Sprayberry Dental Associates

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Knauer and his son have been around many years. Because they provide exceptional service. Their entire staff is always pleasant and make it an enjoyable experience. Yesterday I had my cleaning done by Ellie, great job. Next work preparation for replacement crown. Maya assisted Dr. Knauer. She is so good and very meticulous. I really love their staff.

Experiencia fantástica: They are always very professional and thorough, hygienist are very sweet and gentle when cleaning.

Experiencia fantástica: Great people doing great work. I always look forward to knowing my wife and I receive excellent service. Thank You

Experiencia fantástica: Very warm and welcoming staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Sprayberry dental provides excellent service to our elderly family member and was so gentle in cleaning her teeth

Experiencia fantástica: Always a pleasure dealing with the dentists, hygienists and staff at Sprayberry Dental. Can't go wrong. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I am thoroughly impressed with this dental office. I came in today and was looking to schedule an appointment asap for an extraction, they moved their schedule around for me which was literally a miracle. I was in and out within an hour. Dr. Knauer was very detailed and patient as he worked on my extractions and I’m forever grateful for him. Excellent customer service from the entire staff as well! Thank you all so much and I will continue to come to this office for all of my dental needs!

Experiencia fantástica: My experience was great. Karen was very nice and gave excellent care. I would recommend this Dental service highly.

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I have been patients for more than 32 years and have always received excellent care. Dr, Knauer is an artist at creating and fitting caps! Cindy is the ideal hygienist and does a thorough, pain-free job. The staff is friendly and professional. If you want a great dentist, this is the place!

Experiencia fantástica: My family has been with Sprayberry Dental for many years. They always meet my expectations. The hygienist Cindy is exceptional and the most knowledgeable staff I have ever dealt with.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Knauer is a dental professional. Always very complete and very gentle. His office entire office is superb. And Karen, the hygienist, she is awesome. Shes does an outstanding job. She's patient, gentle, and makes you feel at ease. Thank you. Dr. Knaura and Karen. You guys are the best....Great service.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going here for years and they absolutely get the job done well. It’s a good place looking to do the right thing and take care of you.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience ✔️

Experiencia negativa: Real Patient Review Here: Monitor your accounts closely. Make sure your insurance's Patient Responsibility on the EOB match what they are balance billing you.

Experiencia fantástica: I find Sprayberry Dental to have very brief waiting, very efficient service and the professional staff as well as the front office are personable yet very professional. The dentist is very detailed in explanation of any issues and what the possible resolve could be.

Experiencia fantástica: My very first visit and I was pleased with the clean environment, the examination, the care plan going forward.

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly, professional staff and awesome dental care. We have been going here as a family for years. Highly recommend Cindi as a hygienist! We drive an hour to come here and she's a HUGE part of the reason we do.

Experiencia negativa: I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at this office. I was told I needed multiple procedures, including recommending me out to an endodontist, and was given a treatment plan that would have cost me a decidedly absurd amount. Something didn’t sit right with me, so I sought a second opinion from another dentist. I was informed that the majority of the recommended services were completely unnecessary. On top of that, I was quoted prices that were significantly higher than what other dental offices in the area charge for the same procedures. It is deeply concerning to think that patients may be pressured into costly and unnecessary treatments. Dental care is expensive and personal, and patients deserve honesty and transparency — not inflated treatment plans. I strongly encourage others to seek a second opinion before agreeing to major work here.

Experiencia negativa: Buyer beware. Every patient is charged a unique rate. You can get two healthy mouth cleanings with xrays for $375 or you can use your insurance and be billed $485, with your balance due at $333 because their rates billed to your insurance are 5x the allowed rates in Marietta.

Experiencia fantástica: We have been patients for over 30 years. They provide the most efficient service from the front desk staff, hygienists to the most experienced and respected dentists. They provide the best preventative care and communication to their patients.

Experiencia fantástica: My family has been going here for years, they are fantastic! Professional, nice, always a good experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Sprayberry Dental Associates are doing all the extra care and cleaning following C.D.C . guidelines by 110 % yes that's correct they are doing extra to keep all safe.

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t say enough good things about my experience here. Jasmine, my dental hygienist, is absolutely incredible. She is kind, patient, thorough, and genuinely caring. She made the entire cleaning comfortable and actually enjoyable, taking the time to explain everything and making sure I felt at ease the whole visit. Dr. K is just as amazing. He is professional, knowledgeable, and approachable. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and the quality of care he provides. He explained things clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel confident in my dental health. From start to finish, this office delivers top notch care with a personal touch. I highly recommend Jasmine and Dr. K to anyone looking for a dental team that truly goes above and beyond. Shout to the team as well- Renee, Stephanie, and Robin!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Always reliable. Friendly staff.

Experiencia fantástica: I love Cindy and Dr. Knauer! I have been their patient for many years and they have taken excellent care of teeth and gums. They are also extremely nice people!

Experiencia fantástica: I've a patient at Sprayberry Dental for 20 years. They have been wonderful Dr. Jeff Knauer and staff are great and very professional. HIGHLY recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: Great dental care is provided at Sprayberry Dental Associates.

Experiencia negativa: I only give two because the dentist was nice. The assistant who did the X-ray and cleaning was extremely rude. I'm not going back. Stay away and do your online research for finding a place. There are a lot of great places out there that their staff treat you with respect.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to Dr. Husney for years. I recently chipped one of my front teeth and thought it might require a crown. In a matter of minutes Dr. Husney had me patched up and it looks great. Couldn't have been more pleased.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent dental office. They have served me for over 25 years.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been a patient here for appropriately 20 years. I've had assorted dental work done and have been pleased with every outcome. Now that I'm retired, I still choose to drive to this office for my 2 cleanings per year and any other work that needs to done. My dental health is excellent, thanks to my personal care along with Dr. Krauer and staff.

Experiencia negativa: Beware - this is the only dental office that has ever charged me to forward copies of my dental history or x-rays. My current dental office says this is highly irregular. Feels like Sprayberry Dental is just out to make a buck when all they have to do is send an email.

Experiencia fantástica: Sprayberry Dental has been the best for over 30 yrs that I have been going there Dr Hussney is superb , and the staff there are always cordial and welcoming

Experiencia fantástica: cleaning was very good and hygienist was very friendly and knowledgeable. Dentist is great.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been with Sprayberry Dental for nearly 20 years. Love his front office staff, hygienists, and Dr. Husney

Experiencia fantástica: Cindi & Dr Husney are the best. My wife & I have been patients for years and I cannot recommend them more highly.

Experiencia fantástica: Great people honest and highly competent will not try to create a needed procedure like some offices. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: The Dental technician did a wonderful job of cleaning my teeth. She was polite, professional, answered my questions. It was a pleasant experience. The Dentist also did a thorough check and all looked good. Thank you staff for a pleasant experience.

Experiencia negativa: Not a good experience, was spoken to quite rudely after I requested for a fee waiver for being late to an appointment. You prefer to give a loyal paying customer a bad experience rather than waive away a measly $50. I'm happy to take I and my family's business elsewhere where it would be better appreciated!

Experiencia negativa: I have been a patient at Sprayberry Dental since the early- to mid-90s when I moved here. My concern at that time was the complete lack of connection with the patient. I continued to come here. Then, just a couple of years ago, a hygenist chipped the enamel on one of my lower central incisors. The best that could be done is for the dentist to grind down the sharp edges, thereby reducing the amount of enamal I have on that tooth even more. Most lately, I was asked if I wanted the flouride treatment. Sure. I'll take the flouride treatment, since flouride is scientifically proven to be beneficial to maintaining good teeth. Only AFTER the procedure was started did the hygenist say, "yeah, some patients get upset when we tell them this costs extra." Well, I believe I see why. Starting a procedure on someone and THEN informing them of the cost is a terrible, terrible practice for any business. And yes, Sprayberry Dental is now solidy embedded in my mind as a business, not a healthcare provider. I paid that damn $30 bill. I won't ever pay another here, though.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a well run office with skilled staff and pain free dental service. All services are perfect. Any fillings or crowns are perfect. I have gone here for over 20 years and Dr Husney is very calming and talented. I choose Karen for my cleanings too.

Experiencia fantástica: We love Sprayberry Dental Assoc. I recommend them to everyone I know and have convinced lots of my friends and coworkers to go there for dental care. Dr. Knauer treats his patients like he would his family. Both Jeffrey Knauer and Marshall Knauer will recommend what is best for the patient not what they can charge the most for. Honestly, they are amazing, trustworthy, and do beautiful dental work. You will not regret going to see them for all your dental care needs!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient with this Dental office for many years, and they always do a nice job of reminders, caring staff, modern up to date equipment and the Doctors, especially Dr Marshall Knauer, are terrific. At my cleaning appointment this week, I had a wonderful woman, Audra, who quickly assessed something going on, patiently explained it to me, further educated me on other issues and advocated for me to receive additional treatment. She was able to efficiently tend to the issues, expertly, kindly and with my best interest firmly in mind. I believe her intervention might have prevented future more serious problems. Thank you Audra, your excellent care is deeply appreciated by me.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was friendly and helpful. Dr. Husney is great!

Experiencia negativa: I called to get my records transferred to a new dentist that was just more convenient for me. The receptionist was not very polite at all, said she would email me something to sign to release the records and I would need to come in and pay the $25 for the records. I never was emailed anything then I asked her if that would be X-rays and all my records and she said no just X-rays and if I wanted everything it was $75. I kept checking my email for the form they were talking about and it never showed up. I let my new dentist know this information and they called them just to check on my insurance and said the receptionist was very rude and said they would not release anything without my signature and payment, which she quoted a different fee for, plus I owed $50 for a missed appointment which I never had. After my initial cleaning I never made another appointment so I'm not sure what they're talking about. These are my records, I pay for them with my insurance and any co-pay that needs to happen, I should be able to get them without paying extra.

Experiencia fantástica: Have been coming to Sprayberry Dental Associates for many years now and could not be happier with Dr. Knauer Sr. and Jr. and the entire staff. Love Michelle and Karen and April and Renee. Truly a special practice.

Experiencia negativa: I gave this place two stars instead of one star because it used to be awesome when Dr. Anderson was here. My whole family absolutely loved him and his chill demeanor. But since he left, it’s gone downhill. Dr. Knauer was very condescending and has literally no bedside manner. Dude was just born with a horrible personality. He also said that I needed to pull one tooth and that it was going to cause problems in the near future. I asked for the x-rays to be sent to me and I had to pay $50 ( which is insane by the way), to which I took them to a dentist friend and he said yes, eventually that tooth will cause problems, but it probably won’t be within the next couple of years. If you don’t want to pull it now, that’s OK. I don’t recommend this place at all

Experiencia negativa: Not answering their phone on Wednesday May 21 during business hours? Have been trying to call for an hour now. It's just after 2 pm. They finally answered their phone at 3 pm and the office manager was incredibly rude. Because I left a poor review, she said the practice would not see me as a patient. Is that even legal? Stay away from Sprayberry Dental. Also - just so everyone knows this is a fair-minded review. I was a patient here for over a decade. The dentists are very good. But most of the office staff I've dealt with are lazy and rude which is a shame. They don't answer their phones, they don't respond promptly, and if customers complain they act like it's your fault.

Experiencia fantástica: I moved to this practice from another in the county. The office staff was very professional and friendly. My hygienist was friendly, competent, and knowledgeable, and did a great job. The dentist was professional and friendly as well. I had a great second visit. They are keeping up with the high level of performance I have seen so far.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been coming here since 2015. No matter where I move in the city, I'm willing to make that drive to my appointments. By far the best Dentist office.

Experiencia fantástica: Sprayberry Dental is always professional and very caring. Dr. Husney and Dee always do a great job.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been very pleased with my care at Sprayberry Dental over the last 6 years!

Experiencia fantástica: SDA has been our family dentistry for 20 years. Our Hygenist (Cindy) and Dentist (Dr. Husney) are our faves!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going here for years and am very pleased. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they put you at ease. I like Dr. Jeffrey Knauer so much and Karen!

Experiencia fantástica: Nicest people! From the front desk to the hygienists to the doctors. I had the worst anxiety going to the dentist and they eased my worries. I can’t recommend them enough.

Experiencia fantástica: I like the practice so much that I now drive 90 minutes one way from Loganville instead of searching for a local dentist. The primary reason is due to my trust in them!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent customer services. Able to get appointment asap for all issues, Karen cleans my teeth she is great. Dentists are very nice along with professionlism, Support group very good too!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Sprayberry Dental for cleanings for the last few years & really love them. They are super easy to work with.

Experiencia fantástica: Dentist was very informative and explained everything, He did extra preventative measures as well.

Experiencia fantástica: Nice, professional staff and doctors. I highly recommend them. I’ve been a client for 15+ years and quite pleased with the care received

Experiencia fantástica: I've always had a very pleasant experience here. The staff and doctors are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Experiencia fantástica: I really hate going to the dentist office but this place is very nice. Staff is amazing and the doctor is very good.

Experiencia fantástica: Timely and Dee my hygienist is the best. It was very cold outside but I had a pleasant and warm experience inside. Thank you for all you do.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient of Sprayberry Dental for 35+ years, and so has my daughter. The entire staff is amazing, friendly and professional.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Marshall Knauer is a very good dentist. He effectively fills cavities quickly, The office staff is also very friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: My first visit and I’m very pleased. The staff were all kind and helpful.Karen was very personable and did a thorough examination and cleaning of my teeth.

Experiencia negativa: Reached out 8 days ago with a question to set an appointment, and they never replied at all.

Experiencia fantástica: Most professional competent and friendly dental practice I have experienced in over 60 years. The dental hygienists, Cindy in particular, are all first rate. Dentists are very professional, Dr Husney deserves special mention. Thank you for years of great dental care!!

Experiencia fantástica: Long time customer. Myself and kids have been going to this office for years. Great staff, great communication, great service.

Experiencia fantástica: Great people and great on time service. They not only give professional service but they take good care of their patients and fully explain condition and options.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Knauer is very experienced and knowledgeable about all my dental issues, and I have a few! He is more than fair with me about pricing. I recommend him highly.

Experiencia fantástica: Went in for my first cleaning in 2 years. Cortney did a great job cleaning my teeth. In fact I think it’s the best cleaning I’ve had and I’m 72 years old. I’ve had a few cleanings will be requesting her when I go back again.

Experiencia fantástica: Front desk staff always very friendly and helpful. Only cleanings necessary so far and appointments fill up 6 months in advance. Plan accordingly

Experiencia fantástica: This place is WOW. Excellent dental hygienist. Well taken care of. A team that knows what they are doing and take full care of you during the visit.

Experiencia fantástica: Great dentists and staff! We have been using Sprayberry Dental Associates for years and have always had a wonderful experience. On occasion we have tried dentists closer to home, but we always go back to Sprayberry because they are the most trustworthy dentists we have found. They are kind, knowledgeable, and professional and keep up to date with advances in dentistry. We are always treated with kindness and compassion. Highly recommended!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Been a patient for over 35 years. Good communication. Superb diagnosis. Underwent PAOO with a team of a periodontist, an orthodontist and Sprayberry dentist Dr Jeff Knauer. Initiated by Dr Knauer.

Experiencia fantástica: My teeth are very happy thanks to Karen, Dr. Knauer was pleasant as always, and the office staff is the best. Thank you!

Experiencia negativa: FYI - If you're military, Sprayberry Dental does not honor Tricare (even though the practice is listed on the Tricare Dental site).

Experiencia fantástica: The entire team at Sprayberry Dental operates with a level of professionalism and care that truly sets them apart. I left the appointment feeling not only satisfied with the quality of service but also confident in the expertise and genuine concern for patients' well-being. I highly recommend Sprayberry for anyone seeking top-notch dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: The office is pristine and efficient. My dental hygienist Karen was very warm and friendly. She really gets in the cleans your teeth. I go to dentist every 6 months and hadn’t had a good cleaning like she provided.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was friendly and helpful. They knew all about my insurance which is a relief. Thank you Sprayberry Dental!

Experiencia negativa: Giving heads up please be very careful if you have insurance make sure they verify your coverage because at the end of the day they will charge you despite your insurance very rude

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent care. I’ve been a long time patient and Sprayberry is the best.

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I came in for our semi-annual cleaning and found the care and professionalism as great as ever.

Experiencia fantástica: Great first visit, pre filled forms and was in my appt. Within 5 mins of time set. Courtney was professional but very cheerful and chatty! Thank you for a pleasant visit!!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Sprayberry Dental for over 20 years, and I absolutely love my Dentist and my Hygienist. They have a great Front/Back Area Staff. I have recommended this location to others.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to Sprayberry Dental Association for the first time today and I'm very glad I did! Great people friendly professional and great quality cleaning of my teeth! I'm booked for return visit in April!

Experiencia negativa: Very unprofessional dental office. I do not recommend. They lack the ability to properly communicate as well as poor customer service.

Experiencia fantástica: I give Sprayberry Dental 5 stars because they are excellent and don't try to convince you that you need extra work for your mouth! If they go back to requiring masks for patients then I will change my rating to one star!

Experiencia fantástica: Been coming here for cleanings since I was a kid. Karen and Dr. Knauer are great!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been a patient of Sprayberry Dental for many years. This was the most gentle cleaning I’ve ever had. I wish I knew the name of the hygienist. She was excellent.

Experiencia fantástica: First time here at Sprayberry Dental and was impressed by the staff and service. I went in for a cleaning today and Karen took great care of me. So glad I am now a new patient at this Dental practice.

Experiencia fantástica: Aaron did an awesome cleaning job on these choppers of mine and was very professional in his demeanor.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been a patient at Sprayberry Dental since 2012. Check in and check out very smooth. I've switched dental plans three times and not had an issue at all. Hygienists are consistently skilled and friendly. Dr Knauer is hospitable and efficient.

Experiencia fantástica: Hi, I've been a patient at sprayberry dental for over 10 yrs.. And they have the best dentist hygienist , drs and staff ever. I would definitely recommend Sprayberry Dental for your dental services. They are the best in East cobb.

Experiencia negativa: I don't want to give them any stars. I have gone here for 20 years and it has progressively gone downhill in the past few. Today was the icing on the cake. I won't go back. It was chaotic and unprofessional. Employees talking/yelling back and forth to each other about lunch etc, they hygienist made a mess with the water and pulled the suction out of my mouth while looking the other way...I was still spitting and it went all down the front of my face, neck and clothes. On top of that, the dentist made a very unnecessary/rude/inappropriate comment to me about how I was dressed. Unbelievable. I will not ever be back there again.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I have been Sprayberry patients for 25+ yrs. Their expertise and professionalism is A+ in our book!. One of my crowns came off last night and they were able to see me 1st thing this morning and have me out the door within an hour after my appt time started. Thank you to everyone at Sprayberry for another great experience!

Experiencia negativa: It was so hard to schedule with this dentist that we just quit trying. They canceled my appointment the day of. I would try to book and receive a snarky response that they were 9 months out on booking. Another time I tried and they just told me to call another time because they didn’t know if they would have staff or not. When I tried to get my dental records from them they wanted to charge $25 to share my family’s records per person. Keep the records and buzz off. Don’t waste your time with this provider.

Experiencia fantástica: My family switched to this practice after our longtime dentist quit taking our insurance. We are so fortunate to have found this office. They are very efficient, but at the same time everyone is also so nice and personable. If you have to go to the dentist, this is a great place to go. I had an appointment today with Dr. Knauer Sr. and my teeth look amazing!

Experiencia fantástica: This office is very friendly and efficient. My Hygienist, Kendra, greeted me at my appointment time (very appreciative). She did a very thorough and quick (not rushed) cleaning and polish. Dr. Husney came in next, finished the check up, gave me a few recommendations. I happily scheduled my next appointment before leaving. I'll look forward to next time. Thanks for the great service
