today and if they have time I can get the cavity taken care of but I have to wait for the lady to give me my estimate. So I explained that I just had it done four months ago and that wasn't my main concern today and that I had been waited over 30 minutes just to get a cavity taken care of and the dentist gave me a bad vibe. In the end I was there in the waiting room for 1 hour and 45 minutes waiting. No filling getting done, no communication happening, no checking up on me just waiting. I understand that dentist are busy and they can't always get to you straight away but the communication got me. Let me know it will be a while to get anything done or check up on me. I didnt even get the xray done. Just a picture and a quick poke for over an hour. I left and I got myself a new dentist already. I was disappointed.

Experiencia negativa: Had a 3:00 appointment to repair the tooth that came out of my denture, figured having someone who specializes in dentures would be better than my getting denture glue and doing it myself. After a 45 minute wait finally got called. Doc looked at it and said it would have to go to their lab and it would take 2 weeks! I can’t be without teeth for two weeks and told him I’d go get the glue at the drugstore and glue it myself. So, 60 seconds with the dentist and they charged me $59! I was not and am not happy.

However, during my recent visit with the new dentist, I was advised that I needed three root canals, two crowns, and a bridge—totaling approximately $7,000. Based on my own understanding and previous assessments, I believe I only need simple fillings for two teeth. Please be cautious—my impression is that the new dentist may be recommending unnecessary treatments to increase costs

He has always been very anxious around dentist visits; the only one of our six children who struggles in this way. Rather than meeting this sweet boy in his anxiety with some kindness, patience, and encouragement, he was instead shamed over his emotional response and told he was being a baby. We were referred to this place by our insurance company and will definitely not be returning.

We figured it might not be a quick fix, but it was as if the dentist was more concerned about other problems in my husband’s mouth that were not as crucial as what he came in for. I took my children here one of my children I was told had many cavities and was going to cost me hundreds to get them filled and another kid I was told had two cavities that would also cost a couple hundred bucks to fix. I decided to get a second opinion for both. For the one with several cavities I took to a pediatric dentist who told me the cavities weren’t so bad and only needed minor fixing. For my other kid I took her to hillwood and was told she had no cavities. I suspect this place is trying to get money but these mistakes can also harm people’s teeth. So I won’t be going back to this dentist.

Experiencia positiva: For the most part they were really good. I have such anxiety with going to the dentist. And they took care of me in a way that was very helpful in the beginning. However, one of the procedures was a cavity and now that tooth is super sensitive and when I told the doctor he kinda blew me off and said it would stop hurting in a few days. It's been 3 weeks and still hurting. I won't return there.

Experiencia negativa: Went in for a simple tooth extraction for a painful tooth and ran into an incompetent dentist who misdiagnosed my swollen gums as an infection and refused to pull one tooth but tried to convince me to pull 3 more. I left without paying and immediately went to another Dentist and he pulled it and confirmed the gums were swollen from chewing food with missing teeth. HE SAID IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A MISTAKE TO REMOVE 4 TEETH AND LEAVE ME WITH NOTHING TO CHEW ON ONE HALF OF MY MOUTH. THIS WOULD HAVE MADE MY GUMS EVEN MORE INFLAMED THAN THEY WERE. WHEN I TOLD HIM WHO MISDIAGNOSED ME, HE WAS NOT SURPRISED. This desperate attempt to upsell and victimize patients is all I need to know about their ethics and competence.

I understand I got a little upset and I when I came back in I apologize to your whole front office about being loud talking to my insurance people but I already knew that my Medicaid would I had $500 to spend on my Medicaid She told me it was three something for my extraction and she told me they wouldn't allow it and the insurance person I talked to in front of her told me yeah I was covered and she was still rude about it that was the billing lady that handles the billing The other receptionist was very sweet and very nice

Experiencia fantástica: I walked in with no appointment not expecting to be seen yesterday, however I was able to receive a deep cleaning by Etham my Dental Hygienist she was fantastic. Numbing stuff, she worked quickly and efficiently. I had not had my teeth cleaned in over 8 years sad to say..she had her work out yesterday. But my teeth feel 100% better and look 100% better. She gave me strict instructions and hope that following her instructions I can prevent and or stop the damage to my gums and teeth from progressing. Dr Tran was great he came in and evacuated my extraction needed and I will be going back. They have options for payments for those needing work done but can’t afford it in one payment. Thank you all! Especially April who made me feel 100% welcome from the moment I entered the office.

Today’s visit was no different and the dentist I saw was awesome he talked me through everything he was doing and was super sweet. He went and did exactly what I wanted which was to have my wisdom tooth removed he was fast and efficient.
